Welcome to Abrazo! We are a neighborhood restaurant nestled in the historic and beautiful Russian Hill neighborhood. Chef/Owner Michael Pawliks menu features contemporary Spanish-Californian inspired cuisine, sourcing only the freshest and most traditional ingredients. Abrazo features a lofty 18ft ceiling, a cozy bar, and a private dining room that seats 16. The wine list features the best of Spain's legendary wine regions alongside Napa Valley classics.

Always a treat.. Abrazo is even better each time I dine with them. The Gambas, Charred Octopus, and the Croquetas are off the charts amazing . My dining mates tried the Steak Tartare this week; this may now be my favorite plate. Chef Michaels cuisine is artistic, creative and delicious .. Abrazo’s menu also satisfies those with Gluten challenges; most of the variety of choices are gluten free .

Delicious dinner out with a long time friend. We enjoyed a variety of tapas. Grilled octopus Stone fruit “salad” Albondigas Chicken soup Plus petrale sole main dish Everything was well prepared using the freshest ingredients and beautifully presented. Service was superb. Eating here is like a warm Abrazo.

Excellent. I hadn’t been a few years and it was good then but even better now. Four of us shared lots of small plates and had a few cocktails. Perfect pre show meal!!

Our server was friendly and the restaurant atmosphere was great. We got perfect recommendations for small plates, every dish we had was tasty, and the wine/drinks selection was very good. We had a fantastic date night experience and are eager to come back!
