Fiola Miami brings the cuisine and culture of Italy to Coral Gables, "The City Beautiful."     Had a business dinner here tonight. Service was on point as always.  my colleague, and I started with sharing the new Hamachi Crudo, and the tuna tartare. Both were excellent. We then had a half order of the spaghetti with white truffles and it's always my favorite pasta in Florida. The Australian New York  strip came next along with the truffle potato fonduta. We ate every bite. Last, but not least was the new dessert, which they are doing now, which are Bombolini with two dipping sauces. An incredible ending to a great meal.

    Everything was fantastic. Our server Jorge answered all of our food questions and provided outstanding service. We had the bison tartar, the burrata, lobster pasta and for desert we had the tiramisu. Everything was fantastic.

    Our Thanksgiving meal was absolutely delicious and attentively served. All the dishes were particularly transcendent. The desserts were also quite spectacular. Turkey and Ricotta Donuts were absolutely my favorite. Bravo!!!

    Had a great meal at the bar lounge last night. The service was fantastic. Loved the new Hamachi dish which is not only super sexy but taste incredible. I love their playlist. Just the right amount of vibe to not make the place feel stuffy even though it's fine dining. All around fantastic. I'll be back.

    Came for a birthday brunch because of the $45 brunch . Ambiance was classy and nice. Music was tasteful and service was outstanding. The tartare, ceviche and burrata were great. However, the wagu lasagna and pasta was not our favorite. For an Italian restaurant, the pastas need a bit of work on flavor.

    Fiola's has great atmosphere. Food probably overrated today. Service was very good except for a couple of items that were forgotten. I had asked for lime with my sparkling water...didn't come until i asked again. Waiters forgot we had ordered 2 cappuccinos - so we left without our coffee. Nothing serious...but less than ideal for a place with Fiola's reputation.

    Really loud and expensive for what it is, don’t get a lot of bang for your buck here. Price to quality ratio really not great. Expect to spend over $300 for a meal for two.

    Restaurant is pretty - we are in the bar area. I think the middle room would have been too loud. The back room lined with a wine cooler, is very cozy. Menu is way overpriced but you can find some reasonable priced options. Scallops and tuna were good. Fusilli Pasta portion was a little too small and salty. Bread with ricotta was great. Wine list is extensive, a little pricey.

    They were very accommodating, and even offered a vegetarian tasting. For my sister’s birthday she got a free dessert and a card signed by all the employees which was a very sweet touch

    From the special request to prepare a foie gras which was absolutely delicious. The tomahawk was cooked to perfection. Top notch service and to the ambassador of the restaurant Tom which made it all possible.

    I visited for lunch. Impeccable service and delicious food; certainly worth the price. The pastas are amazing and their bread with cultured cream was simply heavenly. The space is elegant and wonderful for dates and meetings. The meal is extremely filling. This restaurant is a must-visit.

    Took my wife to Fiola for a birthday lunch. Received warmly by the staff, who were all aware of the birthday event. Great service and superb food as always. The prix fixe lunch is worth every dime you pay for it, surprisingly large portions. They produced a cake with birthday greetings at the end, to mark a wonderful experience. We are regulars at Fiola and aim to remain so. We are lucky to have them in our neighborhood!

    Took clients there from out of town. To say they were impressed is an understatement. All three of them said it was the best restaurant they've ever eaten in. Service was just exemplary from start to finish. Eric was our captain. While he was attentive, he was not intruding on our conversation. A true professional /managers were around checking on us. All of the dishes were fantastic. My favorite was the lDover sole. And what a wine list.!!!

    The service and food were amazing. Celebrated my anniversary with the wife and needless to say we had a great experience at Fiola. Loved the way the staff treated us and even gave us a gift for our anniversary. I recommend trying their tiramisu it was delicious.

    Excellent service and the food was great too. Go to Fiola for well prepared $42 3 course Lunch Prix Fixe seafood and well made house pasta dishes. We ordered all appetizers , a few pasta dishes and a seafood Secondi - all were excellently prepared. An espresso, gelato and chocolate ended the meal perfectly.

    It has been my third time dining there. I have yet to be impressed. We were dining, celebrating a friends birthday. Waiters seem to be in a rush and kept coming and taking away drinks. That were not finished. Forgot part of our order. The biggest problem was the servers/bus boys. No one asked if we were finished with the plates and they would take it away. I certainly did not feel high end. Dining out is a choice and an experience. Would not recommend

    It was our first time going to Fiola and we went for Sunday brunch. Food and restaurant itself exceeded expectations. Pedro helped us, he went above and beyond with his service and restaurant knowledge. We can’t wait to go back for dinner and their rooftop bar.
