   Our waitress was totally disengaged with our table. Not once did she offer to refill drinks at my table. My party of 7 each ordered an entree. the first 4 arrived approximately 10 minutes apart. 10 minutes later, we had to flag down our waitress to ask the status of our 3 other entrees. She had no idea our food never arrived (not surprising since she was not checking on our table, clearing plates, seeking addiotional drink orders, etc.). 10 minutes later, 2 more entrees arrived, but again we had to ask about the final order which she needed to check on. 10 minutes later, the final entree arrived. Too bad the manager checked on our table moments after we were seated vs. later in our experience. Ultimately, upon receipt of the bill, I realized I was automatically charged 20% tip due to the size of our party. No wonder our waitress could of cared less.

   Eat her often, never disappointed. Ecco’s staff is knowledgeable and attentive to detail, and they get excited when you ask for recommendations because they’ve actually tried the food. So happy to be able to walk here

   Classy atmosphere, impeccable service and delicious food at a surprisingly reasonable price for Buckhead. Get the steak. It is delicious!

   We had a great experience at Ecco last night, we’ve been there multiple times over the years so it’s always great. Last night we were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they went all out to treat him special! He is a photographer and they put a picture of a camera on the table with birthday card and surprised with an amazing dessert (I stole some ;). They also are wonderful about accommodating my food allergies. Thank you Ecco for a great night!

   We arrived shortly before Ecco was closing and the entire staff was so welcoming and gracious . All of the food was outstanding (especially the strawberry tart!) and I had the best N/A cocktail I’ve ever had. The restaurant is gorgeous and warm. Highly recommend!

    I typically love this restaurant, but I was beyond disappointed at what they put forward for Easter. It was $65 per person, and there were very few items offered on the buffet. It was a table with a few cheeses, meats, and cantaloupe. There were exactly 3 things on the “hot table“ including slices of ham, lamb, and pizza. Then there was a dessert table. It would’ve been really nice to have a carving station for the ham or the lamb. They could’ve had an omelette station. There are a number of ways that this could’ve been a more worthwhile experience. it was definitely not worth the price of, and it felt less festive than it should have for an Easter brunch. I had Mother’s Day brunch there last year, and it was a three course meal that was lovely. They should have put more time into their Easter plan.
