Amazing. Chef is extremely talented and food is amazing quality and flavors
I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! The food is thoughtful, fresh and perfectly prepared. The host/owner was one of the kindest and most accommodating people we met in Santa Fe. I’d highly recommend this restaurant for the food and the experience.
My favorite local lunch spot. So glad they’re open again for lunch. The food is very fresh and well prepared. Service was attentive, professional and friendly. I’ll be back soon.
My favorite spot in Santa Fe. Great value for lunch, dinner is also fabulous. The food is alway exceptional and presented so beautifully. You eat with your eyes!
I find the inside a bit too austere, particularly the wall paintings. Perhaps some new paintings could be considered?
Chef Martín has created a wondeful culinary experience. His attention to detail is obvious in every delicious bite. I would not be surprised if there are some Michelin stars in his future!
70th birthday celebration!
One of the best meals ever
The food was delicious and well prepared. The recipes were complex but the flavors worked well together. Service was attentive and yet relaxed. The pacing was prefect- we never felt rushed.
Brunch menu had a very nice variety; we had salmon, duck and an omelet - all delicious. The lemon honeycomb desert was fabulous. Good service, great in-town location, parking a bit tight.
We eat there each time we are in Santa Fe. Service and food are always great. Had the special sea bass. Great and split the tuna tarter also good. My wife had the salmon great. Julian was a great waiter with good suggestions.
Food here is completely over-rated. I can’t believe this chef is as highly rated as he is. Dishes were a combination of ingredients that didn’t come together. Mole was bad, bread tasted like it was a week old. Orzo mac and cheese was oily and orzo was overcooked. Blue fin tuna was about as mediocre as it gets. If you’re in Santa Fe, don’t waste your time here, go to Sazon or La Paloma instead.
My husband ordered the steak and said it was excellent. I ordered the chicken breast which was good but I don’t particularly care for the “french” cut.
Definitely a 5 star restaurant
Excellent food, wine and service. Luis, our server, was the ultimate professional!!
We have been here several times but not in a while. Have always had a good experience until this time. Service was dismal. My husband has a sensitivity to onions and garlic; granted it’s very difficult to find something on a menu that doesn’t have one or both. However, we have never had a server tell us, “I don’t think the chef can make modifications at this time”, at least without even asking. When I replied, “would you please ask”, she reluctantly did. Lo and behold, the chef was able to accommodate.
We ordered a bottle of wine and never once did she stop to refill our glasses. After we completed our first course, she passed our table numerous times without stopping to clear our plates.
The food was very tasty but service is paramount to a good dining experience. It will be a while before we return as there are many other restaurants in town with tasty food and excellent service.
The wine choices were definitely above average. The service was excellent and thoughtful. Our waiter was very patient and knowledgeable
And every dish we ordered was perfect. Of course the spring pea soup is always delicious
I often order the chicken dish which is always tender, juicy and prepAred in a unique way.
Other than the deconstructed banana cream pie (too deconstructed) the meals (4of us) were wonderful. The duck was incredible.
My server was very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was outstanding.
Food and service were excellent. Atmosphere was lacking. Not much to look at art wise and music non existent. Fairly dull.
We had a delightful evening at Restaurant Martin. From the moment we entered the door, we felt welcomed. The staff is knowledgeable, professional without being stuffy and attentive. The menu is well-chosen - interesting options with something for those who are vegetarians to carnivores. The presentation is beautiful and the food tastes as good as it looks. Our out of town guests were as happy with their evening as we were. Thank you for consistently going beyond.
Lovely restaurant. Based on recommendations and the reputation of the chef, we expected outstanding food. We were somewhat disappointed. The chicken, which was described by the waiter as juicy and tender, was over cooked and dry. Despite this, the dish was very flavorful and the risotto was delicious. The duck entree was very good but not outstanding. The ambiance was wonderful.
Great service and wine discussion with our waiter. Amazing food combinations and presentation always a fun and memorable evening when we are at Martins. .
Excellent all around. Great staff, beautiful plate arrangements and excellent food
flawlessly prepared. Wine list is comprehensive and the atmosphere is warm, stylish and modern. One of the very best restaurants in the Southwest and at the very too in the Santa Fe dining scene!
We all enjoyed our celebratory dinner at your restaurant! I enjoy super clean eating so the menu and sauces were a bit rich for me but over all a wonderful experience. Thank you!
This was a new restaurant for us. Excellent reviews made us try it. Wine and beer only. Beautiful menu tastefully presented. Duck, steak, fish entrees were highlights. Beautiful restaurant and tables far enough apart to allow conversation. Inventive menu.
The food was outstanding. The crab omelet was wonderful. The chocolate and blackberry dessert was amazing.
Very limited choices on the brunch menu. No alcohol, just beer and wine, therefore no bloody mary to
have with a Sunday Holiday brunch.
What had an absolute wonderful Easter Brunch at Restaurant Martin! We sat in the "annex" which provided great views and nice fresh air. The tables were tastefully decorated. In other words, the ambiance was great! But, the most important thing of all . . . the food was superb! Our party of three loved every bite of our meals. It always such a wonderful experience to eat at Restaurant Martin! We will be back for Mother's Day!
Chef Martin, Jennifer, and Julian were wonderful. This was a celebration for my wife and I. It was our 50th wedding anniversary. Chef Martin knew that and he and Jennifer made it a very special night.
Wonderful as always! You made my husbands birthday very special
We live in Houston and travel to Santa Fe several times a year and never miss a chance to dine at one of our favorite restaurants in the world. Jennifer Rios always remembers us and the food is beyond excellent. David and Karla Mulherin
The food felt unique and familiar at the same time. Truly a fantastic experience. The service is no less than what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
We had a nice meal but the service was extraordinarily lacking. We waited to be greeted. We waited for our order to be taken. We waited for drinks. Food came out pretty quick but we waited for our check and for it to be processed. Food was pretty good but not a great evening out overall.
The innovative cuisine is delicious. The service is attentive and friendly. Restaurant Martín remains as our favorite Santa Fe dining spot.
Fish in Santa Fe? Yes! Beautiful sea bass special at Martin. My wife and I have been coming here for many years. We have never been disappointed.
Restaurant Martin is my favorite place to dine in SF. The food is not only delicious but so 'inventive' and the wine list is superb. AND, the low noise level is huge in our decision to dine there. Please keep up what you are doing!
We look forward to dining on the patio this summer!
Interesting food, great service ...I think some dishes could use some editing (too many ingredients)
This is my favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. It is always an elegant, quiet setting and the food is outstanding. I like to joke about the fact that I am moaning over my meal because it is so delicious. We always enjoy taking friends here when they visit and it is our special occasion place as well. Definitely a five-star rating.
Food was excellent!! Had the Sea Bass and a bisque. My wife had the chicken. Portions were very adequate. More than pleased...would definitely return.
Our dinner was perfect and our server, Luis, was helpful and interesting.
