    The food is fabulous here. The wagu starter was flavorful and tender, cauliflower steak is out of this world bursting with flavor, you didn’t even realize you were eating a vegetable! The lamb and shrimp were also delicious and very flavorful. Attention to detail in every plate and the service was also great. I can see why this restaurant received a Michelin nod. The portions were in line with any other fine dining establishment, come to enjoy the food experience and tantalize your tastebuds! Was there for my husbands birthday and they made the night special. Highly recommend!

    Innovative native cuisine, well executed and presented...service level very good not great...wine list leaves a bit to be desired... beautiful restaurant...prices a bit steep... That being said we dined at El Pairo twice out of five nights...

    Excellent choice all around - if u r staying in the hotel, definitely gotta try it. Imaginative, tasty, fresh with gracious service and ambience with views (if u r having lunch) to top it all. Prices not cheap, but comparable to other similar quality restaurants.
