We had an awesome celebration of our anniversary here! We went to the bar first & had a lovely conversation with the bartender. Sadly didn’t get his name (he’s young & a soccer fan & has a cute mustache) but we really enjoyed him!!! Great service & DELISH drinks. Then our server Greg was awesome - efficient, cool, nice. Had such a lovely night!

Staff was good, some food arrived cold , drinks dropped off that were not ordered again ? Short rib was dry and room temperature. How it left the kitchen like that is sad. shipped back for a filet. Steaks were all good, got 8.One sent back as it was to well done. Desert's were hit and miss. Butter cake was great. Cheesecake lousy. Drinks were all very good FYI.

We had reservations and were seated promptly at a quiet table in the back. Service was excellent. My only complaint was that when paying $90 for a steak, you would expect it to be cooked correctly. We ordered 7 steaks (all ordered medium-rare, medium or well-done). Every steak came out rare to medium-rare. Sides were excellent and the creme brulee was good too.

Had a great dinner for 10 for a family and friend celebration. Service was great and the food was delicious. They have a nice diverse menu for a steakhouse. The short people at our round table had difficulty reaching the lazy susan in the middle, which made for some laughs. The table may have been a bit too big, or the chairs not high enough.

I’ve eaten at other Del Frisco’s locations before but not this one. The food here was as expected but the service wasn’t up to par for a steakhouse at this price point, or compared to other Del Frisco’s I’ve visited. The restaurant was not busy and we had a team of servers working our 12-person table, but the amount of time they spent at our table was minimal: pretty much just taking orders and dropping off food. We had empty cocktail glasses sitting on our table throughout the entire meal, and no one ever asked if we wanted a second drink. We ordered a lot of appetizers to be shared and never received any plates beyond our small bread plates. Most strangely of all, we were seated at our table for about five minutes when someone came over and asked us to return to the hostess stand because our table was set incorrectly. While they were apologetic, we were entertaining prospective clients, and this was quite awkward and embarrassing. We returned to the table and the only difference we noticed was that there were menus at the places. This location needs some seasoned servers who can deliver the experience customers expect.

This was our first time to dine at Del Frisco’s. We eat at high end steak houses on a regular basis and have a good understanding of how business should be conducted. The staff at the host stand was very cold and not welcoming. Our meals were tasty and high quality. However, our server was inattentive and there were long lags between her check ins. I recommend that the management spend some time training the staff on being more welcoming and cordial.

Spent a ton of money on the dinner for two. The lobster tail did come out cold at first but they did get me a new one. The lobster was not the greatest tail I have ever had and most the food I could get better elsewhere. We were pretty disappointed with our experience at a $100+ person meal restaurant. We were celebrating our anniversary they didn’t do anything to celebrate us. The server would disappear and not be seen for 20+mins at a time. She didn’t stay calm to care for the costumers and was running around while other servers were standing around. Not the best service or food for the very high price

Dinner was good, but service was really bad. The waiter treated us so bad, I don’t know if he was racist or something (as we told him we are Mexican) I understand there’s a migration emergency problem in EEUU, but the way he looked as us? I mean, his attitude was bad from the start. My dad had to served the wine x2. He never approached and asked if we needed something, he was chatting in the other table the whole time. The general manager made a discount, but it was so uncomfortable for us. My dad loves this restaurant, we’ve been in LV, Houston, NY and San Diego, definitely after this experience we are not coming back.

Fabulous! Went to a couple of their NY locations before and this one was the best so far. It was a nice rainy day and it was not crowded which elevated the experience even more. The fillet mignon was out of this world!

Maybe one of the worst dry aged steaks I have ever been served at a premium steakhouse. Need to teach you steak person how to cook and not send a steak out ice cold…I like them rare plus but this was nowhere near that and the service was courteous but SLOW.

I think the restaurant was a bit dated. We sat at the bar and had appetizers—service was not good at all. We had to keep asking for things. Finally a knowledgeable bartender came on. It wasn’t even busy—kind Ioc surprising gif a Thursday after work with a major country concert in town.

When we cut into the butter cake we saw a tiny worm come out of the cake and then we told the waiter (we should have recorded the bug because we legit saw it crawling on the plate. By the time the waiter brought it to his manager or whoever it was he tried to tell us that they didn’t see anything when we legit saw it with our own eyes. They made us feel so uncomfortable and best believe we will never be returning. Tryna tell us that there was nothing in the plate when there clearly was something. How do you not believe your customers… pathetic

I ordered bacon wrapped scallops for my dinner. I received my entree and took my first bite and realized my bacon wasn’t cooked through all the way. It was still pink and chewy. I told the waitress who was extremely apologetic and brought the scallops back. I asked for no bacon this time as I didn’t want to eat undercooked pork, and she brought me out what appeared to be the same scallops just cooked longer. I sat with my wife and watched her eat her meal while I picked at some sides. This was our dinner before our comedy show that evening, and our only night away from the kids in months. To much of my dismay there was no offer from the restaurant to comp or discount the meal at all. Not even an offer of a free desert. I normally wouldn’t be this upset but this is an expensive steak house and I’ve received better fully cooked food at some mid quality chain restaurants. I’ve eaten at Del Frisco’s numerous times and this is the first I’ve dealt with that kind of poor food quality and no offer to make it right. Reheating the scallops was the icing on the cake for me.
