First time trying this place and it didn’t live up to the hype. Interesting “healthy” concept but food was very bland and prices were ridiculous (but probably typical for overpriced Avalon). Had the turkey burger and it was tasteless and dry. Came with “sweet potato crisps” which ended up being the bottom crumbles from whatever bag they source them from in the kitchen. My table mates also commented that their food was not great and several had the burgers as well as pizza. Much better places to eat at Avalon and in Alpharetta in general and would not plan to come back here.

It was just Ok. Don't think I'd go back. Avalon parking always a problem and detracts from the experience. This is why we almost never go to the Avalon area for anything.

We love the ancient grains bowl and the summer salad was fresh and delicious. The salmon added was cooked to perfection. The prices at True Foods have gotten so expensive now. And the noise level was so high my husband could not have a discussion with the friends we were meeting with.

Just not at California true foods quality standards. The quac tasted old, the edamame dumplings were reeeeally salty, we just weren’t blown away. The service was great though

True Food Alpharetta is located at the corner between The Oak Steak House and Crate and Barrel. The street parking is limited so you can park in the back lot next to the Whole Food. The whole restaurant is very open, bright and very clean. The food was great but I only hope the waitress could've warned us that the steak we ordered comes with cauliflower already when we ordered the cauliflower for our appetizer. The water Mellon mojito was a good concept but the rum was a little bit light. The tenderloin looked plain and simple but it is very tasty. It was cooked to perfection. The pesto bowl was also great. Basically all the dishes hit the marks. We love this place and may come back soon

It took 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks which were awful (apparently their bartender does not know how to make a margarita), another 40 minutes to get our food, with the exception of one person who never did get the food he ordered... when I approached the manager after everyone else had finished eating to tell him we were still waiting for a Marguerite pizza, he brought some random pizza with pepperoni and peppers and offered an excuse. We were attending a show in 30 minutes and didn't have time to wait for them to remake the pizza that was ordered I waited 30 minutes for my Moscow mule and had to ask for it at least three times. Everything was abysmal from the appetizers to the entrées and everything in between. To his credit, the manager did take care of us. (apparently their bartender does not know how to make a margarita). This is not my first time at this chain, but it might be my last.
