   Service was just disaster, complete amateur experience, 10 minutes wayting to get table, all orders mixed and wrong, slow mode in the air.

   First of all, we were enchanted by the beautiful place. Arriving at the time of ordering food we did not know what to order so tasty and appetizing that the dishes looked at each other. Thanks to the good service of the waiter, he helped us choose. For my taste, we ordered everything, the food was salty. And even if we come because obviously we were hungry.... We went to the bathroom and returning they were already cleaning the table even though we still had the cell phones, bags and bags... I felt very excited. Well, finally when we left the Table when going up the stairs we asked the hostess for a favor to take a souvenir photo.... Rudely he answered me: a photo????? I'm sorry, I have to go right now, I'll be back..... I understand she was busy but it didn't take her 1 minute to do it hamably....

   Tao is one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago. It always lives up to its expectations. You’re greeted with such a beautiful view and ambiance. This was my first time dining with such a large party (9 people) but everyone’s needs were met with huge satisfaction. Our table was very private and perfect for us. The food came out beautifully and deliciously. I recommend literally anything on the menu! You can’t go wrong with not one thing that comes out from the kitchen, the chicken lollipops were a crowd pleaser! Our waiter was extremely accommodating and made sure our birthday girl was well taken care of. A night at Tao should be on everyone’s Chicago bucket list! The DJ definitely sets the vibe that makes you want to go out for drinks after.

   I love my experience at TAO and had no issues while we dined here for my birthday. The ambience was great and not too loud. The noise was OK. The food happened to be great and the drinks were amazing. We were celebrating my birthday and the servers were very attentive as well as kind. We also stayed after a little and took pictures and attended the nightclub as well

   Always enjoy going to TAO. Food and service never disappoint. Highly recommend the Miso Cod and the Tuna Tartare on crispy rice. However it is also very expensive so we save our visits for special occasions.

   Food was great. Service was bad. Hard to find the service person. Order taker was inexperienced. Took wrong order & overcharged $255 for a $85 wine. It took a while to change the final bill
