This wine bar gave me the worst experience I've had in a minute. We had a reservation on Monday the 9th at 7:15. When we arrived the doors were locked and the place was empty. Leaving me to wonder how we had not been informed of any sudden closing or the fact that our res was unable to be fulfilled by the bar. We could tell that they hadn't properly been closed due to the fact that all the lights were on as well as a sign still out and furniture. We just went with it and figured we'd brush it off because after it all it was ONLY my 30th Birthday Celebration!!!!!!! Went to the Cuban place around the corner and had a nice time. As we return to our car we notice they are back open and there is one girl sat at the bar and the other serving. When we step in to ask why they had closed she said she literally didn't know. Like, she actually shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". And that she was there at 7 and had just got back. Thus telling on herself. May I add that she seemed to be high as hell off of whatever she partook off on her "break". She refused to have an explanation and the girl who was obviously her drug partner sat laughing. I have never felt so disappointed and dismissed by a establishment in my life. The fact that she had no concern or resolve and just stared blankly and LITERALLY shrugged. People like this have absolutely no business in service! I will not be coming back! I had heard some bad reviews before but figured we'd see for ourselves. We did!!!!

Pinot was a really nice place for a date, they had good music and great wine. We really enjoyed it. We started there and then went to dinner. Check them out!

I took my sister for a wine tasting for her birthday and was very disappointed. The shop is a great idea in theory but unless you are stopping in to take wine home the tasting is poorly executed. We arrived promptly at our reservation time and waited over 10 minutes, there was only 1 employee working and he was helping the only other customer in the place. He did not greet us or even acknowledge that we were there, after about 10 minutes passed with us standing at the counter, I asked if we could just sit anywhere. He said to help ourselves and that he would be with us shortly, he checked out the only other customer and while ringing him up, a couple walked in to buy wine to go, he asked if they needed help, still never coming over to bring us menus or even greet us. He helped them with their selection and checked them out while we waited another 10 minutes, and right as he finished another customer walked in, grabbed a paint can and he checked him out. At this point we had been in the store without so much as a menu and we had a reservation that was booked days in advance. Finally the man comes over with menus and we ask a few questions, several of the answers about the chocolate/wine, and wine/cheese pairings he was unsure of because the “chef” was out but would be back shortly. We order 2 wine flights, a chef’s cheese board, charcuterie board, and the heavenly chocolate flight. Wait another 10 minutes for wine because once again a customer comes in to buy bottles to go. While the gentlemen is finally pouring our wine flights, the “chef” returns. We watch her as she opens up processed meat containers to make the charcuterie board, and breaks off squares from chocolate bars for our chocolate platter. 3 of my 5 and 2 of my sisters 5 wines were substituted because they were out of the listed wines and this wasn’t told to us until they brought the flights to us. Wine was great, cheese was decent and the rest of the food was terrible and the service was horrible!

It was very nice, the wine was great and so was the service. Just wish they had different food options. Other than that it’s a great, cute place with good atmosphere!

I just took my boyfriend here for his birthday. We had super great service, the wines were good for the most part except maybe 2 or 3 but, that’s what wine tasting is for to see what you like and don’t like. The goat cheese with the pepper salami on the mini toast was excellent. I would definitely come again.
