   So Amazing! My 2nd time thete and it was for my birthday, it was rainy and so comfy: definitely recommend. My favorite is the spinach mushroom pasta, the wagyu was so good melts in your mouth. I tried 3 different drinks as well as my boyfriend. We loved it, staff is super attentive and kind. Definitely will be out Italian spot! 5 stars

   Was enjoying my lunch and ashes for some bread and butter. Was told the bread came with olive oil and if I wanted butter, it would be $2!! I’ve never been charged for butter at a restaurant in my entire life, in the US or abroad. Left a bad taste in my mouth…

   I have heard all good things about this place no I was super excited to finally experience it. Food was really good, however portions were surprisingly small. We had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to even return to our table to take our order because of a “mandatory meeting” for all of the servers. Our server had a very challenging time opening the wine…broke the cork. (It happens.) Gelato was amazing! Overall, not worth the money and the service and experience were way below our expectations.

   Ambiance is beautiful, service was just okay. Dinner portions are so small as well as the menu. Not worth the money spend. Drinks were mediocre, don’t waste you money unless you’re there for the vibes only.

   It took an hour before we received our drinks. Service was super slow and awkward. Multiple staff came to our table and each one answered our questions with unique differing answers. Never experienced service like this but the food was delicious when it finally arrived.

   We asked for a table with an umbrella and the host proceeded to put us at the worst table in front of the busing station with no view. When we asked for a different table, he put us in the middle of the patio at a table with no umbrella. We saw a table for 2 with a view and an umbrella and we asked someone else if we could move and he said of course! We waited 35 minutes for a waiter, who did not write our order down and came back later to ask us what we ordered and he got everything wrong including the drinks. I’ve been here many times and service is always hit or miss, but this time was definitely the worst!

    Need to develop better menu. Have a great place with not much of choice and bit worse taste than before. Server were good but I think one person is a manager but keep bothering our table and walking around with frown face. He seems mad. He seemed Iranian. He doesn't bother other table except ours. I really don't understand why. Also, he seemed mad.

    amazing roof top area. Loved the heaters (it was a cold day). The food was excellent, my ravioli needed a bit more salt but still really enjoyed it and the skewers were to die for. Would definitely recommend this place

    Easily one of my favorite places in LA. They seem to have upgraded the food, service and ambiance over the last few months which makes it even that more exceptional. The tiramisu is to die for! We enjoyed the Grigliata de Pesce, pane Otto, lasagne rustica, Cavatelli and Spaghetto. All of these dishes I would highly recommend.

    Unfortunately, I got a piece of bone in the pasta dish with the pork beef Ragu. It was very good until I almost broke my tooth twice I brought half home and I got another one here’s the picture … won’t be back

    We LOVE that restaurant! The food is delicious , the view is amazing, beautiful outdoor sitting, and beautiful restaurant. The service is usually better than what we had yesterday. I always recommend this place, especially, if you have a guest visiting from out of state, like I have now. My guest loved it!

    The place is great! The menu changed a bit from the last time I was there but it is no less amazing. The noise level was a bit high due to a private event happening at the time we were there making the conversation difficult. I highly recommend this place and everything about Eataly!

    The firewood burning over is a special touch and creates some nostalgia of a fireplace on a cold night. The food is nicely seasoned and delicious. I saw a mix of couples to families. I'm sure when the weather is warmer the patio is in high demand. Server was friendly and attentive. We were provided an incorrect side of broccolini which was quickly fixed, and we got to enjoy an additional side which was also very good. I wish we weren't in a rush because it would have been nice to have dessert. So we will be back!

    I hate having to rate restaurants poorly. We were looking forward to visiting Terra all week. I will say the food was very good, I wish I could have tipped the cooks because each plate was delicious. I highly recommend the wagyu beef skewers, arrabbiata, and branzino. The service on the other hand was so SO bad. Our waitress was very courteous throughout. But after she took our order for everything (appetizers, pasta, and main) we only received our drinks and appetizers and then didn't speak to her again for at least 40 minutes, and waited for the remainder of our order. We sat down at 8:15 and didn't receive our dinner until 9:35. I want to be understanding about a break or even a forgotten order as long as it's made right, but with no check-ins at all for that long felt rude and unfitting for a restaurant of this caliber. Our waitress was in and out of the dining room repeatedly where we were seated, and just ignored us. Clearly it wasn't a break if she was waiting on other patrons. Finally, after another waiter noticed we were just sitting there watching every plate that came out, asked if we were still waiting for anything. Our waitress apologized and offered to comp us a beverage which was appreciated, but then we never saw her again. A different waiter offered us a complimentary dessert, which again, we appreciated, but didn't ask which dessert we wanted, just delivered one. I ordered a double espresso with a lemon twist to go with it, but only received a single espresso without the lemon. Then the check came and the dessert was still on the bill, so we needed to get that removed. It was just so frustrating every step of the way. Neither one of us raised a fuss because again, we try to be understanding of extenuating circumstances. But it was so unfortunate to look forward to this dinner all week, arrive at 8:15 and not receive our food until 9:35.

    Excellent Bronzino and cavatelli al RagÙ di terra. The Bronzino had the open fire smoked flavor with a slight firmness that was perfectly done. Service was excellent and not rushed at all. Tiramisù della nonna & Gelato was completed at the table. Perfection.

    I go to Terra a lot and I decided to read the latest reviews and I got super worried that thjngs had gone downhill. But we still went and I completely disagree with all the bad reviews. Kevin, our waiter was AMAZING, the food was delicious and the portions were big… people love to just complain!! We had the octopus, the burrata salad, two pastas and broccolini!! Delicious! And Negronis. Love Terra in every possible way!

    There was three of us. Service was beyond slow. I order a medium rare steak and I got a well done steak. My serve never showed up so I had to get up and find someone to make me a new steak. Finally server comes to me and say “do you want me to remove the steak from your bill”. Beyond horrible. No apology - nothing!!! Very disappointing

    I’ve been to Terra with friends and family bi-weekly since Eataly opened, even through the Pandemic. Everyone I invite loves it and the experience is pleasant. I decided to take my Date there on Thursday, thinking it would be ideal. It was raining, so it was not as busy as usual. The service was horrific, the waiter most specifically was just in a bad mood and very clearly wanted everyone to have a bad time. I usually just walk up to the rooftop and wait for a table. I spent $225 for two people and didn’t bring any of the food home because of how poorly it was prepared and cooked. If it wasn’t for Wally’s down the street, this restaurant would’ve killed any chance of enjoying the evening.

    Delicious food, great ambiance and service, but the the portion sizes have shrunk significantly. The $17 grilled mushroom consists of four small pieces of mushroom. Not worth it.
