Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Food was great. Service wasn’t that great. Although our waitress did have mostly large tables. Out bills were brought to us with one price. Took them then brought charged my daughters card twice, then the second charge was for more, she changed out bills because for forgot to add her tip on to them (large party) then charged everyone’s cards or some payed cash. Then brought us back the ch aged bills. Honestly she would have made better tips if she would have just left them alone!

Our server was a new trainee but she was the sweetest love her ! Same with the person that was training her made us laugh

Waitress ok, but took forever for her to return to check on drinks, straws, napkins etc., food took forever. It was ok, not that great. My pizza was cold, wasn't served hot. Everything took forever to get to our table. Got there at 3:30 was another hour before food arrived. Not all the stuff was there, ranch on the side had to ask twice, plenty of help but everything was incredibly slow. wasn't a big fan, be awhile before we go back. Very disappointing.

We were celebrating my birthday and the food got messed up several times. Waitress did not listening didn't get a lot of the stuff we ordered

BJ’s use to be good, however today was terrible. Food was not of good quality at all. Appetizer plates were dirty and we didn’t use them. Burger overcooked, chicken wasn’t fresh and the sauce was barely there. Fries were not hot. It was a let down for sure.

Was one of the worst experiences we’ve had there. Had reservations at 5:30 for 9. Showed up at 5:15 and checked in. Called up at 5:30 to be seated. Then the waiting game. We were there for over an hour before our food showed up and by the time it did, everything was cold. There was a table of 12 and they got there after us and was fed before us and finished before we even received our food. Pastas were cold, steak looked like a piece of dried up kidney, potatoes were cold. Sent them back for them to just put back in oven and receive our food barely warm and dried out. Manager comes by to grab the dishes and have the food remade. Took 3 dishes back. Continued waiting and 25 minutes later he only returned with 2 dishes. We returned 5 out of the 8 dishes we received because they were cold. I’m almost sure they were sitting out for a while before reaching us. We weren’t even offered anything for the inconvenience and were still having us pay full price for the dishes that we returned and had to wait another 25 minutes to return. We said forget it and paid for what we did have which was drinks and salad and we left. We were there a total of 2 hours and 3 of us didn’t even get to eat anything. Was the absolute worst visit we’ve ever had there.

I had the ribeye steak and my husband had a chicken plate. Everything was very good. The server was excellent!

Our waitress was a little overwhelmed I believe. Took forever to get our drinks. The Appetizer was delivered with dinner. Not before. Didn’t check on us very often. Just lack luster service. Not my best dinning experience.

Steak was over cooked I ate about 1/8 of it. The server didn’t ask about it. The server seemed like we were a bother when asking and we had to ask multiple times for refills. It took way too long to bring the check. I had to ask for the check.
