Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
At Restaurant Guy Savoy, a meal is a celebration of life. Each Guy Savoy creation is subject to the scrutiny of the eye and the senses of smell, taste and touch. Seasonal ingredients are combined to make their flavors come together in perfect harmony, or to make their differences play against one another. The wait staff is attentive and approachable, exhibiting flawless yet discreet service, creating a home-away-from home environment for each guest.
Very good experience , food excellent, ambient could be happier.
Incredible as always - impeccable across the board.
Great for special occasions, expense budgets, and casino comped meals. The food is certainly creative and beautifully presented. But the services is too traditional and staid service staff -- and ultimately dated experience. The room is rather stark and not a great ambiance for the caliber of the food. Chef Nico's modernized approaches is hitting up against the expectations of the traditional experience. While expensive, definitely do the prestige wine pairings -- worth the price.
Ingredients are fresh but the tasting menu was not carefully crafted to enable a fine dining experience.
One of the best dining experiences in the world, without question. My only possible complaint was that I thought the faint smell of cigarette smoke that overwhelms throughout Caesars wafted slightly through the restaurant. My wife said she did not notice it. Perhaps my clothes picked it up walking through the lobby on the way to the restaurant.
The wine pairings are always perfect food delicious. It is pricey but an experience that is worth it.
We had a splendid Valentine's dinner. This year they had a ala carte option. I regret not getting the truffle soup. We return to Guy Savoy everytime we are in Vegas. First class service and food. I been coming here for years and the same staff remains, indicating a great place. I can't say enough how fantastic this place is for a dining experience. You dont need a show when dining these nights as the entire night was entertaining and delightful. Must try the Wagyu. It melts in your mouth. This place is first class excellence. I will be returning next month to enjoy everything they have to offer.
so wonderful! Food meets art...it was simply amazing..
I think I need to share my thought about this restaurant. Establishment like this is not for people who has money to burn , this is for those with special palette and appreciation for fine and delicate taste . You might be able to afford $500 or more per person dinner that does not mean you are going to enjoy this . With that being said the inventiveness and artistry of the chef is dazzling and Magical , it was a precious experience.
It was our forty second wedding anniversary.
We found this restaurant 7 years ago and have gone back every single year since then, and have become friends with most all of the staff!!! We will continue to visit at least once a year forever!! The entire experience is UNBELIEVABLE and we've learned not to schedule a show or anything else because this is a treasure all on it's own...
Super swanky and top notch service but not our bag- as they say. Never enough food on the plate at places like this.
Place to be seen, if being seen is your thing.
Def. not a place to go and get satiated...
Great selection of bubbles at the start...
Excellent experience from the start to the finish in the kitchen to meet Chef Nicholas. Hope to be back soon.
On behalf of my wife and myself, I want to compliment the chefs for several truly extraordinary dishes. The wagyu was the best we’ve ever tasted and the artichoke truffle soup was sublime. The service was also superb.
That said, even for an outstanding meal, the price is outrageously high. $1500 with tax and tip for 5 courses and wine pairing is just out of bounds.
Thank you to everyone in the kitchen and all the service gentlemen who made our anniversary amazing. The food was out of this world, the wine pairing selection was a treat to our taste buds. Thank you again. See you sooner than later.

One of the best meals we have ever had. Highly recommend
Worst most overpriced place I have ever been to! Food is average. Service is horrible and the price of the food is ridiculous. Not sure how they satay in business.
We found it slightly better than its sister restaurant in Paris.
Always an unforgettable experience. The food was phenomenal: every course presented flavors that were exciting and delicious. The staff is always warm, friendly and impeccable in their service.
I live in Las Vegas and this is one of the best restaurants in this town. The food is amazing, the wine list incredible and service unsurpassed. The one downside, it is expensive, but worth every dollar.
If you're in town and want a special romantic dinner this is the spot.
The food was outstanding. Every dish was unique and memorable. The wagyu was unreal. Bread cart was just okay. We were too full to appreciate the dessert cart at the end. A memorable meal.
World class food, service and ambience. To dine at Guy Savoy is to be transported to Paris. My husband and I were made to feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant.
Absolutely the perfect experience. Food, service, environment, food, and wine pairing were all excellent. Couldn’t be hailed with our experience.
Amazing Food and Service!! Not stuffy everyone so friendly the 10 course meal was AMAZING!! Come hungry !
1. There was a hair on one of our guests appetizer courses.
2. The sommelier spilled red wine on table cloth, our 650 dollar bottle of wine
3. When spending 3k for dinner - we expect exceptional
Beautiful dining experience at Guy Savoy. Food was excellent, service was on point and ambiance was perfect. We got seated with a view of the strip and it felt like we had a space of our own. We choice the Forbes Menu for my wife’s birthday dinner and each course was amazing. My wife is pregnant and they were able to accommodate her dietary needs. We left satisfyingly full with a wonderful experience.
Huge disappointment, mediocre food, selection of bread on offer was of inferior quality, service was distracted. We started our second course without even been asked if we wanted another drink/wine. We ordered some wine which arrived halfway through our main course.
Having tried Guy Savoy in Paris last year, and the difference in standard, I don’t understand how the Vegas version got the go ahead?
Wild squab, duck, pheasant and cabbage was a one pot dish which had a bad aftertaste. The Maine lobster was tough.
The prices were the only ambitious thing about this restaurant.
It was also my birthday and I had put a note on the booking. I didn’t expect fireworks and fanfares yet not only it wasn’t mentioned by the staff but the service was really bad.
What a shame! I don’t normally write reviews, however the experience was son bad that I will go much further with my complain.
Excellent food and service. If you're a "foodie", you won't be disappointed.
The experience was amazing from arrival to leaving. The service was flawless. The food incredible. The staff friendly knowledgable effortless and friendly. It was an exceptional customer experience. Thank you to the team at Guy Savoy Las Vegas
Fantastic food great experience worth every penny.you will enjoy your taste buds to the max.
We enjoyed the experience , we chose the Forbes Menu. The wine pairing was spot on.
We didn’t know exactly what we were getting into when we showed up, but the experience was absolutely amazing!!! French fine dining at its best! I highly recommend this place to everyone!
The second visit was even better than the first. The food was divine and the service was magnificent.
Although Guy Savoy restaurant is breathtakingly expensive it is equally spectacular. The wine list is a who's who of wines and vintages. We had the 10-course degustation menu as that was the only menu for Christmas day. We were not disappointed. I eat everything but my husband is quite picky especially when it comes to seafood, foie gras and mushrooms. However he ate and loved everything from the octopus, oyster, caviar, foie, terrince, guinea hen with wild mushrooms. Wow, what presntation as well. This is a meal everyone should treat themselves at least once in a lifetime. Memories are made in Vegas and in Guy Savoy.
Staff was amazing, super attentive & friendly. Food was wonderful!
A symphony of food, unparalleled service and attention to detail. The sommelier is second to none; a true life experience.
