We are regulars at Medure, and last evening we took out-of-town guests with us for a birthday celebration. Our guests were impressed. Our dinner and service were outstanding! Special thanks to our server Polo, Chef Dave Medure, and the *entire* Restaurant Medure ‘family’ for making our special evening delightful and unforgettable!

Great food yet again. New duck addition to the menu. Foie gras is excellent. They make modifications if needed and can tailor the menu for dietary restrictions or preferences. Love this for a treat.

Wonderful experience. Nice cocktail menu and wine selection. My red snapper was great. Hubbie got the meatloaf and it was fabulous. Our server was great - attentive, helpful with menu, water glasses never got empty - top notch service!

This was our first time dining at Medure and it definately will not be our last. The food was outstanding, our server presened all the menu items as well as the specials making it difficult to select only one. The salad was fresh and crisp, the buratta creamy with just a hint on onion jam, The two fish specials were hot, fresh and flavorful, The "gift" of the evening was Monday is half price wine by the non-asteric bottle night. We asked out server to have the Som come over to help us decide the best choice based on the available offer - after 10 minutes we gave up and made the selection on our own which turned out to pair perfeclty with both the red grouper and snapper. While we were not rushed at all during the service at times the wait was a bit long - almost 20 minutes to get our wine, our bad for not just making a seletion when we arrived. All in all it was the perfect dining experience.

Food is not great. Both our fish and duck were overcooked. And the menu is tired. Unless there is a complete overhaul of the kitchen Medure's best days are long behind them. If you must go, best to stick with appetizers in the bar and order from the rather decent wine list.

We go for the souffle & have always loved the food & service. However, on this visit the beef tenderloin was underdone & underseasoned. Apps were great and the peanut butter souffle with chocolate cream anglaise was divine. Too bad that 3 of us had terrible beef entrees.

Have dined at Medure many times but last two experiences have been disappointing. We were seated for our reservation 30 minutes late, and service was inattentive. Both appetizers and entrees took a long time to prepare and deliver. Food wad good although my son’s pasta was lukewarm which suggested they might have had a problem with one of the other entrees.. the other entrees were fine. Something has changed at this restaurant, and not for the better. Disappointed as this was our favorite restaurant in Ponte Vedra, and one that we always brought out of town guests to. Not sure when we will be back.

FOOD IS CONSISTENTLY GOOD.Seafood always fresh and delicious .All four guests ordered the grouper Francese by recommendation of our great server.All four guests loved the grouper.The portion though was small. Dessert soufflé was delicious.Great wines variety from all over the word.Although we stuck to a red from paso robles and was good.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. As usual the service was impeccable and the escargot to die for. Our duck entree special was a little salty but the berry sauce cut that down. They have raised their corkage fee from $20 to $30 at $20 they were one of the highest in town. $30 tops it off. We generally bring our own wine to all restaurants to avoid paying $80 for a $30 or so wine. We bring a $80 bottle and will happily pay a reasonable corkage. Nonetheless their food is exceptional so we will likely just cut out our before dinner cocktails and pay the corkage. We still highly recommend Medure’s.
