Fabulous meal. The artichoke/truffle soup with brioche was a surprise treat. Appreciated the bread cart with the butter from France. Probably best french cuisine we've had outside of France

Wow! the food was exquisite! The ambience was nice and quiet. Almost the entire staff is French...and very warm and friendly. The wine pairing was to die for; all French, 20 and 30 year old reds. To set it apart from similar restaurants: the chef, Julienne is so friendly and down to earth. He gave us a kitchen tour and made us feel like we owned the place. No pretense or pomp. Worth every cent (and it does cost a lot of cents)! You won't be disappointed.

Service was excellent. I had chefs tasting 14 courses. I enjoyed half of them, was a little disappointed but was a good experience. I think I would order a la carte next time.

Superb food, service and experience . It was a wonderful evening . A good way to celebrate a special occasion with family , friends or solo. The wine list especially champagne is great. Try the fall lobster and the artichoke soup.

This is a fabulous restaurant! I cannot say enough positive things about the food, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service. Allow yourself at least 2-3 hours for dining to really take advantage of the wine pairing and tasting menu. Enjoy!

Just an amazing food and hospitality experience. Of course, it’s expected out of a 2-Star Michelin restaurant, but the fact is when you sit there and experience everything, you have a truly once in a lifetime journey.

Overall food was good, service was attentive and friendly. The only thing was the last dish the Wagyu beef did not taste the best . Also the wagyu beef wasn’t tender enough.

A wonderful dining experience. The prestige tasting menu was an amazing experience but best for an adventurous foodie. Some of the items can be a bit much for a casual diner, so review the tasting menu and ensure you approve.

Great french dining experience. The service couldn’t get any better. The host and server all had thick french accents, which seems perfect. We felt spoiled with attention and details. They bring a small stool to put your bag/purse on so it doesn’t sit on the floor. They have a monster size wine list that is rare to see, and they even bring a huge book of wines on a small table for you to view. To me I had only a few small criticisms: 1. it seemed overpriced relative to some of the other french restaurants I’ve been to in town 2. the caviar, froie gras, and truffle options were limited and unique. We had both but the only way to have caviar, was to have it in a small creamy soup... which was good but I would have rather had it a different way, and the truffle options are in a soup or a risotto, we had the risotto and it was delicious. Each small item we ordered was around $100 and the wine was a bottle of $170 and the bill was about $900 total. If we did the tasting experience, it would have been $375 per person and the wine of course is extra, so be prepared to spend some money.

We had another phenomenal meal at Guy Savoy last week. This is an expensive restaurant but the food is beautifully crafted and full of flavors and textures. We ordered al a carte because the tasting menu is just too much food. Everything we had was phenomenal. The artichoke soup and the mosaic are classics that never grow old. The salmon preparation was excellent. The highlight for us was the special risotto with black truffles shaved over the top. The texture and taste were amazing - simply the best risotto we've ever had. Service, as always, is friendly and attentive but not stuffy and formal as one might expect. The sommelier did a great job finding wine pairings for each of our courses, at reasonable prices for the quality provided. If you want to indulge in Las Vegas, this is the place to do so.

When you charge $90 for a starter and $130 for the main course, the food should be spectacular, innovative and unforgettable. It wasn't. The whole experience starting from booking the table was annoying. Despite taking a credit card they would charge $150 a person if we were a no show, soMeone still has to call to confirm. The reason I like open table is that you can make reservations without the phone hassle. So the call was a minor but annoying nuisance. Either don't take the credit card or skip the call.

We knew the night wouldn't go as planned when we first arrived and were told the menu we had our eye on wasn't being served. That was despite the menu being still on the website. The waiter confirmed it was but still wouldn't serve it. They thanked us for pointing it out. I guess part of a customers job was to help, with their tech service. The only fixed menu seemed excessive so we each ordered the colors of caviar. It was fine but nothing special and didn't elevate the caviar in any way. For the $200 costs, an ounce or two of good caviar with standard accompaniments would have been better. My lobster dish was fine but nothing special. The foam was unnecessary and at $125 was obscenely overpriced. My wife's white truffle risotto was fine but again nothing special for the $130 price. The cheese cart was good but not as good at the Guy Savoy in Paris

Then the incident. There was a large group of loud tourists who insisted on taking photos around the desert cart. After the photo shoot one of the group got sick and passed out. Paramedics arrived and 30 minutes later wheeled out the patron and then a waiter brought over the same desert cart the sick patron was pawing. When we asked about whether the food was replaced, the waiter acted like nothing had happened. We decided to only try the sealed items since we didn't know what illness could've been spread. The cream Caramel was poorly done and it was more omelet than cream. The mandaline was dry and flavorless.

This Michelin rated restaurant lives up to its rating. The service and food is amazing. The food preparation is incredible. The only caviat is the cost. If you haven’t been there before you might want to call and inquire. However, if you are celebrating a special day or have a unlimited expense account, this is one of the greatest restaurants in the world.
