Terrible service !!! It could be because they add the tip to your bill no matter how many are in the party.. therefore there was no incentive for the waiter to give good service . Never asked if we wanted more to drink, never refilled the water glasses .. took the order someone else dropped of the food.. and no service after except to leave the bill.. Was hoping it would be a new place to hang out when visiting Miami ( monthly) but unfortunately I won't be returning

I ordered blackened fish, but I'm not sure this kitchen is familiar with such a technique and their product was very dry. I think their clientele is more a burger and drink clientele.

We had a reservation and they had to clear people from our table. Took us 20 minutes to just get menus. Over an hour to get good. Brought out people's meals at random and appetizer came last. Staff was not apologetic and overwhelmed. It was the 2nd night of the soldout Adele concert. They should have been prepared. They were out of many items. Food we gut was actually good. But I would never go back due to terrible service.

Been there a year ago and food/service was great. This time they seemed to be understaffed, a request for additional salad dressing was addressed as 'we are very busy' and never delivered, and waiter was hard to find throughout the meal. Disappointing!

The food was good and there a large beer selection, however the service was very poor. It took forever to get menus, and even longer to get our drinks. The waiter never checked on us after we got our food, did not bring water or ask for more drinks, and was rather rude. And there were only 3 other parties in the restaurant, so they were not busy at all.

For appetizers, I had the wedge salad which would be very hard to mess up and my husband had the crab cakes and according to him they were bland. For dinner, we both had the blackened mahi-mahi & shrimp and it was good, not amazing but good. What makes this place exceptional is not necessarily the food but the service which was amazing. Had we gave come here and paid full price for our meal, this review would have been a 2 star but because we got an amazing LivingSocial coupon, it was well worth it.

We arrived early for our 7:15 reservation. There was no one at the hostess station and we waited for 10 minutes without anyone showing up. A waitress came over to enter an order into the computer but would not look at us. We did a lap around the place and could not find anyone that worked there. The three people behind the bar looked extremely overwhelmed and unhappy. There wouldn't have been anywhere for us to sit anyway despite having a reservation. After about 15 minutes, we decided this was not going to play out well so we just left and found a different place to eat.

We found this restaurant through Living Social. Fortunately it was a great experience. Our server, Pamela, was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not very busy as it was a Wednesday night. My husband had the Shrimp Dynamite and i had the Tuna Tartare for appetizers. They were both great, but the Tuna was better! My husband said he'd get that instead of the shrimp next time. For dinner i had the blackened Mahi Mahi with the yasmine rice and asparagus, it was delicious! My husband had the ribs, and again, mine was better. He liked them but he wasn't too impressed. Overall however, we did enjoy ourselves and would definitely be back.

My friends & I ate lunch from the offerings in the Miami Spice menu. The Mahi was not well seasoned & the sauce was too heavy. The Pastrami sandwich was oily. Server was pleasant. When we walked in, no one was there to greet us for several minutes. One of my friends had dinner there before & gave it good reviews. She was disappointed as well.

Found this place looking for somewhere near the AA arena; the food was very good the table started with the tuna tartare absolutely delicious but the Terra chips were just little pieces like they dumped the end of the bag, the shrimp dynamite was the perfect blend of crispy, spicy and creamy. Then we shared with churasco steak the chicken milaese and the sliders, again all were very good. The service was meh he was very polite just didn't have much personality. Overall we quite enjoyed the meal and the restaurant itself which located in the b2 hotel was very comfortable. Would definitely go back.

They had a nice booth ready for us when we arrived, but the place was extremely noise. It took 8 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us once we were seated and to place a drink order. The drinks took another 7 minutes to arrive and even longer for the water and side of ice we ordered. The food was poor. I asked for a hamburger with a pink center. The burger was cook WELL DONE. If I had another 45 minutes I would have reordered. I will NOT be going back or recommending this place.

Food was good for a "tavern" but the service was poor at best. We were trying to just grab a quick sandwich and drink on the way to an event at a local venue. It took over ten minutes to get a server to come over and 20 minutes to get two sandwiches. If the place were busy that may be acceptable but with less than 50 percent of the seats filled this is not acceptable.

We were on the pay no mind list......waiter didn't write down order and of course it was wrong but since he never bothered to come back to see if everything was ok, the stuff was scraped off and burger eaten anyway. Had to chase him for another drink. Had to chase him for more water and desert that never came so we got our check up front and left without it. Doesn't matter that it was busy pre-concert, waiter 101 should still be followed.

After being blown away at eating at a food concession by the same name at the American Airlines arena, and making a special trip to come here for a repeat performance, I was informed it was not the same ownership. I proceeded to order similar menu items (not believing the waiter). The brisket sandwich was a dried out pot roast. The short rib slider was an inedible overdone hockey puck. This was anything but a gastropub, It seemed to lack energy as well. Various reviews praised it - I could not believe it.

We love to go to Sunday Heat games - the only downside is that many of the area restaurants are closed on Sunday so we often ended up eating mediocre, overpriced food at Bayside. So we were thrilled to discover Bayside Tavern - we loved the atmosphere and the friendly service. They have a great selection of craft beers and the food was delicious and interesting! My husband had the smoked brisket and fried onion sandwich, which he loved. My son had the seafood cobb, which was beautiful and delicious. My daughter had the fish and chips - also delicious. And I had the crabcake sliders from the appetizer menu with the Brussels Sprouts side. I thought I was getting a light meal but it was substantial and amazing. The only minor downside was that they were out of a couple of the menu options we were interested in, especially some of the few available to my vegetarian daughter - but we were extremely happy with our meal This will definitely be our regular pre-game spot!

In the past, we have loved this restaurant but the pastbtwomtimes have ensured our not returning. The cocktails used to be great but are now awful tasting. The food has followed suit. A salad which says on the menu contains heirloom tomatoes (and had in the past) had styrofoam ones instead. The rest of the food was the same. The entire dinner was very pricy - as before - but in the past, what we ordered what worth it. On top of that, paying for the valet and waiting 20 minutes for our car for a meal like this was simply not worth it.

He was not friendly, not personable, bad. AND he tried to take an extra $40 that we wanted applied to the bill as extra tip. Um, no. Terrible service. May or may not be back because of this.

This place has been on my list to try for the past year. I finally had a chance to go. I wish I hadnt. It is basically a hotel bar serving bar food. The place was empty on sat night. First sign its reputation is gone. We had some appetizers and salads. Half the appetizers were fried frozen foods. Calamari was inedible. I think it was frozen too long because it was very tough. It gets 3 stars on opentable but 4 on yelp. I think the yelp reviews must be old. This place needs to close.

The waiter was rude, the food was disappointing. We ordered the Mac and cheese which was the only good thing, and the fried chicken with potato salad which sadly enough we only ate the chicken and left the rest on the plate. It was a waste of $19. The manager could obviously sense we were upset so he offered drinks all around, but the waiter only brought those who had originally ordered drinks, New drinks. Shortly after a small roach was crawling on the wall behind my friend and the owner sent the waiter to remove it and nothing else was said. A two star rating is being generous. Truly devastating experience. I would not return.

Service is very inattentive and uncoordinated, I had multiple servers as well as managers repeat same question, weather I was ready to order or would like to have another cocktail, within short period of time. And it did take long time between server visits to replenish water and clear empty dishes. My friend ordered polenta with shrimp, shrimp were grossly overcooked and polenta cold inside, while pork shank that I have enjoyed was lukewarm with stale pasta. My previous experience in that restaurant can not be overlooked either, servers add gratuity (i was with only one friend) and do not tell guests about it while folding your check in half so you only see total, I consider it stealing.
