Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. We offer a full menu of Japanese cuisine including a carefully curated menu of pristine quality sushi and sashimi and Japanese specialties from our hot kitchen.

Our server Jessica was amazing she suggested the ginger bread for dessert and it was so tasty. For food I order the smash burger and it was great. The oxtail fried rice was delicious too. We didn’t order any sushi this time but Jessica gave us some suggestions for next time. The restaurant itself is very nice. The only thing I was surprised was that they didn’t offer any other tea besides green tea and had no coffee but again that it was not a big deal to us.

Food is outstanding. Not sure how it compares in price to other places but great sushi costs a bit. The service is outstanding. We come here 5-6 times a year and never disappointed.

So now we have a new favorite spot for sushi. Start to finish, a really delicious meal. Shared tempura shrimp to start that was excellent. For me, the spicy tuna roll was just absolutely the best—just the right amount of spice. Other rolls were great with incredibly fresh ingredients. Ginger bread pudding—shared—for dessert and it was an amazing end to a really good meal. Service is stellar. This was our first visit and it will be the first of many to come. Don’t know why it took us so long to try it but we’re so glad we finally did.

First time dining here. It was our anniversary dinner. Service was amazing, sushi was outstanding. Also had short ribs and sea bass entrees. We will definitely put this on our list of favorites.
