The place is not properly heated for outdoor dining; they need to cover it more effectively or add more heaters.

Our food came out cold, presumably from sitting too long.

Weird options for food, would prefer more standard options other than a burger. Leek soup doesn’t really scream delicious.

Multiple Servers are obsessively Asking if you’re okay and/or asked if we ordered yet. We had 3 different people come to our table and ask us if we ordered yet. Then I had to watch the manager got angry at the server for not filling our water as soon as it was empty. I watched him point at multiple times angrily at this poor server.

The view here is absolutely gorgeous for sure, but for winter time it’s not recommended— food will come it cold and it’s impossible to stay warm outdoors.

I went there to celebrate my birthday. The view is stunning 😍😍. Food tasted delicious and yummy. All the staffs were following Covid guidelines and rules. They had the heaters on too and I didn’t feel cold at all. I would definitely come here again with my friends. 💖💖

The atmosphere was gorgeous and on the roof- was nice to be away from the sound of the streets. The views of course were amazing—but the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A great experience-but dress warm from this time of year:)

Great vibe with excellent service! I went for lunch on the patio and the views were incredible. Servers were very attentive. The drinks were great and the food was good however I don’t think you come here for the food, it’s more so for the great vibe.

Great day to be on a roof - was just perfect. I love the food here it’s actually super tasty and not over priced for what you would assume of a rooftop (especially at the Bisha). Highly recommend.

Service was decent but barring the views, this place is not worth the price we pay. Food was abysmal to say the least. Had the burrata, roast baby potatoes and the tuna tataki. Everything below average unfortunately.

The views are great and food was good too. There was a false fire alarm that stopped us for having any conversation for at least 15 mins

Over all it was nice. I wish they had more staff with them cause we couldn’t get a hold of a waiter for the longest time but trust me it’s very pretty here

Staff are excellent, food pretty great. Ambiance and view, just beautiful. I would recommend for occasional times when you just want something a little nicer than your everyday.

Menu and portions are very limited but the view makes it up!
Cold and windy on the patio at this time of the year but dress warm and enjoy it!!!

Our server "Wing Man" aka Chris was awesome. View was a huge pleasant surprise. A wonderful Brunch.
Side note: It would have been nice to offer some items from your lunch menu, like salads after 1pm, but you were only serving Brunch up to 3pm.

Everything about our experience at
Kost yesterday was perfect.
It certainly was a bonus that it was a sunny and warm day .
The service was prompt and professional and all of our food selections were delicious and visually
well presented.

Excellent food, excellent view. What else could you ask for. Very dissapointed however they would ask if it was a special occasion on the reso, then never do or say anything about it

The restaurant was beautiful, however I rated my overall experience as a 4 star because it was freezing on the patio. The restaurant has heaters, however due to the building being so high, it didn’t help much. The view was amazing, I’ve never seen that part a Toronto before. Also the food tasted great but was quite cold. Overall, my experience wasn’t the greatest, but I think this was mostly because of the weather. Summertime would be perfect for this kind of patio!

It was wonderful overall as usual and our server was incredibly attentive to detail

We had a 9pm reservation for 6 people, obvioulsy on the patio. we were seated on a table with lots of wind drafts, without a heater, since they were all already purposing other tables and the restaurant does not have one heater per table.
we were given blankets at some point, but were extremely cold.
Fortunately, it got better once food arrived, but we were definitely considering not staying for dinner at some point because of the conditions.
Please make sure to provide the right equipment for an enjoyable evening outside, considering we are entering winter.

They’ve got the most beautiful view of the lake being on the 44th floor of Bisha hotel. And the outdoors heaters were nice to have when the sun was covered by the clouds. The food is nice, plates usually have a generous size and the jalapeño margarita is amazing. The service is great.

It was so cold and windy but the staff went above and beyond to try and make us comfortable.

KOST dining experience was amazing.
Highlight is the view of CN tower, panoramic view of downtown.
Service was also really great.

We ordered Roasted chicken and short rib for main course, a side and cheesecake for dessert which was delicious.
But since the rooftop patio is on the 44th floor, it’s pretty cold and windy. Make sure to go with your warm jackets.
They will also provide you with survival wrap blankets and outdoor heater to keep you warm.
Will visit again ❤️

Beautiful place. I totally recommend this! Too bad that time we came was extra windy and cold. The waitresses refused to take a photo of us, although the hostess volunteered to do it.

Overall experience was excellent. Across the board food, vibe, service and view were excellent. Only critique would be on the service. Thought the waitress could have checked on us a little more. Also thought it was odd that she brought my black coffee, I asked for cream and by the time it arrived my coffee was cold. But overall that barely detracted from the experience. Would go back and would recommend.
