Beautiful experience with friendly staff that paired wine with the perfect French full prix-fixe meal. Meal lasts 2-3 hours. Every bite was delicious.
Everything about our experience here was amazing. The service was top-notch. The sommelier really knew his stuff. The food was unbelievably good. Every single bite was a journey. I'm generally not a big fan of wine, but the pairings they chose for us were not only fantastic wines themselves, but transformed into completely different flavors when paired with the food. People say a good wine pairing complements the food, but this was something else. If each bite was a journey, then each sip was itself a whole other journey.
Our visit to this restaurant was THE highlight of our entire trip to Vegas.
Dinner was wonderful, classic dishes with a great wine pairing. The only downside was the other guest seated next to us. They were in cap and T-shirts, loudly talking on the phone, and making fun of the menu that they didn’t understand. Was very disruptive to the entire experience of the meal. Management should have either not seated them for violating the written stated policies — or not have other guests like us have to be seated near them.
What a great stop. We really loved it. The food was so unique and amazing. The service was excellent.

Fantastic food, as expected from a two Michelin star restaurant. But, walking in during COVID, ambience wasn’t right due to limited capacity, scaled down decorations, etc.
The service was great , some of the small unique dishes were very interesting but the main courses were just OK . For a restaurant that costs a small fortune to eat at , the experience should have been better .
This is the second visit and we are not going back !!!

The food is amazing. The service is stellar. The decor feels very sterile and hurts the overall ambience of the experience. Save this for a special occasion as you will spend a small fortune.

Presentation of food was excellent. Service was great, but attention to details a little less than expected for a 2 star Michelin restaurant. Diversity of the menu was a bit limited, but we also went on NYE so not as many choices that evening.

We did the tasting menu and it was wonderful! You don’t eat here just for the food. The service, the food, the atmosphere, all add to the experience.
Super level food!!! The Wagyu beef actually made me cry! Night before had wagyu at Nobu’s and this was much better. From the bread to the wine was OMG!!! The best I ever had in my life!!! I regularly have 5 star French, over 100 times and this was on top in quality and execution.
The Christmas Dinner menu for 2 with 1 wine pairing over $1,400 with tip and tax!!! Yikes!!! $400 per person. Plus $100 for wagyu and lobster(which I would say is a must) and wine pairing $275.
To compare Burj Al Arab Sky View dinning french resturant for 2 was”only” $800. Hummm!
Being in Vegas I know things can get out of control. I guess it’s well spent comparing to a reckless crap table run😅
Excellent dinner here!! I've been at Joel Robuchon on Jan but here is different expericen specially if you have kid this place, people more friendly and we totally feel comfortable while dine in with our kids. After that the Chef came to table and say Hi with us. He took our kids and my husband to kitchen tour it's so nice. We had a great experience here for this Christmas.
Third time dining here. All was ok. Just not sure worth the prices. Foie Gras was delicious . Crispy skin salmon was ok. Was celebrating our birthdays but didn’t offer any complimentary dessert. Last time we got a delicious dessert.

There a several beautiful and outstanding restaurants on The Strip, Guy Savoy is by far overall number 1. Guy Savoy isn’t just about the food it is about the experience. The staff is full of knowledge and fun as well. Alain Alpe the general manager is out on the floor interacting and keeping up with every detail. Definitely going back as soon as possible!
Staff was fantastic, service was wonderful and so was the food. Everything was pretty well separated for COVID restrictions as well

such a wonderful evening! The whole experience was very similar in quality to the one 3 Michelin star restaurant I've been to. The Sommelier in particular was such a booze geek, so friendly, and insanely helpful: be sure to ask him for questions or suggestions!

I am always impressed by innovative food, balanced and nuance flavors, top quality ingredients melded with a striking presentation and superb service. I had the 5 course celebration menu with the paired wine service. Each course was perfectly matched with the right wine. Piper Heisieck Champagne with the tro of oysters, Chassagne-Montrachet with the sea bass and white truffle, red burgundy with the signature artichoke and black truffle soup, Pomerol with the succulent wagyu and lobster, and Austrian beerenauslese withe desert. Don’t forget the amuse bouche, the fabulous bread cart, the chocolate mignarde treats. A total experience. Expensive? You bet! But worth it.

The food and service were incredible in every way. This was the best meal I've ever had and lived up to its reputation.
The food was excellent. The price excessive for the type of food. A trout plate at $152 and 2 small pieces of a veal chop for another $156 plate was out of value. I was expecting for that price something that will blow my senses and it did not. The ambiance was very poor. No flowers, no candles, and no decorations to make you feel special. Definitely Bouchon is a better choice at 1/3 the cost for the sane food and excellent taste.

For gastronomes this is heaven. The food is absolutely amazing, and the service is top-notch (friendly and efficient, not stuffy or formal). The only drawback is that the dining room is on par with a typical hotel conference room, with tan carpet meeting tan walls, and white plates on white tablecloths, with bright lights, no candles, no background music and almost no art or attractive decor.
