Zoe's consistantly delivers! They really "get it" when it comes to unique flavors and presentation. The seasonal menu never fails to tweak the inner foodie in me and pushes me to try something different every time. The starters are always the epitome of great tastes. I take all my out of town guests here and it has never let me down. The service here is professional and friendly. They understand and complement the dining experience. The best!

Reliably good food and "just right" attention from the staff (not smothering, but they stay in touch).

Zoe's is the place for Food lovers to go in Seattle. If you want great food and great service, go to Zoe's. I also love thier sister restaurant Quinns on Capital Hill.

I was told about Restaurant Zoe by a co-worker and it was everything I was told it would be. The food was seasonal, well put together and very rich! The atmosphere was great. I really liked the decor. The bartender was extremely helpful with the extensive wine list and he was also very knowledgeable about the food even though they had just started their fall menu a couple of days before. Overall we loved it!

We visited seattle and three restaurants were recommended. We went to Zoe's (your's), Rover's and Canlis. Your food far surpassed the meals we ate at the other two restaurants which are considerd Seattle's best. Bravo to you and your chef. Everyone agreed your food was superb.

Overall good place to eat if the Chef is present. If not, inconsistency arises. The charbroiled octopus is too chewy and inedible. Gnocchi is consistently good.

The food was innovative, beautifully presented, and contained suble layers of flavor. Outstanding.
At our suggestion, our waitress (Sarah) chose my husband's appetizer and entre. He is a real foodie and trusted her judgement. Her choices were outstanding.

Always one of my favorites - great food, great service (they were running behind for our 730, but were kind enough to comp some apps at the bar while we waited - classy), and a good wine list. It's a little noisy when its busy, but not unbearably so. It's nice to still see the chef out and about with the customers as the night goes on, too.

Zoe's food was very good, even better than I remember from a couple of past visits a while ago. However, the restaurant still has severe noise problems, especially on a crowded Friday night. It is almost impossible to hear one's dining partner without shouting which, to my mind, detracts greatly from the overall experience of dining there. I do realize there are acoustical panels on the ceiling but they seem to have minimal impact. This is definitely not a restaurant for a quiet, romantic dinner. Having to repeat much of what one says certainly destroys that mood. If the goal is simply to be part of a happening Belltown scene, then Zoe fits the bill.

Small Restaurant Big Impression
Restaurant Zoe is a wonderful find. It's energetic but not to loud. Attentive without being annoying and the food is amazing. Flavors you wouldn't think of together explode in your mouth here. You should give this one a try if you haven't already. It's one of my new favorites.

Restaurant Zoe (and their other spot, Quinn's) are two of our favorite restaurants. Great food, awesome drinks, unpretentious staff and did I mention the food? The octopus appetizer is still, years after 1st trying it, the most splendid preperation of seafood I can find.
This was a buisness meeting, we were never rushed and everything was great.
Kudos to all.

As always, never disapoints. We took friend for the first time from California. Best meal they've had on their three week trip.

Koodos to Scott for continuing to make this place a repeat for us.

The food and service were outstanding. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and the extensive wine list. They went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. Our only complaint was the noise level. All of the surfaces in the restaurant are hard so the conversation and background music get amplified. The "buzz" of conversation was not really a problem, but the music was loud and the selection was more appropriate to a bar than a fine dining establishment. We had to speak loudly to hear each other - again, fine in a bar, perhaps, but not when you are trying to discuss and elegant meal and excellent wines.

Friggin' awesome! This here joint was off the hook! Much better than many of the midtown NYC restaurants I frequent. The chef obviously has tremendous respect for food and its preparation, and it shows. I have taken to making my own ginger-ale once I learned that the jack & ginger drinks were made this way at Zoe. Blew me away! Bravo!

We picked this restaurant because the online menu looked interesting. Marinated chanterelles and braised celery was good, surprised it was a cold presentation though. Spicy charred octopus was a little off - texture was mushy and it was real charred and real spicy. The sweetbread dish was excellent. The striped bass dish was perfect, but kind of expensive for a 2 oz portion of fish. We also tried the whole hog - roast pork loin. That was confusing. The pork looked and felt very soft and tender but it was difficult to chew. Maybe it was too lean or too undercooked? The olive oil ice cream with sea salt was fantastic. We had vanilla ice cream with olive oil and sea salt months before that was good, but this tops it.

Seated promptly, excellent service, early reservation so the place was quiet and great light coming in from the windows. The gnudi and summer squash risotto small plates were fantastic. The only 'miss' was the blueberry cheesecake... strong (strange) overly cheesey flavor... ate it but wouldn't order it again. Great restaurant, will be back.

First time at Restaurant Zoe... the service was great, with helpful recommendations. The small plate of Summer Squash Risotto was delicious. Two of us shared as an appetizer, but should have ordered the larger portion! The Sea Scallops were outstanding and the portion size (4 large scallops) was good. Loved it!
