   I'll start with the positive. The rooftop is beautiful. The environment is uplifting and cozy. A perfect spot to meet up for a quick drink with coworkers, friends or even a date. The happy hour menu was extensive and affordable. Now the not so good. I arrived at 5:30, happy hour was over at 6p. I ordered a frozen drink and said I was waiting for my friend. At 5:50, I ordered a drink for my friend and two appetizers. At 6p my drink still hadn't arrived, 6:15p- nothing. I flagged the server and she said the frozee machine was broken.....but I didn't order a frozee. She apologized and walked away. 6:45 and I went to look for manager. Every other table around me had been served. Even those who came in after me. After asking two bartenders for a manager - no one ever came. I returned to my table to see that one appetizer and the drinks were delivered. one hour and 15mins after I ordered them. When the bill came, she took the drinks off. Which she should have done given the service. I'm not sure I will return or recommend since there are man other rooftops in soho. Sorry-Not Sorry

   We waited a long time for our food and drinks. Communication between the servers, bartenders, and kitchen wasn't efficient. I don't recommend this spot for large parties; it may be better for a more intimate setting, 1-3 people.

   Arlo Soho, what a quiet and chill rooftop to enjoy some bevies w ur friends. Ambienance was ok cuz the music was a little weird but very strong drinks for good value

   Service was very slow and had to ask for a drink twice before it came, overall nice place, nice atmosphere

   This was pushed as a great rooftop bar of the Hudson Yes, we could see it from a couple blocks away and beyond a huge billboard blocking most of it It felt awkward from the moment we walked in and I knew as as a non New Yorker I wasted my one night in New York out…

   What an absolutely beautiful rooftop! There are options for both inside and outside seating - and given the overall atmosphere of both spaces, it’s really hard to choose between which one to sit! Otherwise, I think it was important to note that the noise level wasn’t at all obnoxious or too imposing on conversations, but sat at a perfect median given the otherwise lively energy of a SoHo-Manhattan rooftop. I can’t praise the ‘vibes’ enough in this regard. Our server, Jasmine (pardon any misspelling!) was a delight and delivered great presence at the table. One is tempted to feel lost and forgotten in such a bustling environment, but Jasmine never made us feel this way. Lastly, the food and drinks were fantastic: the Kiwi Swizzle and Strawberry Mai Tai are a must have; the chicken sandwich was an absolute dream with hearty tomatoes and a beautiful golden-brown breading, not otherwise forgetting the guacamole and chips and hamachi crudo which were stars in their own right.

   The ambiance and drinks were good. The tacos came out cold and the steak was chewy. The impossible burger was good and the cheese is vegan The I was sitting and there was a speaker by me in the bushes. The music was really loud which made it hard to talk

   Alfonso at the door was fabulous from the start! The DJ was top notch we could’ve stayed all night listening to him kill it!! The rooftop is good but nothing over the top. Food was good - we had the chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger and the fries. The biggest opportunity is service and the reason we ended up going somewhere else was because we couldn’t get a 2nd drink. We had to ask 3 different servers for our check and waited more than 20 minutes for our server to close us out. Food and atmosphere was so good we’d definitely go back. I recommend a reservation if you want to be seated.

    Food and drinks on the rooftop, great service Good music. No complaints. Art soho is right by my job so I’ve been here before and will return
