   Second time visiting The Bear, The Fish, The Root & The Berry. Our server, Victoria, was lovely. Very warm & friendly and helped us select our wine. The food is amazing. Can recommend the Lingcod, Salmon, Ribs, and Carpaccio. The patio with that view was pure heaven with the sun shining down and sparkling off the lake. We will definitely be back to dine here on our next visit! Thank you for such an enjoyable evening.

   Christina was fabulous - our only complaint was initially being put at a table between two outside doors which also faced the kitchen door - what a horrible place for a table - slamming doors, servers flying past us - we tried to put up with it but requested to be moved which Christina did immediately -

   I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so appalling it deserves a warning label. The salmon arrived undercooked—not in the artful, delicately seared way you’d expect, but cold and rubbery in the center. After flagging it, the staff took it back and microwaved it. Yes, reheated in a microwave. The result? A dried-out, flavorless slab that should’ve never left the kitchen. As if that wasn’t enough, the rice served alongside was clearly microwaved as well—hard in some spots, mushy in others, and utterly bland. I’ve had bad meals before, but this wasn’t just bad—it was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Between the mishandled food and the lack of care in preparation, I can confidently say I will never eat here again. Avoid at all costs.

   Great Sunday brunch. Service was excellent. The food was very tasty, served hot. The lake view from the heated patio was beautiful. Decent value considering the location.

   Our meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Flavors didn't disappoint. Server was lovely and made us feel right at home. The only downside was the price of the cornbreadwhich was $8 for 1 piece. That being said it was very good and so were the homemade berry wojape and sunny butter. All in all a wonderful dining experience.

    We came for Mother’s Day dinner with the family of 8. The food was outstanding, our server Oscar was amazing. Not our first visit and it won’t be our last. 🥰
