   I gave this Review 2 stars because of the lousy service. We are locals and have been eating at Crown & Bull since it opened. It’s my go-to when I want good food; and, I love the newly added interior seating. The food quality is better than ever; but, our Server was so inattentive he got my order wrong & forgot to serve a number of items we had to repeatedly ask for from another server. This server obviously wasn’t paying attention and had a “I could care less attitude”. I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my meal as my friends were finishing theirs. He forgot to bring out the dressing with my salad; didn’t bring out my husband’s wine until after dinner was served & then we had to ask where it was; too many marks against his service. Had we not eaten at this restaurant before, if it were our first visit, we would have banned coming here. Please make sure your servers know HOW to serve your guests; especially with your newly appointed indoor seating. Do the servers just ‘forget’ they have patrons seated inside? Please note: this is the first time we had such lousy service at Crown & Bull. Otherwise, kudos to your chef!

   Food came out cool. They served the other people at the table before they served my wife, and it was Mother's Day. Who does that??? Server never once came back to the table to check on us. I could think of 100 other restaurants that would have been a better place to spend $200. Kinda ruined Mother's Day for us. Not Acceptable.

   Party of 6 with a reservation. We grabbed drinks at the bar while waiting for our table. From the moment we were seated, the server seemed irritated that we already had drinks. We ordered over $100 worth of appetizers, which were brought out by a friendly food runner. The server briefly checked in, and we requested a side dish and a wine list—but neither ever arrived. After that, she disappeared for over 30 minutes. No one at the table had drinks, and we eventually had to ask for a manager. Instead of checking the system to see who was assigned to our table, the manager asked us what our server looked like and went to find her. The whole experience felt disorganized and uncomfortable. When the server finally returned, we asked to close out—she didn’t disclose that gratuity was already included and never showed us a final bill. I had to go find the manager again just to address the automatic gratuity. The manager, server, and head of security were all dismissive and pretentious. No one apologized or took responsibility for the poor service. We spent over $200 and left both hungry and disappointed. This place needs serious staff training and a reality check on hospitality

   The food was very tasty, a little overpriced but not unreasonable. Service was average, could have been a tad bit more attentive.

   The food and service was excellent. Love the outdoor seating area, it was very surprising the size of the restaurant. I would recommend the Crown and Bull to my friends.

   Great food, great atmosphere. Our server was one of the best servers I have ever had at any restaurant

   Our group had the sea bass, wings, Brussel sprouts and salmon All was excellent and very fresh farm to table. The saxaphonist was AMAZING.

   Took an hour to get food - wife’s food wasn’t hot - wasn’t waiters fault - you need more staff - I wouldn’t recommend based on last nights experience

   Waited a very long time to be served only to have my entre be something other than I ordered. Was disappointed.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the drinks were generous. But we didn't know they were having live music which was kind of loud at times they made it hard to talk. Put overall would highly recommend! Thank you!
