Exceptional experience all around. Organized and friendly waitstaff and hostess. We elected to sit at the sushi bar and took the Chef’s recommendation of the Omakase. We were served an exceptional four course meal that was thoughtfully and expertly prepared with top shelf ingredients. This was simply a meal to remember that was punctuated by the excellent staff and the very skilled hands behind the sushi bar.

The food was very good and prepared well (steak perfect medium, salmon meat tender but with crispy skin). My mother has a food allergy and they allowed customizations (where possible) to her order. Will definitely come back.

Blue Ribbon Sushi is my absolute fave restaurant! It’s worth the taxi ride from the Strip to Red Rock! TIP: sit at the sushi bar so you can visit with the sushi chefs!

The entire staff is so kind and treats you like family! We even had the sushi chef hand deliver one of our dishes. The food is all high quality sushi and tasty. Top notch service from Raymond and Adam the manager. Thank you for a fun girls night out!

I love the place !!! My only recommendation is for the music to be more relaxing and reflective of the surroundings and theme of the restaurant and not the loud “rock” theme of the casino… I think it would complement the restaurant itself much better

Blue Ribbon has the fresh sushi and best service in Vegas. From the omakaze to wagu. Skirt steak, grilled salmon, wagu burger. Had uni, toro, ikura, and rolls …all were exceptionail, and the service was great. Always recommend Blue Ribbon as the sushi place to go in Vegas.

Thank you very much for an amazing Dinner and a wonderful dining experience. We arrived early for our reservation by 20 minutes and the hostess said no problem and got us seated right away, service was fast and responsive. I noted that we were celebrating birthdays for the both of us and they were so nice making sure to wish us both Happy Birthday and even bringing us a delicious dessert after our amazing sushi / sashimi dinner. We even order the fried chicken which is to die for. Great night, great service, great people! Thank you so much

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was excellent. Try the fried chicken wings, the vegetable fried rice, and the fatty tuna. The service was great. Free parking immediately in front of the restaurant. I would highly recommend

In short, the music, they play this crazy techno music. The employees we talk to say everyone hates it. Please, change the music!!!!!!!!!! Service though, the service is always impeccable!!!!!

Extremely expensive for what you got. Tiger roll was $25 dollars and you got like 6 pieces of sushi.. Food was decent but won’t be going again. Plus we sat at the sushi bar and I couldn’t even get the guy to acknowledge me so I could order food! I had 1 roll and my date got 3 because he would acknowledge her…

We've been wanting to try Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar for a while and decided to try it for my wife's birthday. We were very disappointed - we'd heard the restaurant was expensive, but that would have been o.k. if the sushi was something special. The sushi was mediocre at best and the portions were smaller, specifically the rolls, than any other place we've ever been. Don't waste your money at this place - fine for tourists that want to eat at their hotel, but as a local, there are plenty of other places that are much better.

I enjoyed the fried chicken very much. It came with 4 pieces, basically half the chicken. The matzo meal coating was very crispy and kept the breast meat (my least favorite part) very moist and tender. I just didn't really enjoy the red spicy dusting over the crust nor the wasabi honey dipping sauce. I would definitely get this dish again but armed with knowledge, I would ask for the double spice to be withheld. The oxtail fried rice was excellent.

Been here a few times and normally have the omakase. On this occasion, we ordered rolls and were extremely disappointed. The rolls taste as if they had been premade and refrigerated, the flavors for cucumber sunomono were bland and the pork belly was doused with too much BBQ sauce. Unfortunately this will be our last visit here. The staff and drinks are great but the food is comparable to supermarket sushi.
