Absolutely the perfect experience. Food, service, environment, food, and wine pairing were all excellent. Couldn’t be hailed with our experience.
Amazing Food and Service!! Not stuffy everyone so friendly the 10 course meal was AMAZING!! Come hungry !
1. There was a hair on one of our guests appetizer courses.
2. The sommelier spilled red wine on table cloth, our 650 dollar bottle of wine
3. When spending 3k for dinner - we expect exceptional
Beautiful dining experience at Guy Savoy. Food was excellent, service was on point and ambiance was perfect. We got seated with a view of the strip and it felt like we had a space of our own. We choice the Forbes Menu for my wife’s birthday dinner and each course was amazing. My wife is pregnant and they were able to accommodate her dietary needs. We left satisfyingly full with a wonderful experience.
Huge disappointment, mediocre food, selection of bread on offer was of inferior quality, service was distracted. We started our second course without even been asked if we wanted another drink/wine. We ordered some wine which arrived halfway through our main course.
Having tried Guy Savoy in Paris last year, and the difference in standard, I don’t understand how the Vegas version got the go ahead?
Wild squab, duck, pheasant and cabbage was a one pot dish which had a bad aftertaste. The Maine lobster was tough.
The prices were the only ambitious thing about this restaurant.
It was also my birthday and I had put a note on the booking. I didn’t expect fireworks and fanfares yet not only it wasn’t mentioned by the staff but the service was really bad.
What a shame! I don’t normally write reviews, however the experience was son bad that I will go much further with my complain.
Excellent food and service. If you're a "foodie", you won't be disappointed.
The experience was amazing from arrival to leaving. The service was flawless. The food incredible. The staff friendly knowledgable effortless and friendly. It was an exceptional customer experience. Thank you to the team at Guy Savoy Las Vegas
Fantastic food great experience worth every penny.you will enjoy your taste buds to the max.
We enjoyed the experience , we chose the Forbes Menu. The wine pairing was spot on.
We didn’t know exactly what we were getting into when we showed up, but the experience was absolutely amazing!!! French fine dining at its best! I highly recommend this place to everyone!
The second visit was even better than the first. The food was divine and the service was magnificent.
Although Guy Savoy restaurant is breathtakingly expensive it is equally spectacular. The wine list is a who's who of wines and vintages. We had the 10-course degustation menu as that was the only menu for Christmas day. We were not disappointed. I eat everything but my husband is quite picky especially when it comes to seafood, foie gras and mushrooms. However he ate and loved everything from the octopus, oyster, caviar, foie, terrince, guinea hen with wild mushrooms. Wow, what presntation as well. This is a meal everyone should treat themselves at least once in a lifetime. Memories are made in Vegas and in Guy Savoy.
Staff was amazing, super attentive & friendly. Food was wonderful!
A symphony of food, unparalleled service and attention to detail. The sommelier is second to none; a true life experience.
Amazing food. We did the 10 course tasting menu and every dish kept getting better. The avocado soup was definitely a favorite. The staff was so friendly - no stuffy attitudes, just really nice people from the General Manager to the servers.
Amazing dining experience! No detail has been ignored to provide for a first rate experience.
They are always stellar in every respect!
The food and service are impeccable. The hospitality is second to none.
Thank you Alain, for a memorable experience, as always.
Once in a lifetime experience! Priciest meal we've ever had but the level of service, quality of food, ambiance, everything was absolutely fantastic and well worth it. We will be back on our next trip to Las Vegas!
Awesome dinner !!!!!
And Fabrizzio was incredible!!!
This was an amazing experience!! The staff was exceptional and the food outstanding. It was well worth the price. We did not do the pairing dinner but allowed the staff to plan the meal for us and added wine by the glass. I have not one complaint. I can't wait to go back! Hats off to the entire staff! If you want to impress someone this is your place! They make you feel like you are having dinner in the home with an elegant touch. They all take such pride in what the are serving. It is unique! Thank you to all!!
The service and food were both impeccable. The amuse bouche that began the meal and the small transition to dessert were standouts in an outstanding meal. Favorite courses were the black truffle artichoke soup with mushroom brioche, the turbot, the fresh crab with caviar, and buttery perfect lobster tail with waygu and carrot tortellini. The dessert was my least favorite part of the meal, though still very strong.
Experience was fantastic. Took my wife for her birthday and the staff made it a bit extra special giving us a location with a great view and even adding a nice birthday surprise! Food was fantastic and the service even better.
Outstanding food and service. Just wish we could always dine here.
The food was good but portions were small. Part of my disappointment is my fault, as I did not research the prices beforehand. The staff are really good and take pride in what they do.
Amazing experience best high end restaurant I have ever had. Bucket list restaurant
Amazing food,excellent services
Unbelievable, will definitely come back. The staff made me feel like we were the only ones in dining room. One of my favorite dining experiences.
Overview: The food was spectacular to look at.
We split two starters. They did a great job in plating so we could share the two starters. Dungeness crap and Caviar. The flavor was mild and did not bring out the delicate flavors of the crab. The caviar itself was lacking texture and was flat in flavor.
Mushroom medley with fresh grated white truffle: This also did not unlock the beautiful flavors of the mushrooms.
Salmon with Osetra caviar and Beurre Blanc: The salmon was cooked perfect and the beurre blanc was fantastic. The caviar did not add to the flavor of the dish and was quite bland.
American Wagu Rib cap and braised short ribs. This was excellent and enjoyed the dish quite a lot.
We had the chocolate fondant for dessert: I did not enjoy the texture of the dish and was missing the chocolate goodness that we were expecting.
Absurdly expensive restaurant. Hard to justify prices of $130- $150 a plate when comparable dishes are served at other restaurants for a third of the price. While the food was good too great, the seven diners in our party all felt unanimously that the meals nowhere near justified the prices.
A guide Michelin experience throughout the evening. Top notch service paired with a sophisticated Environment and great food. And as a special remark I would like to mention that they accommodated all our allergies and sensitivities, thanks.
Special thanks to all of you who helped us have an amazing evening. See y’all soon again!
The food was sooo good. I couldn’t understand the French waiters accent but what a special dining experience
I liked it
Absolutely, hands down the best dining experience I have ever had. Worth every dollar. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere and ambience amazing, the food unique and phenomenal. Thank you for an amazing experience!
One of a kind experience. Food, wine and service perfection. Certainly prices reflect the quality but absolutely no regrets. Will remember the Forbes tasting menu for a very long time. One of the best restaurants in North America.
I have had the opportunity to eat at many 2 and 3 star restaurants, and this ranks as one of the best experiences. Although 16 plates seems like a little too much, none of the meals were disliked. Everything was extremely delicious and enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone.
This was my second time at Guy Savoy Las Vegas and it was absolutely marvelous!
The food was amazing. We took the Forbes menu and it was delicious. The pairing meal-and wine was a success. There was a risotto with white truffles - a délice!! Well remember those meals and experience forever!! Actually, although it’s announced as a 6 courses, there are a lot of various additions with no extras: the variety of bread and of additional desserts are impressive. The quality of the services and the particular attention of the servers is to be highlighted. We would go back to Vegas just to go to this restaurant!!
Everything about this visit was exceptional. My only slight criticism was that there were very few people in and therefore there was little atmosphere and it was uncomfortable to talk in more than a whisper.
This is an awesome first class restaurant. The staff and manager are a well oiled machine that work great together. The food is first class with a number of options. The wine list is great and the sommelier is great for recommending options with each course. This is definitely a very high end restaurant but worth it.
