    Our service was so slow - we had to go to the front desk to ask if someone was going to wait on us after about seven minutes with no one coming to our table to even give us water, let alone tell us they were our waitperson. And it was like this to the very end. Everything took forever and they were only moderately busy. The food was okay, but neither of us are planning on returning here anytime soon.

    Had Sunday brunch there, as we often do. The coffee is always fresh (sometimes we have to wait a few minutes because we are decaf people, but that's ok), the food well prepared, and we love the potatoes especially. The Chicken and Waffle is a good diversion from the usual bacon and eggs. And the mushroom omlet is my favorite. I hardly venture away from it when I eat there. Service is prompt. Only complaint is they don't have the Oatmeal that they have during the week.

    Heading to event at KPC and Hearth is a great location to walk to. First the Martini was excellent. Large portions and lots of good choices on their menu. Definitely will be back to try more items from the menu.

    We dined for their special $80 3-course Thanksgiving menu, but it was a disappointing experience. Service was harried and slow. Despite it being a fixed menu, our choice of appetizers and desserts weren’t available. And the centerpiece — the turkey plate — was bland and unmemorable. I would not recommend.

    We booked our table for Thanksgiving at 7.30pm, one of the available time slots. The restaurant had a set Thanksgiving menu. We arrived at around 7.25. We were then told that several items on a set menu were not available - limiting choices significantly more. The server said ‘when you come this late choices become limited’. I’ve never considered dinner at 7.30 late. The restaurant was making bookings for 7.30. We ideally would have gone earlier but there were no times available. We booked weeks earlier. And so we were not only restricted even more on our choices - we were told it was our fault!!! After looking forward to this dinner we all sat there being treated like walk-ins for whom they were doing a favor!! Of course we were charged the full per head price despite not having the opportunity of the full set menu.

    It took an hour to receive our first course, which was salad. Next came our entree which was lukewarm. Next was dessert, and that was mediocre, as well. Was expecting more for what we paid for. We've enjoyed going here for the past 5 years, and noticed that the service/food has gone downhill. Sadly, we won't be visiting again.

    Thanksgiving meal was fantastic. Turkey was moist and flavorful. Stuffing was sublime. The Pumpkin Pie was amazing; the best I've ever had! Service was great and prompt and thorough.

    We had our Thanksgiving meal at Hearth. The restaurant had great ambiance. The service was excellent & the food was also wonderful. They had a lot of great options on the menu! My only comment to change/improve is to have something like fruit salad instead of lettuce salad available for kids. This was a great dining experience! Thank you!

    A lovely place for a nice meal before a show at the Kirkland Performance Center. Some nice options on the menu; we particularly enjoyed the fried brussels sprouts. Had we known the outdoor area was sheltered we would have opted for that, but our indoor seat was cozy and offered a nice view of the city life outside.

    Understaffed. Large high school group (homecoming) seemed to have been enough to detour entire waitstaff. We sat for, no kidding, 30 minutes without any contact from any Hearth staff. Decided to leave and had a wonderful meal at Volterra down the street.

    While we liked the location, the food was only good. We went for brunch and the breakfast burrito wasn’t offered. The Eggs Benedict had a very thin slice of ham which didn’t really seem fitting. Someone had the chicken sandwich and didn’t like the sweet pickles. Another person had the burger and didn’t like the arugula. The breakfast potatoes are roasted half potatoes with mediocre taste. So it was all good but not great. We would try somewhere else. Loved the location

    Dinner and service were okay. I definitely understand that we had an 8 pm reservation but would have preferred the staff to wait until we left to start disinfecting the tables directly next to us until after we left so we’re not inhaling that with dinner would have been nice. The food was good but could have used some seasoning. I had the risotto with crab at the recommendation of the waitress and folks next to me. My husband got the waygu burger and for a starter we had the Brussels sprouts and the burrata since they ran out of the Brie. The Brussels sprouts were decent, husband liked them a lot and liked his burger. The drinks were great. I had the haberno cider which was fabulous and the husband had a black and tan. Would we come back? Probably not it was good for a last minute saturday date night.

    I went for brunch. Server complained entire service about being the only one working. Noisy and hard to hold a conversation. Food is good but a bit pricey. Generous portions. Had to beg for coffee. Probably won’t return.

    To be fair, the restaurant told us they were extremely understaffed. However, with an advanced reservation from 3 days before, they could've easily taken 10 mins to call their pre-existing reservations ahead of time, and given the option for us to cancel. Instead, the host took 20 minutes beyond our reservation time to welcome us. Didn't ask if we wanted to order coffee or bring us water or anything while we waited. Our waitress took another 10 mins to ask for drink orders, then proceeded to spent 90% of her time at our table over-explaining and telling us how stressed she was, and how crazy understaffed they were, and how they didn't have things on the menu because a large private party in a conference room was taking most of their food supply. She could've used less than half of that energy and time to just give us a brief heads up on the delay, ask us for our order, then move on to help other tables to save herself time. It took us almost an hour to get an order of avocado toast. When the kitchen staff finally came out with the order, after 55 mins, we asked for it to go, and they let out the biggest longest sigh complete with eye roll at the inconvenience. Extremely disappointed in the attitudes of the staff, and feeling like we were an intense burden, when all we wanted was an easy breakfast with coffee, eggs, and toast.

    Had a nice lunch for 4. The food was well-prepared and served. Pizza was very good. The only disappointment is the very limited and uninspired choices on the menu for lunch. Only the Mac & cheese, salads, pizza and sandwiches

    We're regulars at Hearth (well, once a month for Sunday brunch), so since we keep coming back you know we like it. First of all, while we miss Kai, Ella was exceptionally kind and professional in seating us at our favorite table (having kindly read our OpenTable reservation request). Our server Candice had a full and busy house to contend with, but was simply wonderful and attentive, a real professional who was very pleasant and kind. The Chicken & Waffle Benedict, Belgian Waffles and "regular' Eggs Benedict arrived piping hot and beautifully presented...all were absolutely delicious as were the Beignets (be sure to order these!). The only drawback was the coffee, while tasty, was lukewarm. We'll be back, and so should you! :-)

    Such a cute location, with great space. Interesting menu but the food was very bland! We had the chicken and waffles Benedict. Waffles were great, but the chicken was unflavorful and the breading was a miss. We also had the mushroom skillet and there was no salt or any seasoning in it. Mushrooms were undercooked. We will definitely try again but make sure you ask for salt!

    Our lunch there was delicious. We each had the steak salad with cherries and blue cheese dressing. I mentioned it was her birthday and when I was ready to ask for the dessert menu, Nora shows up with a plate of fresh-made beignets with whipped cream and raspberry sauce. She said it was complimentary for her birthday. Thanks for making this a wonderful lunch for the two of us.

    The shrimp and grits was lacking flavor. The chicken and egg and waffle was mediocre. No real taste to the chicken. The beignets were good. Certainly didn't need a reservation for brunch on Sunday. Need more choices for the brunch menu.

    Great unexpected treat. We decided to stop in Kirkland for breakfast and found Hearth by accident and what a great find it was. Amazing breakfast, incredible service and accommodating staff. The food is locally sourced and freshly made. We will be back next visit.

    Decided to try the barbecue pop-up, and we were extremely disappointed. The food itself was not very good, it was extremely over priced for barbecue, the service was lacking, I am guessing they did not have enough people on staff. I would not recommend going for the barbecue, cannot speak to the remainder of the menu.

    The food abummer. The Denver Omelet was described on the menu as having "Mama Lil's peppers," but came with regular bell peppers--a big downgrade for anyone who has ever had Mama Lil's. The other dishes we ordered felt lacking for similar reasons. Something was just off about the food. Our server, however, was lovely and the environment was nice.
