We were the only customers at 6pm on Thursday. Great place with desert/pastries to die for! I don't like sweets in general but the deserts we have tried were just perfect!

I wouldn't recommend trying out Seattle Restaurant Week brunch menu. The main dish was served late and cold with mediocre taste. Mimosa was fine. The best part of their brunch was the croissant, which you could simply get one from the bakery counter.

The food was good - but not very French. The menus they had for restaurant week did not have choices - were fixed, could not mix and match from the 2 offerings and was a bit pricey... The deserts were obviously not made in house and not fresh... Loved the wines and the service was nice! I would go back for drinks and appetizers - not sure if for dinner ...

Been wanting to try this place for a while but figured it would be crazy busy on a weekend, I was wrong. Went for brunch on Saturday, booked a table just to be sure and as it turns out, there was no need, plenty of free tables. Staff were absolutely lovely and super friendly but service was slow. There was only one young man doing food, so it took 40 minutes for our order to arrive but the waitress was apologetic, so we gathered this was not the norm. Did not treat ourselves to pastries this time, but there was a magnificent offering available. I think I will return for lunch during the week though as they do a selection of baguettes which sounded amazing per the menu. Will also return with friends to try out their dinner menu. Also, if you're in the mood, a great selection of french jams and other yummies on offer that would make great gifts.

Great undiscovered dinner spot so far. I love the ambiance and great variety of choices. So happy to have such a good choice for Bellevue. The wine was amazing, had great fish and the mussels were the best. I also had ordered 4 full cakes for my Husbands dinner party at home. They were a huge hit amongst the many people we had. They were quite a center piece so highly recommend those for a party also, especially the passion fruit cream.

Had the most disappointing experience here. I was really looking forward to some delicious food and good service. I got neither. This was probably the worst service I've ever gotten in a restaurant. The waitress kept forgetting to bring over my friends drink. I finally had to find another person to find our waitress to bring the drink (got it half way through the meal). Then we had ordered pastries with our meal, and they never came. Our meal is done, and I asked where they were and the waitress didn't even remember that we ordered them. We told her what we ordered , and then she brought the wrong items over within probably five minutes. I looked at her and I said no that's not what we ordered and I told her again. I had asked for mine to be heated up and when it came to me it wasn't. I asked her why and she said well we don't suggest they get heated up. But she never told me and the four times that I asked her for what I ordered. Then the food. Eggs Benedict literally had no flavor. Eggs Benedict should have some flavor and it was just plain and so disappointing. To add to it... The meal was so expensive. I will never go back here and would not suggest it to anyone. It's overpriced, bland food with terrible service.

Atmosphere was great, just what we expected from a French style cafe. We went for mother's day brunch and it seemed they had issues handling the number of guests and as a result our courses were brought to us out of order. But they were very nice about it and gave us some free pastries which were very good, and the meal itself once we got it was exactly as we expected so all in all we still had a good time.

Great experience, we were there for mothers day and had the set menu of two types of eggs benedict. The potato balls were pretty floury, but the bene was pretty good, to me the default is runny yokes, mine were soft to firm. Still pretty good, the sweets are what they are known for they are amazing.

The weekend brunch is delicious but the service is a disaster. With reservations, we didn’t get anyone to come to our table to take our order for over 20 minutes. The drinks we ordered came after our food (and two reminders). When we were finally able to get our bill (15mins after asking for it and sitting with empty plates), they ran our card on the iPad and walked away! I never even saw the final bill or was able to select tip options! They did apologize for all the waiting, when serving our food, saying they were short staffed. As someone who has worked in restaurants and cafes, the issue was in training and operational organization. The food is amazing and would highly recommend take-out. But dining in will be a frustrating and disappointing experience. We will not be back to the restaurant.

Never coming for dinner again. I frequently come during the day for the quality pastries and coffee and it’s usually nice so I thought dinner would be a romantic treat. I made a reservation ahead of time and showed up. Without any notice, there was a networking (standing and walking) event going on right when dinner was. We made a reservation for a nice dinner. We did not sign up for a crowd of 30 ish people walking next to, arm or two length from our table, stopping, and standing next to us to talk while we tried to eat dinner. There were even 2 “ding ding ding” fork against a wine glass speeches where they expected everyone to be quiet so some guy can make his speech. 4 other dinner tables, not part of the social continued their conversation, quieter, but we all got nasty stares as if this entire restaurant should be quiet. Either close down the restaurant for the day to host the networking event or very much separate the areas. Unacceptable for the price we pay for a nice dinner only to be shushed, given slow service, slow food, and have groups literally talking next to our table. I do not blame the manager or servers at all and felt compelled to tip them well. They tried their best to make a path through the crowd so we could reach our table. She tried to check in often but was very occupied by the networking. Unacceptable and will not come here again for dinner.

Took forever to get our order in, to get the drinks and then the food! We were not served all together , one by one , and a lame excuse was made. They did offer one complementary pastry for 4 people to share for the waiting…our second coffee never arrived! The English muffins were hard as rock . Got the price, not a good experience.

My experience was not good. I read other reviews and saw it has bad score but decided give a chance. I had French onion soup and was surprised that it was not tasty, onion was undercook and it was not like a single dish , it was like just broth with onion. I’ve tried French onion soup before so I can compare with others. The second issue - they have iron chairs over there and when we came in for the dinner - the chairs were so cold il, it was hard to sit comfortably on them. We asked to give as a blanket or something but they didn’t have anything.
