   Great lunch with a longtime friend. Excellent food and service in a quiet atmosphere perfect for communication! Very nice atmosphere. I recommend it. We have stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the restaurant. So when I was in town and wanted to meet a friend for lunch - I chose The Chalkboard.

   Excellent food and service. Treated my mom and sister to an early dinner and it did not disappoint! For entrées we had the duck breast and the short rib roast and an excellent artichoke Spinach dip appetizer. Will definitely come back again!

   Waitress was amazing. highly recommend the strawberry rhubarb 75. The crabcakes are great too. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere and you can carry out conversation without yelling. 10/10

   Had the lamb lollipops, spinach/artichoke dip, escargot, an excellent caviar amuse bouche and the 6 oz. filets. The sides were grilled brussel sprouts (unbelievable!) mashed potatoes and an apple slaw with the lamb. The palate was enhanced by a Cab Sav from New Zealand, I cannot recall the winery's name. The meal was excellent, service stellar, bartenders on point with a fresh drink as soon as you were empty... really a wonderful experience. Will definitely return.

   Love the ambiance. I was with a party of 6 and the response from the group was the food was good. Not outstanding, but worth the price. The service was outstanding from the Chef to the server and the ambiance was great. Would absolutely go again.

   We love Chalkboard in Tulsa, so we were excited when they came to OKC. Its one of our go-to restaurants for great food and service. Justin took excellent care of us. We topped off the night with Brandy Ice and it was delicious!

   Our experience was very underwhelming. It took 15-20 minutes to be greeted after we had been seated. It took another 15 minutes to receive our drink order and it was not super busy at the time. We found the food to be lackluster. We ordered a variety of options too. The shrimp cocktail was served on a huge bowl of sonic ice and lacked presentation and flavor. The sushi was okay. The beef Wellington bites were eh and do not even bother ordering the side of mashed potatoes. They will serve it like a scoop of ice cream in a bowl that reminded me of school lunch back in the day. We both agreed there was no need to go back. I never leave reviews but felt like this was necessary after spending $130.00. Very disappointing.
