Wonderful food!! We had a party of 7, we all got something different and all LOVED it. Roasted chicken was great, fish and chips perfect. Steaks were terrific, same with burgers. We can’t wait to come back. Soon!!

I took my husband here for Father’s Day. It was quite crowded, which I expected. We arrived for our reservation on time, but had a 10-12 minute wait, which wasn’t bad at all. Our waitress was very good, as she kept coming back to check on us often. I could see she was busy because she had tables in my immediate area and in the overflow area. My husband had the whiskey flight and the Father’s Day menu. It came with ribs, potato salad, and house made dill pickles. It was a good amount of food and reasonable for the cost. I ordered the crab fritters, and although they were okay for the taste, it was not what I expected. I was dissatisfied, but I wasn’t pleased with it. I at them anyway as I was hungry and didn’t want to send back. I have an issue with textures, and I was thinking not had more of a breaded crab cake texture vs the inside being like a creamy crab salad. My drink was good! I had the margarita and it was very tasty. For the ambiance, customer service, and overall restaurant, I give a high score. I even commend the fast pace in which we ordered and were served.

Obviously it’s a place we like cause we keep going back. Everything was nice as always, I just didn’t like my food this time around. I ordered the brunch hash and the pickled onions were so overpowering; pretty much it felt like I was just eating pickled onions, I couldn’t continue to eat after a couple of bites so I just picked the potatoes off the plate. The server was nice enough to take it off our bill though so that was nice of them.

Always get a decent enough meal whenever I’ve been to Whiskey Cake and from all indications, I really SHOULD want to go more often. I’m ashamed to say I can’t even really put a finger on why it’s never top of my list. This time got the burger. Again… a decent enough burger. Service was great… welcoming… efficient. Would be a 3.5 if I could. Just not quite 4!

the servers should say as a reminder that going forward Whisky Cake is cashless., none of our group of 6 saw the letters when coming in the door. . also it took 4 times for three of our tickets to be completed correctly. We were there by 515 ordered social hour drinks but were charged full price due to when he printed the ticket..

We had a large party which included kids and adults, and the service was prompt, the food was correct and DELICIOUS!! We would ABSOLUTELY return!!

Food was good. Server was great and lots of fun. Do not sit at the communal hi-top tables in the bar, We were next to 3 dentists who spent the entire meal loudly talking in detail about their field. To non-medical people hearing about dental procedures and the screaming children they were working on is not pleasant dinner conversation. It would be just as unpleasant with any loud party since the only "divider" is a strip of wood sitting on the table between your plates and theirs. The place is deafeningly loud anyway.
