Everything was excellent! Service and food were outstanding. The bread cart will kill you, so be careful! Did the 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Very enjoyable!
Well worth the price and still cheaper than going to Paris they have a flair for tradition but it is not too old fashion at the same time. The appetizers are Excellent as well as the service just to say French cuisine and and the ability to make you feel comfortable at its best
Celebrated our anniversary here and it was as wonderful as we had expected. Service was exceptional, food was extraordinary, wine list was extensive. This is a world class restaurant and gives us reason to come back to Las Vegas more often.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. We had the Forbes sampling menu. The experience was absolutely amazing and wonderful. It’s the best of the best of their menu and with a premium wine pairing. It’s a splurge and I dare say well worth it. The staff was attentive, courteous and caring.
This was truly a Once in a Lifetime experience. We had a party of eight and enjoyed the tasting menu with wine paring. The staff were fantastic, they made us comfortable and educated us on each curse and the paired wine. They were attentive, fun, professional and made the whole evening special. The executive chef came out and visited with us and we talked about the menus and why each item was selected and then learned about his background. While some may worry about the cost, it was well worth it because it was a dinning experience like no other.
It was unanimous among our party of eight that this was a great way to spend the evening in Vegas.
If I could give a 10 star rating I would!! We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. I can not say enough about the entire staff. The service was impeccable! John Paul was our main server but Andrew the sommelier was incredible, plus Alan & everyone else! Thank you for walking us to the show to make sure we got there in time! We definitely come back. What an amazing experience!
Service was great! Food was good but not spectacular, as it should have been at the price point. Ambiance was severely lacking in the dining room. For the price, there are much better places.
All we can say...
Amazing! Jean Paul was our Captain, Andrew the Somm, Adrian took care of our service and Alain the GM was very involved and everyone was terrific. The food was excellent, bread cart and dessert cart get shout outs along with the asparagus truffle soup. Wine pairings were on point and a wonderful complement. Very fun and witty group. It was a pleasure and an honor to share Christmas Eve with the staff at Guy Savoy. We’ll be back.
Celebrating 20 years of friendship.
The food is amazing, the sommelier is very professional, we enjoyed the wine pairing menu, pricy but worth it!
Guy Savoy is one of the Two best Restaurants in Las Vegas! I eat here about 3 times a year and always the tasting menu. The dishes are perfect and keep getting better. See you soon!
Excellent food. The tasting menu was superb. Service was attentive and not pretentious. A great place for a special occasion.
Received nothing short of expectations for a restaurant rated of its class and rating, and for the price. The complimentary Amuse Bouche with carrot soup was absolutely amazing. Too bad it wasn't on the menu. Ordered a foie gras with uni (sea urchin sashimi); who knew having them both together would be such a great combo? The garnish with the blood orange and sauce made for an excellent starter. I must admit though the portion size for the foie gras was a bit larger than the standard French restaurant of it's kind so dollar value was great. Presentation with the thinly baked crust, however was disappointing. Why cover up the most important part of the dish?? The hint of burnt flavor from the crust took away from my overall impression of this starter. For main course a la carte, I ordered the Turbot. Although the flavor was on point, I had hoped for such a fish item on the menu that wasn't so dry and overly flakey. Presentation can still be a bit better. What happened? Service was examplary. No ambient noise; dining environment makes for an excellent quiet and romantic restaurant choice, if one has the budget that is. Maybe value overall isnt necessarily justified in my case as explained in terms of price point.
My boyfriend and I are in Vegas for the week. This was our first time dining at a Michelin Star restaurant. Service and food were fantastic! To quote my boyfriend “it was a culinary ballet!”
Generally the presentation and living up to fru fru experience was met....that being said, the food fell far short of the promises and our expectations. A dirty tablecloth (my own fault) accompanied the entire meal....without any effort to change or cover the linens. This in and of itself represented how we (2 of us) were treated which mirrored my disappointment in not only the experience, but in the food in general. I’d recommend Joel Robuchon @MGM or The Palm @ceasars....or frankly any decent deli over dropping $1000.00+ at this overrated Michelin rated joint.
We did the tasting menu, the food was good, but not impressive. Given its high price, in general I feel like not very worthy dining here.
Best restaurant in Vegas
This was better than excellent! White truffles for the risotto were flown in from Italy that morning. Had to close my eyes a few times and give private thanks. Soft French butter was shaved from a 12 inch mound and was so creamy it slid off my knife (onto the carpet). The Champagne trolley rolled around first with about 10-12 selections, almost outdone later by the bread trolley and the dessert trolley. No fixed wine pairings, but the sommelier picked excellent choices. I have a new favorite smoky wine. Vennison was scrumptious. Several unusual palate cleansers. Staff solicitous, knowledgeable. Deserves a third Michelin star. Exceptional French restaurant!
Another amazing experience! We so appreciate the efforts to ensure all of us were sated and happy!
Everything was to love about the experience at Guy Savoy, from the top notch food, attentive service and simple yet elegant decor.
My wife and I had a wonderful time for her birthday. We plan to come back next time without having a show booked afterwards or other commitments. Dining here is a show and it is fabulous.
Excellent food. Interesting combinations. Very good wine list very French of course. Excellent service. Not for faint of heart when bill arrives.
excelente lugar y deliciosa comida no puedes dejar de pasar esta oportunidad en las vegas
Captain JP is amazing.
I was dining alone on business, and decided to treat myself - a welcome relief from when the kids demand pizza and burgers. The food was delicious and the service was extraordinary. Each of the servers presented in a warm, welcoming way, describing the dishes beautifully. Out of the many highlights, I could point to one item that was memorable. The black truffle brioche served with the truffle soup is perhaps the single greatest baked item I have ever placed in my mouth. So good, my eyes rolled back in culinary ecstasy. Chef Julian came out to greet the guests at the end of the evening and had a nice conversation with him about food/cuisine/travel. A great personal touch to cap off an evening of delicious food. If you're looking for high level cuisine in LV, this is the place.
Could be the best meal we have ever had......I’d say, better than French Laundry. Pricey but absolutely worth it!
Just fantastic. Expensive but worth it.
Haven't eaten here in years and did not remember it being that great....but it was!!
Wonderful - we had this very limited tasting menu with specail rare wines - OMG - wines were fabulous!!!
food not too bad either!!
Overall a very lovely and memorable evening!! also got a chance to meet the Executive Chef Julian Asseo -
Super guy and very talented chef!
Overall it was good. We did the Forbes tasting with wine pairing. The wine was amazing. The turbot and waguy beef courses were outstanding. The signature truffle soup was ok. We compared it to our experience at Joel robochon at MGM and it fell short. Joel had better food and ambiance and value.
We wanted to see what the fuzz was about. The wine tasting menu was fantastic! Service was great. The food was just ok. Definitely not with $1000 for the tasting menu. Good experience but wouldn’t go back.
Simply amazing from beginning to end! Every dish tasted wonderful and superb service.
Impeccable yet friendly service , guy savoy food experience truffle & artichoke soup , turbot perfectly cook, Top notch experience. Bread too dye for !!!! Un grand merci à toute l équipe
Delicious menu and perfect size of the dishes. The service amazing and the restaurant is gorgeous
Outstanding service and food. We will be back
Amazing food. We felt very well taken care of. Very genuine service.
The most fantastic meal. Service was second to only the amazing food. The turbot is truly a perfect dish. That rosemary bread was a revelation btw.
My most memorable high end French restaurant in Las Vegas visit did not disappoint and I’ve been to many restaurants in LV the past 10 years. I highly recommend this dining experience for anyone wanting to experience an amazing tasting menu experience that you normally don’t see in American restaurants. Two thumbs way up!
The food (lobster) was excellent; the service top-notch; and the wine list was a longer read than "War and Peace". Our waiter gave an excellent recommendation for a variety of wine that he admitted was not his favorite, so if you are a wine lover, this is your place; just be prepared to win big at the tables first!
