The food and service were amazing.
Elise was an excellent server. Food was very good as always. It was quite slow for a Saturday but that’s likely due to the cold and rain. This is one of our favorites at Disney Springs due to the food, service, and ambiance.
A positive to start, the service was very good. I ordered the steak and it had no taste of any seasoning being added. Just bland. My wife got the Ravioli. The sauce was equal to a bottle from the grocery store. Much better places to dine in Disney Springs.
Food was terrible. Both steaks ordered at the table were 90% fat. Environment was not great for a business meal. It’s an overpriced Olive Garden. Server was good.
Chicken parmigiana was good but I initially ordered the lasagna bolognese and was told it would be 35 minutes for it to be ready. Also ordered a Diet Coke which I never received, also wasn’t billed for it so no loss there. Decor is nice but definitely Disney prices for an otherwise average experience.
Went for brunch and it was fantastic!
Very good food and fantastic service, Megan was an absolute delight!
The setting is unique and interesting. The food is about average, definitely does not meet the expectations considering the cost. Staff is busy and lack attention. I would go elsewhere when expecting high end service and quality.
Food was good. Limited menu but additional vegetarian items on inquiring. Alexa provided excellent service. Expensive.
Dinner for four. My wife and I split an order of Chicken Parmesan as well as a cheese board. Even with a discount card, the meal was over $100. The Chicken Parmesan was not memorable. The spaghetti portion was similar to Chef Boyardi.
Below average, even Below Olive Garden.
Disappointing that their online menu is not the same as the real in house menu. We went there specifically because of a certain item and the waitress said it was a speciality item. Arancini is a speciality item in an Italian restaurant? Since when. It was just a ok expensive dinner. Don’t need to go again.
My husband and I shared the Caprese salad which was good. My lasagne bolognese was really good. Our waitress was very good and gave us good recommendations too.
The food was almost tasteless, service was passable. We waited for our waiter almost 15 min before we even got water. I understand they are busy, our waiter was apologetic. The caprese had zero flavor - no salt or any flavor, just tomatoes and burrata and one small sliver of basil! Th chicken Milanese was a special and it was cold. Everything was cold and tasteless. An utter waste of time and money. Avoid if possible
I loved the restaurant. The food was perfect!
Fin de año, celebración
Could definitely use more vegan options beside plain pasta with red sauce. There was nothing on the menu for vegans/plant-based diets.
Chase was an outstanding server!!! The food is ok, and expensive (but what you expect at Disney).
New Year’s Eve
Limited food selection. What we ordered was good. Prices were a little much based on the food we ordered
Went for a Birthday celebration. Portions were good and table bread was fresh. Recommend the calamari.
I know the waitress was trying to be attentive, but we felt rushed and that she wanted to turn the table. There's a balance between the server being attentive and annoying...
Food fair not great
Good food. Good service.
Christmas Eve . Nice place . We really enjoy it . Thanks
Just mediocre. Food did not impress. Service was very good, however.
23rd anniversary dinner was as near to perfect as it gets.
Met friends that were visiting the area for dinner. Place was absolutely incredible. Best marinara sauce I’ve ever had. Portions were perfect. Not much to say other than we will be back very very soon
Buen sitio familiar y en Disney platos comerciales para estar luego de jornada de parques
Good service but good was nothing special. Pitchers of sangria was good but not at $40. Holiday flight of drinks were good and unique. Didnt skimp on that alcohol. Meatballs were tasty but spaghetti pasta was rubbery. Not alot of menu selections but expectations werent too high for disney. Priced was probably 25% more than a local restaurant would have been
The restaurant is beautiful and very unique. The staff is super friendly. I was very disappointed with the food. Coming to an Italian restaurant I would hope that they can at least have a good spaghetti and meatball plate. This place did not. The pasta was a horrible chewy texture and the sauce was quite boring. The meatballs were okay but this plate could’ve been served out of a middle school cafeteria. High prices for low quality Italian. My husband got the brisket and enjoyed it but all who had any traditional pasta dish were disappointed. Bread was great!
Poor menu for an italian restaurant. Service ok but slow
Food was not good for the price
Our waitress was amazing.
Great dinner, excellent food and staff. We were not rushed. Enjoyable evening
Good was over cooked. Drinks were great!
This was the only place we could get a last-minute reservation on Black Friday in Disney Springs. It was late, 9:15, and the restaurant was not that crowded. We got seated right away and they did move us to a booth when we asked after seating us at a table. Bread and oil were brought to our table right away, but it took quite awhile to get water and get a waiter to the table. Overall service was on slow side but the food came out pretty quick after ordering and was hot and delicious. We ordered a salad before the meal which never came so we had that taken off. Tiramisu was pretty good, but not “out of this world” as described. The drinks are overpriced, but the mule and glass of Pinot noir were both good. It was nearly $150 for the 2 drinks, 3 entrees and dessert, which is way overpriced in my opinion but typical for all restaurants in Disney Springs.
Cold thanksgiving dinner, $31 for lasagna that was also cold. Service was slow.
Thanksgiving holiday meal with a special menu! Superb selection and artful presentation by Disney chefs!
