Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
At Restaurant Guy Savoy, a meal is a celebration of life. Each Guy Savoy creation is subject to the scrutiny of the eye and the senses of smell, taste and touch. Seasonal ingredients are combined to make their flavors come together in perfect harmony, or to make their differences play against one another. The wait staff is attentive and approachable, exhibiting flawless yet discreet service, creating a home-away-from home environment for each guest.
Let's get this out of the way: it's pronounced Gwee Sah Vah. This is a cool little high end restaurant with a truly unique, attentive, knowledgeable, and fun staff of waiters. Seriously, the wait staff were the highlight here. The wine guy was enthusiastic and able to describe complex wines in a non-snooty and fun way. The main waiter was just a nice solid guy, attentive without being overbearing. Then there's the little French guy with his dry sense of humor and helpful demeanor. There's a handful of other expert foodies ducking in and out as well. None of it was ever overbearing.
The food was excellent. We did the 363 course tasting menu with 3.5 gallons of wine per person. Needless to say: ouch, from both a stomach and wallet perspective. It really was just too much food and wine, and most of us were saddled with grumble gut and worse in the following 12 hours. Sure, just don't eat so much. Right.
The quality, creativity, and presentation of the food were top notch. I wasn't blown away by many of the dishes, as I usually am at this caliber of restaurant. But overall the staff made it such an enjoyable experience that I would recommend this place. Oh, bring about $850 per person. And Pepto.
Just delightful. All around amazing. Loved the five course tasting with wine pairing. The Bordeaux they served with the final course is one of the best ever.
Outstanding in every way! Food, service, hospitality, timing, ambience, etc. was exemplary!!
Food and service were excellent. Wine pairing was amazing! Perfect night!
Fantastic tasting menu, loved all the small bites. The wine was exceptional, the service perfect and fun, my date is both charming and beautiful. What a great night.
La mejor comida francesa en las vegas!
Very nice food, expensive though. But on balance I think it’s worth it
Amazing!! Service was top notch had an amazing dinner and when we forgot something they were more than helpful to help get it to us! Thank you so much again!
It was not only dinner...it was an event. Enjoyed every bite of our 14 course meal. Plan on more than 3 hours if doing this special dinner, but well worth it.
My husband and I visit Guy Savoy every year on our annual holiday to Las Vegas. It never disappoints and is one of the highlights of our trip. There are several menus to try and I would always recommend a tasting menu, with the wines, as you get a wonderful culinary experience. Come hungry and try to save room for the cheese cart. Service is excellent and the food is some of the best you will taste anywhere.
Always outstanding. Long time repeat customer. Staff is the highlight of the restaurant. The sommelier is one of the best I’ve encountered.
Tasting menu was delicious.
Our second time and it’s always an Excellent experience. New executive chef, Nicolas is very accommodating and welcoming. Thank you 👍
Not cheap but worth every penny! Best dining experience in VEGAS. Much better than Le Cirque or Robuchon. Is a must for any Vegas fine dining experiences.
Absolutely the best meal and service in Las Vegas. The bread offering is breath-taking. The wine list is deep - expensive yes - but it’s all relative - as there are great selections of older vintages that had not been re-priced since the opening of this place years ago. It’s for a special occasion.
It was great. Food, ambiance, service in fact the entire evening was delightful
60th birthday celebration which was fantastic in terms of food, service and wine. A sophisticated restaurant, beautifully appointed in simple but effective decor. The smaller tasting menu with the signature tasting dishes and the paired wines was superb and highly recommended.
We could not have chosen a more elegant dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Opting for the tasting menu allowed us to savor the best Guy Savoy has to offer. The wines perfectly complemented the courses with no shortage of either. From the foie gras to the Madeleine cookies everything was prepared to perfection. As the number of dollar signs will signify this is not a dining experience (it’s so far beyond a meal to call it anything less than an experience) for those on a budget or in a rush. But if you are looking to escape the noise and frenetic pace of Las Vegas and have a few hours to relax and enjoy this is for you.
Beautiful experience ! Recipes with bold assemblies and full of originality!
Excellent food and service!!
Perfect for special occasions.
Unbelievable, outstanding absolutely incredible...
Phenomenal! We couldn’t have asked for a better meal or better service! We sat at the chefs table and the experience was truly amazing. Special thank you to chef Nicolas for allowing us to dine in your immaculate kitchen and to Curtis for the incredible service. We will definitely be back.
One of the best meal experiences we’ve had in Las Vegas
Excellent food and very attentive service. The wine pair was amazing.
The staff created an amazing experience for us. Well worth another visit.
Really special meal. Wine was a highlight.
A must stop when in Vegas. We always have an exceptional experience from ala carte to tasting menu with pairings.
Words cannot express how wonderful our experience was! Highly recommend and will go back again and again. Not only was the food and wine pairings amazing, the service was out of this world. This is not your typical stuffy Michelin restaurant, they are friendly and very personable. Well done!
The best restaurant experience we have ever had. Exceeds Per Se, Le Cinq, Alain Ducasse at Plaza Atheneum. The food was fantastic. The service was exceptional. Nothing could have been done better. If Michelin ever comes back to Las Vegas, this will be a three star restaurant. Wine pairings were fabulous with the food. The staff were very friendly and fun to dine with.
Overall we had an excellent dining experience and the food was creative and delicious. The only reason we deducted some stars was that we made a food allergy known when we made the reservation on OpenTable ahead of time, however, it was not acknowledged at the restaurant. When asked about allergies, it was as though we were announcing it for the first time. I’m not sure who is responsible for acknowledging these requests/allergies, but it would seem appropriate for a fine dining establishment to know about an allergy ahead of time in order to be able to adjust their menu if required. Although there were no major issues making the appropriate adjustments for our meal, as customers, it seems pointless to list a dietary restriction if no one is even reading the requests.
The restaurant exceeded its reputation. The experience, taste and flavor was incredible!
Amazing! Like out of this world. You won’t be disappointed.
One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. It’s a little expensive but well worth it. One of the best wine list in the world.
Spectacular! One of the finest dining experiences ever!
No cabe duda que por eso gano el premio Forbes 2019. Casi todo excelente, lo único que les recomiendo es que laven bien su vajilla pues 2 veces regresamos un vaso que olía desagradable. Felicitaciones al chef!!
