    We had an amazing experience. The food was fantastic, but the staff made the experience! The staff all seemed so happy to be working at this restaurant. Darrell and Inez were wonderful and provided flawless service. The staff mentioned how much they like working for their manager- David so we made a point to stop him and let him know. You get a very welcoming feeling and feel important despite it being a big, busy restaurant. The steak and sole were fantastic as were the oysters and creme brulee. Don't hesitate to try this restaurant! We will be back!

    We went to Eddie V's for my daughter's 17th birthday. Its her favorite restaurant and the food was amazing, as always. What really sets the experience apart is our server, Kaitlyn. She went above and beyond to help my family. My son with autism was having a difficult time. She was beyond kind to my family and made sure my son was happy and my daughter had a wonderful birthday. The following day I received a call from the manager to see how my son was doing. The kindness that went into this act is beyond words. We can't wait to go back.

    Celebrated 2 anniversaries….as always Eddie V’s does it with style. Food was excellent as always, and they made good when there was a problem with one of the meals. Will definitely be back.

    Very nice. Always meets our expectations. Thanks for the anniversary card on our table. It was a beautiful anniversary dinner for us. Sarah was amazing. We lost our seat close to the band cos we were more than 15 mins late but the manager and the front desk tried to get us something a-bit close too. We appreciate that

    We were very happy with our first time there , but our waitperson , Christine, made it 5 star , maybe 6 . When we go back , we will certainly ask for her. She made it special. Her recommendations were spot on . Thank you Christine !

    We took my mom out for her birthday, and this was by far the best dining experience that we have had. The waiter was amazing and very attentive. The food was flavorful and perfect. Everything was peefect! We would highly recommend this restaurant and our waiter Joe or better known as the Brazilian James Bond. My mom left so happy and satisfied for her 68th birthday. She was calling everyone to tell them about her experience. I'm glad we chose this restaurant for our special occasion.

    Loved the food drinks everything except I lost my reward since I had to cancel and rebook dinner. The $25 reward took 5000 points from me and I didn’t even use it! It had expired when I rebooked. Can you help me with this?????

    We frequent this place often. Being pregnant, I was having a bit of a slow day and this was the first time ever that we were 15 minutes late. It was not busy at all. Plenty of empty tables. The girls at the front refused to give us a booth saying that they "only hold tables for 15 minutes and just gave away the last booth". Meanwhile, there were 2 booths visible from our seat that were completely empty the entire night. Not once did they offer to relocate us. It would have been one thing if this was actually true and I would have understood but it was more than clear by the looks on their faces and how long it took them to look at their screen and give me an answer that they did this out of spite simply because we were a few minutes late even though they could have easily sat us at either booth. I suggest they find more hospitable hostesses. This place and the food are great and their demeanors do not fit and do not belong there.

    Very nice dinner everything was very tasty we noticed that the price of the crab cake has gone up and the size has gone down. Service was amazing the two people serving us were very attentive and extremely friendly and outgoing. Drinks are super expensive and the ratio of mixer to Spirit for the price of the drink is not a good deal. Ambiance is great we went because of the vocalist and the band. Which were amazing.

    Never have had a bad experience at this location. This is our go-to "night out for dinner" spot and we drive 50 miles to come here. It's worth the drive. The waitstaff and management are highly professional and treat us like family. Steaks were excellent. The appetizers were amazing.

    We had the perfect night celebrating my daughters getting her masters degree! Huge shout out to James Flynn! He was so attentive, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating to my daughters allergies (some of the others in our group too) He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect down to the blackberry in the champagne toast. Also a special thank you to Edward the pastry chef plates a special dessert using our allergy friendly cupcakes and made the presentation xtra special for our daughter with the b-day message on the serving plate. The food was amazing as always and we loved having a private area for our special night! Can't wait to come back and will ask for James! I will highly recommend anyone going to Eddie V's to ask for him.

    We had a great time celebrating my husband’s birthday. They even brought out a very yummy trio of complimentary desserts. Our meals were very good although expensive compared to comparable restaurants. Service was good. I’d definitely return with friends.

    3 of us ordered steak and it came out at best room temperature not hot. Must have been sitting around for a while. The side dish of asparagus looked like it was old and tasted terrible. Our waitress was not very good either. Very disappointing. We have been to Eddie V in Boston and it blows away Eddie V in Burlington.

    After enjoying an outstanding restaurant week dinner last week I immediately booked a second reservation for this week. Arriving at the restaurant I asked the hostess if our server, Marissa, from last week is available to take care of us and that was not a problem at all. It was great to see her again as she is an absolute treasure at Eddie V's. I started with the Caesar salad on this visit and it was quite delicious, then, I couldn't resist ordering the 22oz bone-in Ribeye again for the extra charge, cooked perfectly at medium with their mashed potatoes. We went with side orders of Lobster Tacos (OMG,) the crab fried rice and again the truffled mac & cheese. All were absolutely delectable. Again, I couldn't refuse the last course dessert of Bananas Forster which was awesome. After dinner the manager stopped by to check on our visit. Super pleasant gentleman and we were happy to pass along another excellent visit and super service from Marissa. I'll definitely be returning again even not during the restaurant week specials. Lastly, from the moment you enter and are greeted by the hostess staff until the time you walk out, Eddie V's is totally on point in every aspect, customer service-wise, they excel at this, the food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite high end restos to dine at.
