Watermark Restaurant - Radisson Admiral Hotel Toronto
it was nice but I don't think I would go back to the restaurant. Service was a bit slow and I asked for white wine which was warm and a dirty glass. The waiter did rectify the situation. Overall the food was good but the atmosphere a bit unusual being right next to the pool and people in their bathing suits going in and out.
Food and service excellent only thing we didn’t like was choice of language in music. Yes we sat outside by pool and it was beautiful but the language in the music with Children at pool was disappointing.
Summerlicious continues, recommended, nice atmosphere, attentive server, nice view (both CN tower and habourfront) and good food.
Watermelon Gazpacho, feels refreshing, it's like a Caesar but with watermelon instead of tomato
Beef tartare, can't go wrong with it and we love it
Crab cake, Made with real crab meat, a light entrée and nice to have if you don't want something too filling
Steak Frites, I picked medium rare, can't really go wrong with a steak. The side dish was nice as well
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Torte, very rich in favour and very filling
Ice Cream Sandwich Extravaganza, good for photos and again can't go wrong, however, please becareful and not to make a mess. =)

While this place was hard to find, once we got there we had a great time and really enjoyed the food and service.
Truly outstanding service, from the manager who was able to find us a nice table at the Pool Lounge, and from the server - her name was Kerry, I believe. They did the best in the quite challenging circumstances - it was Canada Day, with the Waterfront Festival and tall ships in the Toronto harbour, and crowds of people in the hotel pool. It is a very nice place, with a pleasant view of the lake (and the island airport), fresh evening breeze and excellent food. Their spinach salad is superb, so is the steak. Recommended!
The food and service were excellent! The chef created unique combinations that reached every corner of your taste buds. The pace of service was on par with any 5 star restaurant. Lovely view of the waterfront and nice quiet atmosphere.
Went for romantic lunch on a quiet Sunday ....not busy and quiet . everything was perfect. We did winterlicious menu. Love everything from service to ambiance. Close to Harbour front where we planning to skate . in Feb. Plan to come in the summer and stay overnight one night. And enjoy pool. A hidden gem .
Absolutely great experience! The food was amazing (visited during winterlicious so the value was great) and such creative dishes. Our water Scott was also excellent, very attentive and present to be around - would recommend do anybody!
Phone ringing too loud

B.C Sablefish Cooked perfect and Scallop
Very tasty. The services very friendly,
Soup was served without a spoon. Needed ask for one. Tea was served without milk, sugar and teaspoon. Server was friendly and quickly righted things. Food was very good.
