   Our issues with the experience was as follows: -table placement wait staff and other guest kept buming into our chairs. -drinks were not refilled as they were low -some apps came out after their main meal and others were missing their main meal. -service was nice but slow and needed help per she kept forgetting things she should have more help like the table behind us. -I asked the young lady to remove the dishes, that happened after we left. So if anyone wanted to order dessert they could not because the table was full of dishes.

   So I made a reservation, but still had to wait 20 minutes for a table even tho there was open tables throughout the restaurant, service was super slow, drinks were melted, other families came in after us and left before us. Very disappointing experience.

   Waitress was phenomenal, kept drinks full and Wes very kind. Didn’t remember her name, but back room, table of 8. Very good experience

   Our waiter was not good! I hate complaining about a waiter. I know they have their bad days. Though he never apologized for anything he did or did not do. At one point my husband had asked the hostess for ketchup because our waiter seemed like he was plaguing us. He would look right at us; acknowledged us. Then walked from one side of the kitchen to the other all around! I believe everyone at our table was done before I even started my cold dinner. The hostess told my husband that our waiter would get to it when he could! Did I tell you we were the only table in the restaurant! I hope it’s a long time before anyone suggests we go back here; or at least to this location! We have had this waiter before. I was shocked he was still here. So, he must only have bad days when we come in!!!

   The menu has lots of choices. My food was cold but good. They were out of several steaks at 6:30 on a Saturday.

   They need to staff up for Conroe ISD football games. Took over an hour to just get burgers and fries.

    Roman was an excellent server. We came in for the prime rib special. We had made reservations and we were really looking forward to that. They were sold out. That was disappointing. We were happy with our selections. Roman was just outstanding. We would ask for him again at our next visit
