Food just ok. Sweet potato fries greasy. Staff is ok. It seems like a high-end fast food place wanting to be a restaurant.

Love this location, and the food was delicious. But we received some of the worst service I have ever seen. The waitress was rude to us and spent most of her time standing near the bar, chatting with other staff members. She never brought water. Eventually she seemed to have lost interest in being our waitress, and the hostess had to take over. All this time, the waitress was chatting at the bar. We had been planning on ordering dessert, but we chose not to.

Not what I was expecting, the food and , cocktails where not great, just ok, I wanted to be seated in the second floor and the person who received us refused to do it and that was the reason why I chose this place, I don’t recommend this place and I don’t think I’m going back

Beautiful setting. Food is delicious, a little too bland. While it is more contemporary fusion, it doesn’t lose its authenticity. Reserve ‘upstairs’ standard seating for better ambiance.

The food was good, and the upstairs area, with its beautiful cherry blossom trees, makes for a great photo opportunity—especially for large groups. However, the service was terrible. A glass accidentally fell from our table, and when I apologized to the waitress and even offered to clean it up, her response was shockingly rude and said “Ermm yeh, what do you want me to tell you?” She was dismissive, arrogant, and unprofessional, even implying that we had dropped it on purpose. Unfortunately, her attitude completely ruined the experience. While the food was fine, I won’t be returning because of the poor service.

All of the appetizers were great -- gyoza, crispy rice ahi! The duck ramen, just so so. Bland broth, fatty meat and hard to eat when it's in the ramen bowl but still on the bone. It's pretty there and the service is great, so I'll go back but just order a bunch of apps!

Super nice place, the food and the service were both was very good. Music was just the right volume, enough to enjoy it while being able to hold the conversation without raising your voice.
