Restauranteur's, Glenn & Lisa Hawley after successfully opening Off The Hook - a Premium Fresh Fish concept over 5 years ago are adding a Premium Steak House to their portfolio.     The raw oysters (we prefer the East Coast variety) were fresh and tasty. They were completely severed from the shell by the shucker-a welcome touch. The chef's special steak came with a perfectly prepared risotto. Wines by the glass, while on the costlier side for "da Burgh," were nicely selected. All told, a fine meal and worth the expenditure: A special treat.

    Excellent dining experience. Celebrated my husband’s birthday and the attention to detail was extraordinary. Wonderful service and exceptional menu.

    Always a great experience at Napa Prime. The best French onion soup! Great summer cocktail selections. We had the Lavender Kiss and Prime Punch and both were refreshing. Petite filet was made to perfection with a baked potato. This is our favorite place to celebrate our anniversary. Dessert delicious! Took it home to eat.

    Exceptional food and service. The steaks are cooked to perfection. Our server was so nice and made sure we had everything that we needed.
