   Wolf is a tranquil little oasis tucked away on the second floor of Nordstrom in Midtown. If you go at the right time, it’s like dining in your own private restaurant. A friend and I went for a Sunday lunch. The food was fresh and delicious - we had the fluke crudo, beef tartare and the octopus. Our server was pleasant and timely. We sat at the bar so we could see the chefs work, but a table by the window would wet you look out onto the busy streets below.

   It was one in the afternoon on a not so nice day so it was quiet. The space is modern and spacious with windows surrounding one wall. The service was friendly and we were never hurried especially since the weather was bad outside. We shared four dishes. The baguette, beef tartare, fluke crudo and Wolf salad. Everything was delicious. Especially the beef tartare surprised us as neither of us usually eat beef tartare. If you didn’t know what it was it tasted like cooked beef. It was nice to in a nice space leisurely enjoying yummy lunch and catching up with a friend I hadn’t seen since year before Covid. I would definitely return and recommend Wolf to all!

   This is a good spot to take a breath from the hustle of the city. The little gem salad was delicious and service was attentive without being overbearing. Recommend for lunch.

    Food was really good, loved the presentation and service was great. Only drawback was how cold the restaurant was. They said the temperature couldn’t be adjusted from inside the restaurant since it was somehow in auto mode with the department store. Our food got cold so fast and we couldn’t really enjoy being there because it was too cold. The server was so nice, brought hot water with lemon which helped a lot. They had one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had in NYC.

    We ordered our dinners about 15 minutes before the end of Happy Hour (3-6 on weekdays), and so the wine was essentially 1/2 price and the food around $10 less a dish. At that price, Wolf was decidedly a great value, if you don't mind a rather limited set of choices. But the caccia e pepe pasta dish was quite good, as was the pinot grigio. At the regular price, both were a bit pricey, but at Happy Hour, they were well below what you'd normally pay. And the service was excellent, as well as the continuously interesting view above 57th St.

    I have eaten here for no less than 5 times already. Each time, the service, food and setting were all great. The food was fresh and delicious, and the wines were fine and reasonably priced. The only suggestion for improvement is that there could be more seasonal food choices. After eating here for a while, I have tried pretty much everything on the menu.

    We had a great time with our lunch at Wolfe. The food, service and drinks were fantastic. After some shopping we went back for happy hour and a snack!!! All fantastic. Enrico the bar manager was a gem.

    Absolutely love this place! On the 3rd floor of Nordstrom. They have a fantastic happy hour throughout the restaurant from 3-6(not just at the bar) and the bar is large as well. It was quiet and the food and service were superb!

    Service was not good. Reserved a table and was told there weren’t enough tables and we were seated in the lounge. There were empty tables the whole time we were there. The server didn’t even finish serving us- I had to ask another waiter to bring is our ticket. Food was good, but no bread or salad with entrée. Would not go back.

    Great, tasty and inventive small plates. Beautiful calming decor. Tons of diners made for great ambience. Tables spaced out nicely. Waiters were attentive and kind. Large windows brought the bustle and excitement of NYC without the smell or noise. Two clean private bathrooms up front off the entrance area. Unexpectedly wonderful experience. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on this and not on the $1100 Prada foam sandals outside…. Good option to eat here before heading to a concert at Carnegie Hall.

    we went for happy hour from 3-6 pm and it was a pretty good deal. I had the pasta cacio peppe and my friend had a burger and both dishes were very good and large. Prices were much lower than the regular menu. We also had 2 glasses of wine and a salad. Def a good place to go for happy hour before Carnegie Hall concert

    After an afternoon of shopping lunch at Wolff was the perfect end to our visit to fabulous Nordstrom‘s. We were greeted upon entering by a very friendly staff and were seated at a wonderful window seat with a view. Our server was attentive and pleasant . We started with cocktails and then ordered Wolff salads and the octopus entrée both were delicious. A perfect lunch spot and I will definitely be trying it for dinner as well looking forward to visiting Wolff again in the near future.

    Wolf is a convenient restaurant in midtown with tasty small plates and great ambiance. The menu isn't extensive but the choices are varied and provide some interesting takes on familiar dishes. It's a bit pricey for small plates but they are done so well and full of flavor. The service is attentive and the wait staff are efficient and helpful. Our server got one of our dishes wrong but allowed us to keep the mistake (which was more expensive than what we originally ordered) and brought us the correct dish mid-way through our meal. All in all, it was a good experience and I'd go back again for lunch or happy hour.

    WOLF Restaurant Nordstroms on West 57th Street is a beautiful store with impeccable service. Whether or not you are shopping at Nordstroms, Wolf is worth the trip. Wolf is a great choice for lunch, a bite, tea, coffee or a cocktail. It’s a fantastic addition to beautiful Nordstroms. Wolf’s menu offers creatively lite fare or pasta, varietal teas, coffees, hand crafted cocktails and desserts. The pleasant room is accentuated by very warm and utterly delightful service, from the hosts, to the managers to the waitstaff (Kristine is an exceptional server.) The crab and beet salad with avocado mousse is such a tasty and beautifully plated lunch. Mr. Green’s Alibi (served up as requested), is a fresh, inventive and not too sweet, yummy cocktail. The almond milk cappuccino is hot, strong and so well prepared (even better than most coffee bars.) Wolf Restaurant is a delightful, wholly civilized and extremely pleasant dining experience with excellent service. Go to Wolf’s SOON!
