Peninsula Ridge Estates is truly a world class wine and culinary destination catering to guests who are looking to pair a relaxed and casual atmosphere with an incredible dining experience. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Niagara Escarpment, Lake Ontario including the Toronto Skyline and of course our pristine vineyards. The restaurant is set in our historic "Queen Anne Revival" Victorian mansion perched on the brow of the Beamsville Bench and features a great outdoor patio for dining during our long summer days and nights.

Our culinary team takes great pride in offering the ultimate dining experience using fresh locally grown produce (often grown right down the street) served by skilled, professional and friendly staff. Our reputation for epicurean excellence is often one of the main reasons why people choose The Restaurant at Peninsula Ridge.

Thank you very much for accommodating my recent family request for a party of six with a newborn. We were concerned about the baby getting fussy and disturbing other customers. We expected to be placed at the back or upstairs. Our table was at the front and seating arrangements had been made for the baby. Your staff went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. Our server was very attentive. The service, food and atmosphere were fabulous. I would highly recommend this restaurant.❤️

This was our second visit to Peninsula Ridge restaurant. It was just as good as we remembered. The food is excellent...choice ingredients, preparation and service. As a starter three of the four of us had the soup of the day, which was a butternut squash soup that all enjoyed. One of us wanted it dairy free which was easily accomplished by the chef not adding the crème fraîche. The fourth just enjoyed the house made bread. For mains my husband had the steak and it was cooked perfectly to medium rare, my sister-in-law had the trout, which she enjoyed but found a large serving (she is petite but I say this to point out that though fine dining at a high level, the portions are not skimpy), my mother-in-law had the linguini which was perfectly al denté with vegetables, and I had the special, a surf and turf with a filet and lobster...delicious! We shared desserts...the espresso crème brûlée and cassis cheesecake...both excellent. Excellent beverages as well...PR Shiraz paired well with our steaks and good coffee. The service was smooth less. And wonderful family birthday dinner.

We loved our experience at Peninsula Ridge. It is beautiful, the food was fantastic and our waitress was excellent. I have been many times and have purchased gift cards as gifts for my friends and they too have loved it.
We especially love your surf and turf special. It is to die for.
One of our favourite restaurants for sure.

We had a lovely dinner, we had surf and turf which was very good. My boyfriend had to return the lobster tail as it looked like it had been run over and was mushy, this was quickly rectified and we both enjoyed our dinner very much. When we got our bill I was truly shocked at the price of the wine, was a small amount in a big glass and cost 14.99...wow. Other than that was a really nice experience.

The venue is lovely and we had a great table with a view. Service was warm and friendly. I've actually dined here before and everything is always excellent. A few of us had the trout and it was delicious. Desserts and appetizers also. The only thing we thought was a little bland and dry was the shrimp and brie grilled cheese. It could have used a sauce or some avocado, anything to make it a little more moist and decadent.

Would definitely return!

We stopped in for the Surf and Turf special ( runs from Feb to mid April). We had 4 different orders in regards to how our meat was prepared and the chef nailed all four. The meat and lobster were outstanding. Anna, our server, did a great job, she made us feel relaxed and at home. This is our second time there with different servers and both were great. We will be back in the summer for some patio dinning!!

What a wonderful experience! For my milestone birthday, I had out of towners come to have lunch with me. The food, service and ambience were all fantastic and we sat for 3 hours visiting (the room was nearly empty in late afternoon) and no one seemed to mind. Special sparkler in my dessert for my birthday but no huge embarrassing to-do. It’s pricy but well worth it for a special occasion.

We ate here a year ago and the food quality seemed to be so much better! Our server was proficient but I felt rushed at the end. She mentioned that that day was her last before vacation. I had the daily pasta which was ok, the cheese board was the best of the lunch experience. The lavender crepe brûlée was tasty as well.

The only disappointment is that the place is outdated in it’s colour and decoration. Outside needs repair....wood is rotting-obvious from where we were sitting. I guess when I pay $115 for lunch I expect you to spend some of that money on maintenance.

Initial seating downstairs on the main floor as staff were set up for main floor dining.
Being a repeat customer, asked if seating was available on the second floor (intimate dining with incredible view). Staff went out of their way to accommodate our request. Extremely impressed!!!!!
From starter to desert, delicious!!!!!
Winter mid week Surf and Turf special incredible value!!!!
Will be back soon.

We dined at Peninsula Ridge during the Steak and Lobster special ($29.00) When we were ordering, it was brought to our attention that there was also another option.....Surf and Surf. We assumed that they were both the same price, however, when the bill arrived the Surf and Surf was $45. I think that should have been mentioned when the dish was described at the ordering stage.
Other than that, we had a lovely meal.

We were there for Sunday brunch. The scone was one of the best I’ve ever had. However, in all places that serve proper scones, they are served traditionally with cream (whipped). Not so at Peninsula Ridge. Disappointing! The frittata I ordered was bland, dry, over cooked and hard to cut through. Very bad. The salad served with the frittata was delightful. I also ordered a hit chocolate and could not taste any chocolate. It tasted like hot milk. This is my first bad experience at Peninsula Ridge.

Been back several times since the first time for lunch on patio a few years back. Have introduced several other people to this wonderful spot and extremely great food.
service was wonderful though a little rushed even though we mentioned we were in no rush whatsoever. Look forward to their summer version of mussels with bee pollen. Delicious. Definitely a keeper.
