What a great culinary experience. Food was great and service outstanding. Wine was excellent as well thanks to a great suggestion to our sommelier.
The food and wine pairing was Excellent!! Perfect pairings! The wines were top wines and the food was very well seasoned and just delicious! Loved the bread! Wow! They have quite the bread selection and the bread guy was so nice!! It was a fantastic dinner with Excellent views of the strip! Loved everything about it!
Great experience. Great food. Great service
Amazing food and even more amazing service! Well done, Alain!
My only real complaint was being seated next to the server station. We had to listen to the servers talking and bottles and dishes clanking all evening. Considering how quiet the restaurant is, that didn’t help cover these noises up.
It's super difficult to make anything really work during the COVID restrictions. Places just are not the same. This restaurant does a good job of working through it all. Having visited a few three, two and one star Michelin restaurants we found this one good -- service outstanding, fabulous wine list -- decent but not over the top. The appetizers, especially the truffle soup, were great. Main dishes okay, I had the duck and it was good but nothing above and beyond. The cheese course was really good. Their break cart, with more than 10 choices of bread, very good and very unique. Vegas has some great restaurants these days, and this is one of them, and worth a visit.
Food & service was impeccable. The bread & champagne carts were definitely a hit. Everything we ordered was amazing. Perfect portions, great quality, presentation. This is a true fine dining experience.
Fish is too fishy. Food is salty. The price of food does not match the quality of food at all.
Outstanding service and food. It’s not cheap at 60 to 120 a plate, we ended up spending 300 a head with a starter and main each plus one dessert split and a single cocktail each. But it was a great way to spend V day early together. Highly recommended:)
Everything was amazing can’t wait to go back again
This is a special place. Black truffle risotto is the best risotto I have ever had.
We’ve been here before and it felt like the restaurant was definitely off their game. They seemed very rushed when we sat for our 8PM reservation- things were definitely disjointed.
After settling in with a glass of champagne and ordering, things went from frenetic front of house to food being rushed out from the kitchen- at one point having to shove aside wine glasses from our previous course to set in wine glasses for the next course as the food arrived. No reason why a soup course needs to be so rushed out.
Some of the courses likewise missed the mark. The oyster course tasted as if they were made a previous day and refrigerated overnight- hard and gelatinous. In particular the caviar topped oyster was not fresh. The caviar tasted stale and very fishy- not fresh and briny
The sea bass was perfect
Entree also excellent
The staff, as always, manages to balance extreme professionalism with friendliness and are a true asset of the restaurant
That being said, it was not up to their previous standards and mildly disappointing
Very welcoming staffs.
Most expensive meal I’ve ever had...which is besides the point. The food and flavors were sub par. Not worth it. Wine pairings were good though.
For a Michelin star restaurant I thought their food Was very good however I don’t think it was that creative for a Michelin star rating. The environment provide a great views if you were sitting at the perimeter however the restaurant overall is pretty sterile. They glamoured us with bread in the beginning and small prepped desserts at the end . The wine was great I will say I just didn’t feel like it was the most amazing curated experience I’ve ever had.
Beautiful experience with friendly staff that paired wine with the perfect French full prix-fixe meal. Meal lasts 2-3 hours. Every bite was delicious.
Everything about our experience here was amazing. The service was top-notch. The sommelier really knew his stuff. The food was unbelievably good. Every single bite was a journey. I'm generally not a big fan of wine, but the pairings they chose for us were not only fantastic wines themselves, but transformed into completely different flavors when paired with the food. People say a good wine pairing complements the food, but this was something else. If each bite was a journey, then each sip was itself a whole other journey.
Our visit to this restaurant was THE highlight of our entire trip to Vegas.
Dinner was wonderful, classic dishes with a great wine pairing. The only downside was the other guest seated next to us. They were in cap and T-shirts, loudly talking on the phone, and making fun of the menu that they didn’t understand. Was very disruptive to the entire experience of the meal. Management should have either not seated them for violating the written stated policies — or not have other guests like us have to be seated near them.
What a great stop. We really loved it. The food was so unique and amazing. The service was excellent.
Worth every Penny !!!
We will definitely be back
Fantastic food, as expected from a two Michelin star restaurant. But, walking in during COVID, ambience wasn’t right due to limited capacity, scaled down decorations, etc.
The service was great , some of the small unique dishes were very interesting but the main courses were just OK . For a restaurant that costs a small fortune to eat at , the experience should have been better .
This is the second visit and we are not going back !!!
Best dinner and service we have ever had! We will be going back!
Food and service are just ok. I’ve tasted way better french cooking at other Las Vegas Strip restaurants.
The food is amazing. The service is stellar. The decor feels very sterile and hurts the overall ambience of the experience. Save this for a special occasion as you will spend a small fortune.
The service and atmosphere was fantastic. The food was not.
Attentive service throughout our meal. World class dinner with unique flavors and perfect wine pairing.
New yea's eve celebration was ruined. Waiters and manager argued the whole night in middle of restaurant. Rude.
Presentation of food was excellent. Service was great, but attention to details a little less than expected for a 2 star Michelin restaurant. Diversity of the menu was a bit limited, but we also went on NYE so not as many choices that evening.
Incredible meal accompanied by impeccable service. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. A very memorable meal, we plan on making it a tradition.
Amazing food and service. I’d highly recommend.
We did the tasting menu and it was wonderful! You don’t eat here just for the food. The service, the food, the atmosphere, all add to the experience.
Super level food!!! The Wagyu beef actually made me cry! Night before had wagyu at Nobu’s and this was much better. From the bread to the wine was OMG!!! The best I ever had in my life!!! I regularly have 5 star French, over 100 times and this was on top in quality and execution.
The Christmas Dinner menu for 2 with 1 wine pairing over $1,400 with tip and tax!!! Yikes!!! $400 per person. Plus $100 for wagyu and lobster(which I would say is a must) and wine pairing $275.
To compare Burj Al Arab Sky View dinning french resturant for 2 was”only” $800. Hummm!
Being in Vegas I know things can get out of control. I guess it’s well spent comparing to a reckless crap table run😅
Excellent dinner here!! I've been at Joel Robuchon on Jan but here is different expericen specially if you have kid this place, people more friendly and we totally feel comfortable while dine in with our kids. After that the Chef came to table and say Hi with us. He took our kids and my husband to kitchen tour it's so nice. We had a great experience here for this Christmas.
Third time dining here. All was ok. Just not sure worth the prices. Foie Gras was delicious . Crispy skin salmon was ok. Was celebrating our birthdays but didn’t offer any complimentary dessert. Last time we got a delicious dessert.
Everything about the place was wonderful. A superb experience!
Amazing food and service.
There a several beautiful and outstanding restaurants on The Strip, Guy Savoy is by far overall number 1. Guy Savoy isn’t just about the food it is about the experience. The staff is full of knowledge and fun as well. Alain Alpe the general manager is out on the floor interacting and keeping up with every detail. Definitely going back as soon as possible!
