Asked to have a square table. Was told no problem. Specifically said please no booth. Was given a booth. Host ga r me a song and dance about tables being committed. Bus boy offered to turn square table from a 2 to a 4. Front of the house needs serious training.
Top tier... one of the best meals I’ve ever had.
Extremely attentive staff that really enjoy giving diners a great experience. Rich dishes for sure so bring an appetite! Give yourself time to enjoy a cocktail before dinner too.
Our meal was delightful but the h’orderves were served with the salad which was too rushed. The scallop entre I would highly recommend and it is one of their signature dishes. The noise level was a bit much for a quiet evening but overall most enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Always amazing service and food. Will come back again and again.
The experience & the food was exceptional -we had the Scallop dish & the Red fish -will definitely return
This is one of the best restaurants in New Orleans. And I don't mean top 50, I mean top 5 easily. Every time we eat here, we are blown away by every aspect of the restaurant.
Nice ambiance; excellent turtle soup. Went for jazz brunch they had a 3 piece group that went to different areas of the restaurant so they were not in our area very long. We also tried their R Evolution breakfast special which was good but not outstanding.
You can get WAY better food and drinks in New Orleans. Don’t waste your time or $ here. Everything was mediocre at best.
Meal ok not great service ok for the price and noise level I think I can do better at the older establishments
Mr b’s hard to Beat
Late valentines supper
Quite simply, fabulous. Every detail, every nuance was perfectly executed, from the amuse-bouche to the after dinner petit-fours served in an antique jewelry case, our second dinner at this stellar restaurant couldn't have been more outstanding. Shout out to Daniel who watched over our attentive service delivered by an impressive team of professionals. The bone marrow appetizer was sublime, as was the very unique foie gras with strawberries. Restaurant R'evolution has become our favorite during our annual sojourn to The Big Easy.
Revolution's ambiance was energetic. We enjoyed a drink at the bar. We had a beautiful table and great service and enjoyed our food and wine.
The only draw back was the table next to ours with a boisterous group who kept interfering in our conversation and even came to introduce themselves to us.
Excellent meal with great service. Thank you to Brian and the rest of the wait staff. Restaurant R'evolution is a great New Orleans Experience.
Excellent crab beignets and shrimp grits.
The R’Evolution is a fabulous restaurant in the Royal Sonesta Hotel in the French Quarter. Really inspiring menu, so many interesting things to choose. Cool and cozy decor. Outstanding and very helpful service by our wonderful waiter Luke. AND the absolute BEST restaurant idea I’ve seen yet— we didn’t order dessert. But the little small cookie-pastry things they bring at the end came in a repurposed jewelry box! Great touch R’Evolution!
The grill cooks in a different kitchen, the steaks were great, the side come out kinda warm because the food is cooked in two different areas, need a little better coordination between cooks
Very attentive and knowledgeable wait staff. Lemonfish was grilled to perfection. Opening appetizer and final dessert were nice extra touches. Open area to watch the chefs in action was extra ambiance
Everything was excellent. Food was spectacular. Service was friendly and attentive. Went above and beyond expectations.
We really enjoyed everything about this restaurant. The menu is imaginative and well executed. The wine list is huge. Our servers were excellent. We should have eaten here more than once during our Mardi Gras stay. This place is wonderful and you won’t be disappointed.
