   We went for the last weekend of the Apres Ski fondue event. Our reservation was at noon. No one else was outside on the deck due to the cold which was fine by us. The waitress was nice. We were told they don’t serve the chocolate fondue during brunch hours, which was disappointing. My daughter is a big fan of cheese so we ordered the cheese fondue she said it tasted old (I don’t eat cheese) so we just ate some of the veggies and bread. We ordered 2 cocktails from the brunch menu, only to be told that they ran out of all the brunch cocktails…. Who runs out of cocktails at 12noon? Why isn’t something sweet allowed to be served during brunch? Great views but overall disappointing experience.

   We had drinks outside on the deck but it was too cold so we moved inside for dinner. The fondue was excellent and really plenty of food for two people athough we also split a Thai chicken bowl. Fun spot with great views!

   I understand how hard restaurants grind and appreciate their hard work. Unfortunately, our experience was very poor, due to our waitress. Hopefully it was just a bad night for a her but as a previous restaurant, owner/manager her service needs review. We ended up leaving the restaurant without receiving our entire meal after one hour and 45 minutes. After being seated for 15 mins I had to get up to catch the waitress to ask if someone could come over when convenient. We had to make four attempts politely with her to ask for waters, napkins. When part of order arrived we asked for extra plates, which never came. Restaurant was not overly busy as it was a Monday evening. Then she told us she needed the table for the next reservation and insisted we move. I attempted to explain that if our meal had arrived on time we would not have this issue. We moved, but had to do it ourselves without help. When she came back and blamed the issue on the kitchen, I finally asked for our bill. She did comp the bill with one appetizer and three drinks one being alcohol. Tough customers are no fun but that’s not us! Good luck I hope you get the A team wait staff because it’s a very cool spot.

   Excellent service—attentive to my food allergy and very responsive even at a busy time. Delicious Bloody Mary & brunch on a Sunday. Will definitely be back!

    Great service and wonderful drinks. The Apres area outdoors has ample heating (we didn’t need coats which is saying something for February). Definitely would go back.

    Went for my anniversary it was amazing ate outside at sunset they gave us blankets and a heater. Only fondue outside, but it was great!!!!

    Great food and service. Rina was a great server and made prompt check-ins to make sure we were satisfied at all times. Will definitely recommend the place and will go again. Nice ambience. I wish they had more heated outdoor tables. Looking forward to the day.

    It was meh. Half the heat lamps didn’t work so we were freezing, the fondue accoutrements were stale, and the drink menu was pretty boring and predictable. The servers were very nice and it is a pretty view, but I would recommend bringing blankets and skipping the food.

    Had cheese fondue and wasn’t really good and was hardly warm wish they had a better choice of meats and breads then server proceeded to circle the extra charge to bring out a candle and light it to heat our food 😂.

    It was my birthday dinner, the staff was lazy unhappy, the bartender and the waitress were also very slow and unwelcoming. This was a bad experience. I will only recommend to others because of the city view from yotel

    i love the outdoor space it was so cute very Apres Ski and amazing views! the service was excellent our drinks were perfect and brunch had plenty of options. we got the steak and egg scramble and farmers omelette both were incredibly delicious

    The Christmas decor was so cute and made the place feel so much cozier. Unfortunately, it took about 15 mins to even be welcomed by my server and put in a drink order despite it being practically empty. The server also barely came around to check on us. I would have ordered another drink but didn’t see our server until I had already finished my food. We also ran out of water and it was never refilled. I’m not sure if things have changed, but the food dishes were also very different looking and tasting from my experience here just a few months prior. Overall, probably wouldn’t go back again :(

    The service was great as was the view. Great first visit definitely coming back. I don’t like the hard 18% gratuity especially on alcohol. Maybe that can be reconsidered.

    They forgot our order for over 45 minutes. Didn’t give us menus until I went back and asked for them. Staff were sitting around talking the entire time doing nothing. Horrible, horrible staff.

    Chicken in the chicken tacos were NOT cooked. Sent them back and asked for it to be taken off the bill. They did so with no questions asked, and no apologies. Our waiter disappeared after serving the meals. The Thai chicken bowl and clam chowder were delicious. The city views from the deck were gorgeous. Too bad the food and service weren’t as spectacular as the ambiance.

    Lookout is great so make sure to sit inside. We ate here at dinner and inside and the ambiance there is not good. The food is fine, but the staff is extremely bad - espeiclaly not interested.

    I Would definalety go back the place is very nice.The serves was not.However, it is ok he was problably having a bad day and took it on us 🙃😕🥺.I would go back during the summer.
