    Great meal progression. Service was excellent. My food was cooked to order my husband’s was a little over from his liking but still liked it a lot. Drinks were tasty.

    Great food, great service, nice ambiance, but the food seems overpriced nowadays. Not just here but most places.

    Our third time dining here in about nine months. Food is very good. Our server was attentive but not hovering. Two of us had salads as entrees which were delicious. One meatloaf and one chicken pasta dish. Everyone enjoyed their meal!

    We haven’t been for awhile because of a bad experience. We were pleasantly surprised that we had a great experience. Sam, our server was excellent! He made suggestions, knows the menu inside and out. Very attentive and awesome personality. I got the ribeye and my husband got the prime rib. Both steaks were cooked to perfection. The manager stopped by the table to check in. He was doing this to all the tables in our area which was impressive. We will definitely be back soon. Hang onto Sam, he is a valuable asset to your restaurant.

    Food and service were great, but we were freezing the whole time, which really took away from enjoying the meal.

    This place is delicious. Great service, excellent specialty drinks, steaks, fries and veggies, unique and different ideas. A bit more expensive but worth it.

    Firebirds is typically a reliable dining experience. While the flavor and temperature of the food were consistent, the server was not. Never have I ever had a server argue if I told them I wanted more bread or beverage refill or an extended wait for a straw. I reported her to the Manager and the server returned with a new attitude. We were given "goodwill" desserts. However, this rare experience needs to be included in my review as it factored into the tip and their rating.
