Zuma Japanese Restaurant - Miami
the menu is comprehensive and alluring. dishes are authentic but not traditional with bold, intense flavors and an emphasis on simple presentation acquired through quality ingredients. izakaya style means that dishes are designed to be shared at the table.

Definitely a scene. Booked a regular reservation through OT but was seated in a corner spot at the back of the bar. On top of that, they were doing a photo shoot of bar cocktails the entire time. Be specific when booking.
Our server was lovely, warm, and experienced.
Great food great ambiance! Never been to the one here in NYC and now I will become a regular!
It was AMAZING!
Excelent food varities menús excelent service the waiters know what they are selling.
Really Bad experiencia, my table wasnt ready I had to wait a lo, nobody knew... The view is really poor.
Excellent fusion cuisine. Very unique. The ribeye with truffle is excellent. As well as the corn side..
Excellent food, ambiance, service and views. Repeat customer have never been disappointed with anything about this restaurant.
The whole experience was amazing . Compliments to the chefs the food was extraordinary. Our servers were informative and the recommendations outstanding . Enjoyable food and ambience. Will definitely be booking at Zuma London when we get back home .
Way too expensive for what we had. 3 rolls of sushi, a bottle of wine, corn (1 ear cut in 4 small pieces). 4 people for $600 dollars... WAY too expensive. Two of the rolls were the California roll ( very simple), and the other one spicy tuna roll. No dessert.
The service is ok, but the hostess were not nice. They didn’t give us the table until the four of us were there, and we ended up getting a table outside, when the weather was hot and humid...
Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The service seems to get better every time we come there. The wait staff remembered us and even the wine we drank last couple of times. Daniel was our waiter and he did a fantastic job along with the rest of the staff.
Amazing experience. Service, food, ambiance couldnt have asked for a better birthday dinner!
Great as always!
Premium Chef’s Selection is the only way to go.
restaurant manager was rude, and made us feel unwelcome in their restaurant.
Very Romantic, with a good ambience and the food was excellent.
The service and food at Zuma was some of the best I’ve ever had. They teach you about the food and the proper way to enjoy your experience. I suggest sitting at the Sushi Chef Bar, I loved watching the Chefs prepare my food! Would highly recommend!
The food at Zuma's is outstanding. This was the fourth time I've eaten at the restaurant. The tuna was incredibly fresh and the mushrooms are delicious. The beef skewers and the wagyu gyoza are also highly recommended. One thing to look out - a service of 18% is added to your bill if your group is less than 6 and a 20% charge is added for 6 and over. I missed that when paying my bill and left a substantial tip. Te next morning when I looked at my receipt, I noticed the service charge. I called the restaurant the next day and asked that the service charge be removed and leave the tip I had left on the bill. They said they would pass the info on to the manager. That was on Sunday, July 8th. I am disappointed because they have not gotten back to me.#zuma Just a follow up. Hats off to the management of Zuma. They responding to me about the check issue and corrected the situation. Thanks
Food and service amazing but pricey
I expected more from a restaurant as expensive as this. It took a long time for the waiter to come to our table. The food is very good but not outstanding when comparing with other Asian cuisines in Miami/Brickell.
We arrived with fairly high expectations, however were disappointed from the beginning. Seating was poor and ability to have a conversation was near impossible due to the noise level. The waitress dropped the black truffle on the floor, however managed to add it to the bill. Finally, both my wife and I were sick for the next two days, with upset stomachs.
This is not the standard we expect or are use to here. Very disappointing as we were trying to celebrate a special occasion.
Zuma was amazing! We had
It was our 15 year anniversary and Zuma did not disappoint. Extraordinarily prepared and presented cuisine, very attentive service and a phenomenal atmosphere. What an amazing evening. Thanks, Zuma!
If you’re visiting Miami and not dining at Zuma, are you really visiting Miami? Always one of the best. Thank you and cheers!
One of the best dining experiences! Every single food item we ordered was extremely delicious!
Tiny looked after us and she was excellent. Great attitude and most attentive in a gracious manner
Had to wait longer than I would have liked for my table to be available. I had a reservation.
We were very disappointed in the entire experience. The food is below average at best. We tried four different sushi rolls and we were under impressed with all. We’ve had strip mall sushi much better than this. The seaweed salad was disgusting! And beyond a ripoff for $16. Our waiter was less than interested in us since we weren’t drinking and only interested in attempting to sell us the most expensive items on the menu. Giving this a 1 star is generous!
Zuma is one of the best restaurants in my list. I go to several restaurants in New York, Argentina and Europe and Zuma is in the top 5 of my preferred places. Excellent food, service and ambiance.
Disappointed/frustrated. Let me down. Took my girlfriend for her birthday. Booked the reservation putting down it was to celebrate a birthday. I received a call the day before the reservation to confirm that it was to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. I was told they would have a dessert with a happy birthday message for her. Finally got to dinner and ordered a cake for dessert excited thinking she would be given the birthday greeting with a candle and message as discussed the night before. Nothing. The waiter David was great and I do not put any of the blame on him if he was never notified but someone didn’t care to fulfill the request and it was extremely disappointing and made me look bad. Doubt I’ll go back there. Too many other good options in Miami.
Buen servicio y para los niños tambien
todo excelente, aunque nuestro mesero un poco distraído.
caro pero lo vale
The food and service were all fantastic. Come for the weekend brunch. You won’t be disappointed. Freddy was great and made sure we all had a great experience.
Noise level was very high . Sashimi and Blackened cod were delicious. Chicken was too salty. Food was good but did not meet my expectations based on reviews read.
The incredible night.
Of course, expensive!
