Service was extremely slow and the establishment was not crowded. When the meals arrived one of the meals (pasta meal) was cold. Gluten free pasta-due to the already long wait we did not say anything.

We had a lovely dinner at RoccoVino’s. The service is always excellent and the food was delicious we thoroughly enjoyed our evening!

Have been to this restaurant location many times with positive experiences. Not so this time. On arrival the main dining room was closed for some reason and we were shown to our table near the slot machines. It was 6:00p on a Thursday and there some one other table occupied when we arrived. We were promptly given water, then nothing happened for 10-15 minutes. Finally our waiter arrived and took our drink and appetizer orders. Then we waited and waited. After 15" I went to find someone to ask what was the hold up. Then the drinks came and the appetizer. The grilled calamari was great. About 15" later our waiter took our orders. Then it was at least 30 minutes before our food arrived via a different person. My wife said it was the chef. While waiting, a different waiter stopped twice at our table and tried to give us someone else's food. The staff was very disorganized. Our pasta orders were very good but my wife's order of clams and pasta was not. The clams were full of sand and had to be returned for a pasta and chicken dish. The only part of our experience that was prompt was the bill delivered to our table. The restroom available to us unisex appeared to be the employee restroom. It lacked paper towels to dry your hands. The evening was a huge disappointment.

The food options were not what was listed on the menu and most of the food option were cold. I keep trying this place hoping that I’ll enjoy it once but alas that never happens. Always underwhelming.
