Was very nice and Brittany was an excellent server.
6:30 reservation, order not taken until after 7. Past happy hour, although after arguing our case, were allowed to order from the happy hour menu. Slow service. Bill was $25, $40 was put in the folder. Without looking, waitress asked if I needed cash back. Tacky. Just left us with a less than satisfied feeling.
Great dinner - table ready when we arrived. Service at bar and our table excellent
It is still one of our favorite restaurants. I like the way they change the menu and wine list. Service is excellent. No one hurries you.
I eat here frequently. The last 2 times have been disappointing. There were 3 of us this time. One lady’s lunch came out almost 10 minutes before the others. When mine did arrive it was the wrong soup. After I was served the correct soup I realized there was no spoon so had to wait 5 more minutes to flag down the waiter. Then the waiter was very flippant while sharing the dessert offerings with us. We were seated at a booth in the bar.
The other time there were 6 of us for dinner. It was so dark that we couldn’t read the menu w/o using our cell phones. The food took forever to come out of the kitchen. We were all unhappy.
The food is good but the service is lacking....
Our server Dizzy was very good .
Group of 9 Women -- Brunch fare was good.
Brioche French Toast was more like a bread pudding-- too thick and more like a thick custard. Didn't care for.
Short rib hash was tasty.
Should have gotten the half flatbread/ soup combo!
Fish Tacos looked delicious, will try next time!
Ambiance is cozy.
Cocktails were tasty and delicious!
Thank you-- good for large groups.
We were very pleased with our experience here. Even with a reservation, we waited a bit to be seated, but the food and service were worth the wait. Our server was very accommodating and attentive and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back!
Parking is terrible. Why are large blocks of prime parking reserved for Valet parking when a garage is available.
Portion sizes were on the smaller side considering the price for the dish. My husbands green beans were barely cooked. The food was good but not great.
Food was pretty good, but the service was rushed more than usual. The seat we got was in a booth in the bar area, and that made it very noisy and not easy to hear conversation among us.
If you can get there while the harvest menu is available you should! The Lamb shank is delicious!
Good wine by the glass selection. Like the calorie counts on the menu
The fish in the fish taco was overcooked, dry. And the tacos were uneatable. But the manager when we complained offered free desserts, which we didn't want, but he then extended a comp on a flat bread. So I credit them as they were attentive.
Great food, great service.
My wife and I have been there several times and have always had a good experience?
This is a favorite place for us as food and service are always excellent. The menu is always changing and food is fresh and has great flavor and presentation. Happy Hours menu has lots to choose from in food and drinks. Sangria is rich and lush to the taste. You get A plus value in food and service at Seasons 52!
The food was exceptional! The service was great. Everyone was so kind and caring. Will return soon for another dinner. Everything was delicious!! My favorite restaurant. Always a great meal! I recommend this restaurant.
Exceptional service and food on a very busy Saturday evening
Everything was great....sad that the only gluten free dessert was just a bowl of berries.
Our server (Randi) was very attentive and pleasant. My fiancée and I arrived about 45 before the rest of our party. Our table was already available so we were able to sit, have a couple of drinks and appetizers while we waited. It made for a very relaxing evening after a busy day at work.
Happy hour surprise. Had no idea they had such a nice happy hour. Meatballs and lamb chops were really good. Nice pricing.
Indoor/Outdoor room is lovely setting and usually a quieter part of the restaurant. Menu changes seasonally. The three course meal is a very good value. Our table had the cedar plank salmon with roasted vegetables and filet mignon with mashed potatoes, along with spinach salad with roasted pears, mushroom bisque and butternut squash soup. Quite enjoyable both for the eyes and the palate. Service is always very personaable. Nice more upscale neighborhood restaurant suitable for 'celebrations' of all kinds. Quieter and less busy at lunch but good selection.
I absolutely love Seasons 52 the food, atmosphere, & service are all spectacular!
Excellent Happy Hour food. Nice wine list; good value.
We drive from Columbus because the children live there and always want to celebrate special occasions here.
It’s wonderful, celebratory and the staff is on board with the special occasion, unlike other restaurants everywhere
Restaurant was dark, outdated. Food was overpriced, just ok. Typical chain for older crowd. Plenty of people over 60, not a place for hip, trendy food. For that price there re way better restaurants in Cincinnati.
Brandon is an excellent server.
Great Meal and Great service. A very good value with the harvest menu.
Filet was great as well as the short ribs. Our server was not very attentive. Although he bought dessert since we were celebrating 2 Birthday. Drinks at the bar were very short on liquor. I’ll keep going to Capital Grille which is top knotch. The best in Cincinnati!
I am rarely disappointed in the food here but the lamb shank was just awful. It was dry and did not seem fresh at all. The green beans had no flavor. Next time I’ll stick to the seafood.
Our waitress Kayla was super! The food was excellent. Overall great for food, fun and to celebrate a birthday.
I had a wonderful time. The server was awesome!!great experience.
Family dinner with several elderly people, they sat us in a private room/area which was amazing and intimate!! Really was a special evening! Food and service was outstanding!
Waited 20 minutes past our reservation. We were seated in the back w bright lights, crowded, very long wait for water, and our bar order was about 20 minutes more...couldn’t find our waitress at all to order more drinks. My husband’s chicken was shriveled up and dry but he ate it bec we didn’t see the waitress for another 1/2 hour. The couple we were with-got their food 10-15 minutes before we did. Really weird, bad experience. Seemed chaotic and unorganized for $100+ meal.
Our server was exceptional!
Attention to details
Beautiful setting for sisters lunch
The food and service were outstanding. Note that parking at the restaurant is very, very limited. Leave yourself time to park at Rookwood and walk to Season 52 or budget for valet parking.
One of my favorite restaurants. Great selection of food and wines. Service is superb
Everything was wonderful except the Venison I ordered medium rare was very tough!
