Hank’s is located next to the Bay Theater at Palisades Village and Executive Chef Isaias Peña offers a full menu of elevated American classics for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Food was delicious. We had the chicken and salmon which both were perfectly cooked and well paired with veggies. Good wine selection and great to sit outside with the heat lamps. Service was very good and a small band playing nearby was a really nice addition. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

Neighborhood gem: tasty food in a picturesque setting. The expanded patio is especially nice. I had the diamond double burger, which is one of the specials, along with onion rings, and my companion had a Caesar salad with chicken. Everything was excellent. It is pricey, but, after all, it is the Pacific Palisades.

It took 40 minutes to be served our order of 3 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich - which is extraordinary long for a night that was not that busy. The server was great but the wait time was poor!

The food was good. The ribs were a hit with our guest and a very generous portion, however, there were no wet wipes or hot wet cloth to wipe hands with. I highly recommend this. Even a bowl of hot water with lemon would be helpful. The waiter forgot to bring the dessert we ordered which was a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. He didn't charge us for it either but it was disappointing not to receive it. We love the atmosphere and sitting outside.

This was my first time at Hank’s. The food was delicious. The service was great! We tried the deviled egg appetizer and it was tasty. We ate here because we were going to an event at The Getty Villa. It was perfect for our evening.

I ordered my hamburger as a lettuce wrap but instead it came on a very small pile of shredded lettuce. Otherwise the meal was delicious, the spicy margarita excellent, and the service great.

Talk about overpriced!Its much better at Angelini for better food.The salad we ordered was mostly 3/4 lettuce and a baked potato undercooked .Not going back I'll stick to Angelini and the Bistro gardens.

Enjoyed the food-delicious grilled balsamic onions on the burger which was cooked perfectly. Excellent fries and onion rings. Kale salad had too much kale and not enough of the other ingredients!! Tuna melt only had cheese on one half. The service was lousy. Difficult to get our water glasses refilled (and it was quite a hot day). When the iced tea was refilled, it was brought to the table with NO ice!! Waitresses certainly need lots of training as only very few tables were occupied!

We love Hank's! Their outdoor area is large and comfortable, with heat lamps when and where needed. The servers are friendly and accommodating, and the food is good. The menu isn't huge, but it has just enough variety, and we've always been able to find something yummy.

So disappointed! We have been to Hanks practically once a week since it opened but that will change! They took great food and ruined it! Their now California burger which used to be great is now 4 ounces! You can barely find it on the bun. Their onion rings are now curls. While we were there I notice many plates were being returned to the kitchen. Very sad but I guess they couldn’t handle success!

As a recommendation from the KTLA morning news we decided to try Hank's for their Hamburger special for National Hamburger Day. All 3 of us hot 3 different Hamburgers and wr LOVED all of them. Juiciest Hamburger we've ever eaten. Great fries and onion rings! Service was good and ambulance was great.

There were four in our party and we all agreed that the menu is limited for dinner. The service was very good and the location is exceptional. We all ordered sandwiches and found a lot of bread, but what was supposed to be on the inside was lacking. We also shared a Caesar salad which was good.

What a disappointment. There were 3 of us and we all ordered the same thing--a Hank's Burger: one medium rare, one rare and one medium. When served, the orders were all wrong, plus the fries were cold. And the restaurant was not even busy. The waiter was very apologetic and did his best to straighten things out, and gave us each a scope of ice cream for dessert. Not likely to want to come back real soon.

Our server was amazing! We were waiting for the rest of our party who was running late and our server was so nice and accommodating about it. The food was pretty good although I got the turkey burger and it had a mayo dressing that was too runny. It overpowered the turkey; disappointing. It came with a salad that was dressed heavily similar to the burger so wasn’t paired well. Ambiance is always great here. You can’t go wrong with this area for people watching and a boutique vibe.

DIDN’T SEEM ANY MORE THAN THAT. JUST ADVISING AGAINST UNLESS YOU LOVE THICK BREAD. OUR SERVER SAW THAT I BARELY TOUCHED IT AND WITHOUT ME ASKING TOOK THE CHARGE OFF THE BILL. SO, GREAT SERVICE. USUALLY THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD.

The food is fantastic, no surprise there. But the feeling the staff gives you - that you are part of the "club," a valued customer and a neighborhood regular even if its your first time - cannot put a price on that, and its cost the restaurant $0 ; fantastic DNA for any company
