If you are going to begin cleaning up around your customers at 9:30 then you should not accept an 8:30 reservation. Turning the lights on full brightness as we walked out as if it’s last call at a college bar is not what I signed up for. We will not do this again.

We came here for Father’s Day with a group of 14, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. The front was chaotic—no real organization, people were skipping the line, and there was no one managing the crowd. It felt like a free-for-all just trying to check in. Once we were seated, the service didn’t improve. Our waitress checked on us only once during the hour and a half we were there. A beer we ordered never arrived, the lemonade was terrible, and the meat—what should be the highlight—barely came around. We had to flag people down just to get served. The salad bar was also underwhelming, with limited, low-quality options. The one bright spot was the man clearing plates and refilling our water. He was attentive, kind, and checked on us more than anyone else. He truly did an amazing job and was the only part of the service that felt cared for. I understand it was a busy holiday, but the lack of planning and organization really showed. This experience didn’t match the price point or the occasion, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on our visit.

We made a 6pm reservation for Father's Day dinner. We arrived 10 minutes early to a madhouse. There were multiple lines outside the door, but no one knew where to go. Some people had already checked in, some didn't, and some were hoping for a walk-in. We basically needed to have a conversation with 100 people before making our way to the front. After making it through the crowd, the hostess was completely overwhelmed with people trying to check in for their reservation. It looked like they overbooked reservations by at least 5x capacity. There was 0 communication or attempt to organize the crowd of (rightfully) angry people like us who planned to have a nice dinner out with no plan-b as other restaurants in the area were booked for the holiday. The last straw for us was when we saw the hostess sit a group of people for their 6:45 reservation while there were still some of us who had ~5:30 reservations waiting to be seated. We went home and ordered Chinese food instead. This place has always been good on slow weekdays, but struggles on the weekends with service. This was a terrible experience and I don't think we'll be back again.

Overall the food and all was good! Sometimes I wondered if some of the sides were worth the price of the event, but the meats were delicious! Service was insanity due to Fathers’ Day, but the wait time was 45 minutes to an hour and I had made a reservation.

Although we had a reservation, we waited an additional 20 minutes to be seated. There were a lot of people, but the front end staff was calm and moved quickly. Our waitress, Azul, was an absolute pleasure and served us efficiently and with joy. The cost was exorbitant for the day, and I ordered fish that was available but not advertised on the menu. My meal was exceptional!

An absolutely unacceptable experience. We arrived at 2:43 PM for a 2:45 Father’s Day reservation (also my father’s birthday) and weren’t seated until 3:30—with zero updates or apologies. No server for 10 minutes, no water for another 10, and only after flagging a manager. Appetizers arrived before drinks. When asked about the delay, the server said, “It’s too busy.” Coffee took 15+ minutes. We were served the wrong dessert and no one corrected it. Then I received a false no-show notification from OpenTable. This was a chaotic, poorly managed service. I’ve had excellent experiences at the Midtown location—White Plains is simply not on the same level. The only competent staff member we encountered was assistant manager Pasco. Everything else fell apart.

This is a very nice restaurant and our waitress Azul was wonderful. The food was delicious as well. But, they were overbooked for Father's Day. They even gave us $75 off because of the wait, because we were ready to leave. I'd recommend on a non holiday time as the venue is very noisy and it was stressful just getting seated. Kudos to the hostess too as she did her very best, but lines of people waiting was chaotic and they were obviously overbooked.

They took forever to bring any food to the table, we used to have a much better experience before. We didn’t eat much and it was expensive for what it was… they kept bringing the cheaper stuff (and that took a long time also) and they just passed nicer meat once.

Impressive building, great salad bar, and frequent side ‘refills’. The meat was few and far between although quite delicious. For the price, we would have enjoyed more opportunities to taste a variety of meats. Unfortunately, there was too much waiting for meat, so it was easy to fill up on sides and the salad bar. Typically, Brazilian bbq is heavy on the meat. This experience was not.
