    Siempre Algo was superb once again! The Canape is one of the most luxurious and delicious dishes I have ever eaten. The Confit (in bird game fat) Porcini Mushrooms had great texture and flavor, and the Sea Island Red Peas and sauce that went with them were so interesting and tasty. The seared Tuna entree was perfect. The use of luxury ingredients with unusual legumes and vegetables really set Siempre Algo apart from other great restaurants in Pittsburgh. I believe that when the nomination period for the next James Beard awards comes around (10/1-11/29/25) that people who love this restaurant should nominate it. And as usual my wife and I could not leave without the Bourbon/Sea Salt Ice Cream and Shortbread Cookie!

    Made my mom’s birthday special and sat us right by window. Food was interesting and delicious. Bar very impressive. Service was prompt and great.

    The halibut was a little dry, and overcooked, along with the gnocchi. Wait staff was a little to attentive. Take a break and allow customers to eat without being interrupted.

    They do change their menu seasonally, I think. Generally, this is a good thing. Unfortunately, they eliminated some of my favorite choices from previous two dinners there. I had the chicken entree and it was excellent.

    we eat at Siempra Algo a great deal and this meal was the most amazing we have ever had. the Canape with Fois Gas and A5 beef among other ingredients was luxurious and delicious. The Dayboat was one of the best pieces of Fish I have ever had. Just a wonderful experience all the way around. great Service and Wines.

    We had a fantastic time at Siempre Algo last night with friends. We always love talking with Kimber who makes all of our favorite drinks and suggests wine to accompany dinner. Our waitress was so professional and paced our orders very well. Chef Brian's creations are so delicious and creative. We loved the Pork Tenderloin with whipped Blood Orange sauce, the Waygu steak and the Chicken. We also had our go to appetizer of Duo of Pate'. The chicken liver is a creamy mousse served on the crusty bagette. Siempre Algo was buzzing with energy last night and was so much fun!
