Haven't eaten here in years and did not remember it being that great....but it was!!
Wonderful - we had this very limited tasting menu with specail rare wines - OMG - wines were fabulous!!!
food not too bad either!!
Overall a very lovely and memorable evening!! also got a chance to meet the Executive Chef Julian Asseo -
Super guy and very talented chef!
Overall it was good. We did the Forbes tasting with wine pairing. The wine was amazing. The turbot and waguy beef courses were outstanding. The signature truffle soup was ok. We compared it to our experience at Joel robochon at MGM and it fell short. Joel had better food and ambiance and value.
Simply amazing from beginning to end! Every dish tasted wonderful and superb service.
Impeccable yet friendly service , guy savoy food experience truffle & artichoke soup , turbot perfectly cook, Top notch experience. Bread too dye for !!!! Un grand merci à toute l équipe
Delicious menu and perfect size of the dishes. The service amazing and the restaurant is gorgeous
Outstanding service and food. We will be back
Amazing food. We felt very well taken care of. Very genuine service.
The most fantastic meal. Service was second to only the amazing food. The turbot is truly a perfect dish. That rosemary bread was a revelation btw.
My most memorable high end French restaurant in Las Vegas visit did not disappoint and I’ve been to many restaurants in LV the past 10 years. I highly recommend this dining experience for anyone wanting to experience an amazing tasting menu experience that you normally don’t see in American restaurants. Two thumbs way up!
The food (lobster) was excellent; the service top-notch; and the wine list was a longer read than "War and Peace". Our waiter gave an excellent recommendation for a variety of wine that he admitted was not his favorite, so if you are a wine lover, this is your place; just be prepared to win big at the tables first!
We had the 5-Star special tasting menu that usually is not available. It was accompanied with rare wine pairings. The entire experience was amazing. The wait staff were extremely knowledgeable and very warm. We will definitely visit again.
Amazing dinner - a once in a decade treat!
wonderful food, wonderful staff, desserts we did not like
Super genuine staff, great time. Fantastic, clear, and good food vision. Interesting wines. Value!
Fantastic service. The wait staff, maitre’d, manager, hostess were all professional. The cuisine is exquisitely delightful. You think you are being served a fixed tasting menu but they surprise you throughout the meal with other tastings and extras.
Great food, excellent chef, unbelievable friendly service
The best in Vegas among the five best in the US
Excellent total dining experience. Did not try the tasting menu (next time) and ordered from the Carte menu. For starters we "Colors of Caviar" and "Dungeness Crab Salad". Don't let the plain sounding names fool you. These are unique creations and absolutely delicious. This was followed by the "Veal Chop" (a special) and the "Pluma de Bellota Iberico". Both were cooked to perfection and just awesome. Then came the Cheese Cart with a delectable selection of wonderful items. If they have you must try the aged Cheddar, just heavenly. Full or not we you gotta try their desserts. Very creative and great tasting items. There is also a desert cart with even more irresistible selections. I forgot the mention the Bread cart. What an awesome selection of breads! I have seldom been totally satisfied with every item that i am served, but that was the case here. Every single dish and morsel was fantastic.
But that is not the end of it. The staff were all just awesome. The service was impeccable, the were very knowledgeable about everything they had to offer, they were friendly and made use feel comfortable and entertained. As good as the food was, it was the staff the made it the total and memorable experience. When ever we visit Vegas will will have to return here again. Can't wait till our next trip!
Just when you think you have seen it all in fine dining, along comes Guy Savoy. Having come from a bad dining experience at 11 Madison Park in New York my expectations for these high end world reknowned restaurants was low.
I am happy to report this was the greatest dining experience of my life and I have four dining witnesses to back me up.
From the moment we stepped into this oasis within Caesars palace we were lionized and impressed with the impeccable service , excellent food and “Andrew” - the most knowledgeable and friendly sommelier I have ever encountered. The only negative here is the high price , but worth every dollar. My hats off to this dining temple and I shall return.
In a word “fabulous”
Exceptional food & service!, very expensive.
Phenomenal! Really an evening to remember. Had the famous artichoke and truffle soup, the sea bass, and cheese. Wonderful service—so gracious and friendly.
The food was good. I can say that it wasn't mind blowing and most of the meal was not very memorable. I gave most of my food to my friend to finish. Given how much you pay, I'd expect the food to be surprising and delicious. It kinda fell flat. The ambiance is unfortunate. The decor is exceptionally boring and table settings (plates, glasses, cutlery) we're borderline tacky. Out of everything though, presentation and service was out of this world. The staff was friendly and charming. They took food presentation seriously. It was a good time overall, it just felt that the food that night, and the look-style of the place didn't live up to the hype and expectations.
Amazing dinning experience.
Very pricey, but everything was really wonderful, especially the service!
Guy Savoy is the ultimate dining experience! Was excited to meet Guy himself! The food is a work of art! Everyone should experience this at least once (if not more) in their lifetime. Thank you to ALL of the staff at Guy Savoy for yet again a wonderful evening!
Jaw dropping prices (very expensive) but the experience provides the value
Dinner at Guy Savoy is an experience unto itself. We had the special tasting menu with wine pairings, it was very pricey as expected (we knew that going in) but don’t regret it at all. The truffle soup was an amazing standout.
Every bit of the service was exceptional. Especially because I was a single dinner, I never felt forgotten. The food was great, the wine was fantastic, the ambiance was great.
Delicious and everything perfectly cooked and seasoned. The cheese trolley and bread cart were my favorite part with such variety and all amazing. Such a treat to pick from. Service was excellent and sommelier, wait staff and server were all patient, informative and were great at anticipating our needs before we needed it. Wish we had time for the tasting menu. Next time...
They made my mother”s birthday such a special occasion. Food was outstanding and service was flawless. We were invited into the kitchen to meet the chef and she received a siigned tasting menu along with a cookbook. First class all the way!!
Fabulous meal. The artichoke/truffle soup with brioche was a surprise treat. Appreciated the bread cart with the butter from France. Probably best french cuisine we've had outside of France
Awesome. What can you say about Guy Savoy other than that.
Wow! the food was exquisite! The ambience was nice and quiet. Almost the entire staff is French...and very warm and friendly. The wine pairing was to die for; all French, 20 and 30 year old reds. To set it apart from similar restaurants: the chef, Julienne is so friendly and down to earth. He gave us a kitchen tour and made us feel like we owned the place. No pretense or pomp. Worth every cent (and it does cost a lot of cents)! You won't be disappointed.
Wonderful evening. Cannot wait to come back. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in till we exited. The staff is polite, professional, charming and engaging. The Bread Cart is not to be missed. We had the wine pairing with our meal. Loved every single drop ! Thank you for a wonderful time!
Amazing food and service. The crab salad sublime. The turbot was perfect.
