Had lunch here one day and it was superb, but I think the restaurant took too much on for Thanksgiving. We had to wait a long time to be seated. We got drinks and then a nice salad and cheese plate were delivered but our main plates didn’t arrive for TWO HOURS and were cold! Many of the side dishes lacked flavor. The sweet potatoes were blah, they ran out of mashed potatoes. Turkey was flavorful, everything else just ok. Got bread rolls at the END of the meal. Dessert was very dry. I would still go back for their regular menu, but this was overall not worth the money. Wait staff was ok but we were not greeted warmly. Some of the staff (not all) seemed to feel put out by reasonable requests.

My experience at Ben Paris during their advertised special Thanksgiving dinner fell short of expectations. Despite the anticipation of a memorable holiday meal, there were problems. The service was slow, with our food taking an extended time to arrive, and crucial items were forgotten. What added to the frustration was witnessing other tables, arriving later than ours, being served promptly. The wait staff seemed inattentive, as our table was consistently overlooked. Also, instead of being seated in the restaurant's main dining area, we found ourselves in the lobby of the adjacent hotel. Not very restaurant-like. The deviation from the promised experience and the lackluster service left much to be desired for what should have been a special Thanksgiving dinner.

Not a good choice for holiday meals. Severely understaffed for Thanksgiving thanks to poor management. Food was bland and while we were asked about food allergies that was as far as it went (ie gluten free and vegetarian were not communicated to the kitchen). Reviews sound great for a regular brunch but I am not in a hurry to go back.

Hattie was amazing and there was great energy with all the staff. The bartender did an excellent job on the drinks and the Chef is a pro. There was no fluff on the burger just naturally juicy. Amazing evening we will definitely be dining with you again.

This restaurant never disappoints. The cocktails are perfect. THANKS Jeremy! And the menu always has a few staples from the past mixed with new and seasonal dishes. The plates were so full I could not try the desserts. I will be back!

We ordered Americano, pancake and smoke salmon omelette. The pancake was under done, the center of the pancake can still taste the dough and soggy. Smoke Salmon omelette taste very fishy ,not fresh. When they bring the Americano, server didn’t even offer cream or sugar, just left it on the table. The only thing was tasty is the Yukon potato. After an hour both me and my friends stomach felt hurt. We’re thinking is the smoked salmon

First time at Ben Paris. Thor delivered good cocktails. Our table was ready on time. Starters and entrees were well prepared. Our only challenge was with one dessert. The brownie has more white pepper than we could enjoy. Even with that, though, we would readily return to Ben Paris.

Interesting restaurant offering a variety of brunch items. I had the pancakes with a side of Andouille sausage. I was seated immediately and the host was friendly. My server and I didn't really click, unfortunately, and felt the service was less than excellent. The food was decent but was rather pricey for what was offered. I would come back to explore more items on the menu.

Not worth the money. Atmosphere was very nice, but the food & drinks were very basic. We both had the “restaurant week” tasting menu & had issues with 3/6 of our plates. (Undercooked pasta on the main course). For what we received, I would have happily paid $25 per person rather than $50.

Loud. Servers were ok, not chatty, no recommendations, more interested in getting you out of there fast. The crab salad was inedible. The lamb tagliatelle had one seasoning - salt. The carrot appetizer was actually good. $500 for six people, with 3 appetizers, 6 entrees, and 4 cocktails is a bit much for mediocre service and food. Seattle has a lot of good restaurant options. We will not be coming back here.

The restaurant looks very attractive and the menu looks impressive as well, but some items were not as expected. There were so much vinaigrette in the crab salad that it was not possible to eat it. It may be a place for people who like spicy food, which we do not mind, but it was too much. The Herbed Manilla clams were good and the pasta was fine, but we did not order desserts and cannot say anything about them. The service was fast and the waitress was very attentive. The place is very pleasant, but we were unlucky with the food.

The clams were absolute perfection. I could have eaten three orders of them.

Good service and the decor is cool. Menu is a little limited. I had halibut which was small and nothing special. Also the cheese patty it was paired with really overpowered the fish. But this could just have been a poor choice on my part.
