                                        This restaurant is in such a beautiful location with a view of the water BUT the service is unbelievably inattentive. Went there for a special occasion. Had to ask the server to come to our table after we were seated for 45 min to just take our order so when she took our cocktail order, we ordered our food at the same time. Food took 90 minutes to arrive. When the food finally arrived, we were so frustrated and hungry that we just wanted to get out of there. We asked for the dessert menu since we were celebrating a birthday and asked if it would take a long time and the server said 'no'. She never even came back for our dessert order. We had to ask for the bill. Do NOT go here because there are so many other good restaurants that have lovely views, delicious food and excellent service.

                                        Friends and I went on a gorgeous Tuesday with the sun shining bright over lake Washington. The setting makes you feel just like you’re on Lake Como in Italy. The food was delicious - three of us had pasta dishes and one had pizza. Kyle was our server and he was fantastic. He shared details about the menu and his favorites. We brought two bottles of wine - a sparkling and a white - to celebrate our friend’s birthday. The corkage fee was $40 a bottle with a two bottle max. It’s higher than most places, usually around $25.

                                        I’m happy to share that my experience these past 2 years with COMO has been pleasant. The customer service has changed from a few years back when sadly to say seemed a bit too pretentious. Seems management listened to their customers and changed things for the better. The food is fresh and delicious.

                                        Lovely setting with great views of the waterfront; we sat inside but would also return to enjoy the patio seating. We had appetizers, drinks, 3 different pasta entrees and desserts - all were delicious. The service was excellent, too: friendly and attentive, but never hovering. We highly recommend and look forward to returning!

                                        The location is fantastic, right by the lake with beautiful views. The service was attentive and genuinely warm—special thanks to Stefano, who went above and beyond. He offered thoughtful menu suggestions when we couldn’t decide, and everything we ordered tasted great. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Grazie mille! :) We’ll definitely be back!

                                        The food and atmosphere were absolutely incredible. We celebrated a birthday here and it was definitely the place to go for a celebration considering the quality and speed of the food. Although, our only complaint was that the staff seemed like they just REALLY did not want to be there, which I understand myself as someone who works retail but a little more effort in at least “faking it” would’ve been appreciated considering the menu costs. Overall, great experience, and I’m sure we just caught an off day for the staff so I’d suggest it to anyone looking for a place to eat.

                                        COMO is housed in a very attractive space at Carillon Point with nice views to Lake Washington. The room is lively to the point that it can be difficult to converse. We were a party of just four and the ambient noise caused some difficulty for us. That said I enjoyed the energy of the place. Service was spotty. A long wait for our drinks. We were going to order an appetizer to share, but gave up on the idea because of the delay. Just went ahead and placed our dinner order. This was followed by a long pause and a somewhat piecemeal delivery of our entrees. One of us was presented with the wrong item. This was rectified and the item removed from our bill. The food was quite good: ragu with pappardelle; crab risotto and truffle pizza. Our experience was compromised by the spotty service.
