Excelente ! Super recomendable pedir el menú degustación!
Restaurant is like visiting a culinary cathedral. Exquisite in all respects. It’s pricey but the food, wine, and service is worthy of splurging. Tasting menu is exquisite and sommelier makes the wine fun and interesting.
Delicious food and impeccable service. Allan the GM, was so hospitable and welcoming as was his staff. I can’t wait to return.
We got what we came for: exceptional food,, amazing wines, great atmosphere and outstanding service.
Fantastic meal with countless special touches.
We did the “five” course tasting menu with wine pairings…closer to ELEVEN courses when it was all said and done. Everyone was so welcoming and fun, really unpretentious despite the fine dining atmosphere.
Highlights: the bread cart (try the brioche! A buttery cloud in your mouth), the earl grey sorbet, the lobster ravioli, popcorn ice cream (I could eat that every day for the Rest Of My Life), the champagne cart and just service in general.
We got a little tour of the spotless, silent kitchens afterwards and that was a thrill as well.
This is one of those meals you will remember for a lifetime, well worth it for a special occasion!
Wonderful food and service in an elegant atmosphere. The only negative was that the pricing was very high. Still had a lovely experience.
Exquisite food and beautifully elegant service! A truly wonderful dining experience! The sommelier was fantastic, so enthusiastic about his job! Was a wonderful night. Had not visited for several years and there were no disappointments! Compliments to the chef and the whole staff ! GVB
Quiet and calm atmosphere, elegant service, and rich wine list. I liked them all.
We decided to go to a la carte menu. The mushroom risotto with truffles was excellent. The entrees were good. We think service is very slow.
Great place to dine here in Vegas! The service was outstanding and we left very full and happy
It is a nice place for you to experience the art of food. The food in this place is a piece of art, it is creative in taste and performance. Worth to come for special occasion.
Absolutely a Michelin Star restaurant and everything you should expect.
Was hoping for a “michelin star” experience. Food was very pretty with little flavor. Wine pairing, for the price, is embarrassing. A whole bunch of “value” wines that utterly disappoint. I guess they get away with it mostly, but anyone with some wine knowledge is insulted. How does the wine director still have a job??
Never will go back.
Amazing! We will be back!!!
A perfect dining experience. The food, the wine pairings, the ambiance, and the service sere all exquisite. I cannot wait to go back next time I am in Vegas!
Absolutely an amazing dining experience. The wait staff made the night memorable as well
THE MOST AMAZING RESTAURANT! This was not only the most delicious food, but the experience was elegant and sophisticated. Not for the cheap but worth every penny. Jean-Paul took care of us like we were family and his staff did an awesome job at the service that looked choreographed! I will be back next time I’m in Vegas!
The food and service was amazing, there's no question about that and their reputation for impeccable attention to detail- rating 4 stars because I don't feel we got to "experience" everything. We had allotted 2 hours for dinner, which I felt was plenty but upon sitting down our server told us the average is 3 hours and we would have to rush some things
This is a very very high end restaurant, make sure everyone is on the same page in your party. I don't think everyone realized that and the server seemed surprised we didn't know how the night was going to go or that everyone didn't understand each item on the menu. Everyone at the table must order the tasting if you go that route- and $300 before wine to someone who is just along for the ride is a lot.Even when you don't do the tastings you still get the butter table side, bread cart and amusebouch as well.
It's just A LOT of food and flavors- and heavy food at that- we didn't do the cheese plate, dessert or coffee at the end- maybe if we had given ourself more time and spaced it all out we would have enjoyed it more. But left being very full, not the full experience and $450 bill.
Everything is super pricey. I mean the experience was cool but for those prices the food isn’t worth it
The best for foodies and a quiet escape from the Vegas bustle.
I'm a bit of a gourmet and this was perhaps one of my best meals ever. And I've been to three star places. Food and service was top notch. But the acoustics are terrible and it's way too loud. The restaurant lay out leaves something to be desired.
My husband and I visited Guy Savoy for a special event. We chose it because of the Michelin rating and positive reviews online. We decided to go with the a-la carte and ordered a few appetisers to share and one main meal each. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was extraordinary. We highly recommend the truffle soup - the restaurant specialty, and seafood dishes - salmon with kaluga caviar is the best! The only thing we would change is the interior, seems to be outdated and doesn’t match the overall taste.
Loved this experience! Highly recommend. Food is best as it comes as well as the service.
I loved the food and it was outstanding. What really bothered me was the ambience there. I felt that the food deserved far better than that cold blah ambience. Gray walls, glass/chrome and taupe/gray carpet not my idea of a beauthiful ambience. The art work on the walls none of this was any awe moments at all. The wood features and elements looked out of place also. Looking out on slick ads all night was not my idea of what this food deserved.
JeanPaul was an excellent server - our party had several allergies and food sensitivities and he was able to ensure the chef accommodated all our requests. The food was amazing, we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The wait staff were all professional and friendly and really attentive.
an absolutely amazing experience for our party and food and service were excellent. we will definitely come back
Everything is really good!.
Todo es realmente bueno.
Thank you/Muchas Gracias.
What a wonderful experience! I love French cuisine, but I'm more frequently a bistro-brasserie dude. This experience really knocked my socks off. The Champagne cart, the amazing wine list, the incredible bread service, and the cheese selection were wonderful touches. I ordered a foie gras, brioche, and black truffle starter. Then the fillet with foie gras, mushrooms, and bordelaise sauce as my main. The wine list is immense. Altogether, a perfect evening for me. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but I think it was worth the expense for me.
Great experience. Definitely over exceeded our expectations.
Truly a dining experience.
Loved my experience at Guy Savoy. Good food and good service overall, but a little pricey for the value compared to other Michelin quality meals I've had.
Perfect French experience. Nice view, exceptional service and amazing food. A must go in Vegas.
Overpriced for what it is— definitely a one of a kind experience
Nice location and facility
Amazing again. Still the best. Worth the pilgrimage every time.
Unbelievable dining experience! Amazing food paired with great and knowledgeable service staff. Highly recommend!
Excellent “tasting” menu but damn expensive. Minimum without liquor is $300. With liquor it’s $560 per person.
Still the best. They never let me down. Tried some new dishes- fabulous as always. Just fantastic and magical. Worth the flight, the hotel, the rental car, and even with dealing with the Strip.
Best meal we have had in Vegas
We had a wonderful time! And we found a nice person who made it possible for us to get a taxi.
Thank you. Great evening, we’ll be back. Françoise and Pierre Mallorga
