Overlooking the beautiful, rolling hills of Diamond Bar, the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch at Cal Poly Pomona boasts one of the valley's most romantic & chic settings. The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch is a student-operated restaurant, serving both lunch and dinner. The restaurant is part of the Hospitality Management curriculum at The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona. In the restaurant, students rotate weekly through various positions, including management, in order to learn all aspects of a hospitality operation. Some of the finest professionals in the industry facilitate student learning.

The Hawaiian poke is a must have it was so good and the Indian chicken dish was also amazing. The French toast pudding dessert was to die for and I would definitely recommend coming here and our server Gabe was super nice and friendly and not to mention attentive

The servers were delightful. We had the kale salad, asparagus, chicken and the salmon salad. The slaw that came with the salmon was delicious. We also had the coconut dessert which was also very good the passion fruit sauce was a great addition.

Terrific view, students were very pleasant and efficient, food was delicious and a great value. We had clam chowder, cheeseburger, fries, salmon salad, tortellini, wine, coffee and desserts. Love the RKR!!!

This is such a great place - difficult to find for first timers, but once you find it, you'll keep coming back. Be sure to make a reservation because as a student run enterprise, they aren't always open.

Great service, restaurant has a very nice vibe to it. Quick service and food is good. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the menu is very limited as it only has about 4 or 5 entree options. But good nonetheless and I would come back/recommend.

My wife took me out for an early birthday lunch. Our server, Evan, was excellent. We had a delicious lunch and enjoyed outstanding desserts to top it off. My wife tried the flan (made by one of the students); I had the apple crisp. Both were great! Can’t wait until RKR reopens in February!

Really nice food at incredibly nice prices. I loved the lentil salad with quinoa. I suggest you give customers a choice in deciding what they want on garden salad. I disliked creamy sauce. All other selections were good. Congrats to students. Teach them how to use cork screw :-)

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at RKR. The food, value, service, and ambiance were spectacular. The Parmesan fries are so delicious and the salmon was so soft with a crispy top. The burger was great! We would come back again!

Outstanding dining experience. The students of the Collins College at Cal Poly Pomona are amazing. From the moment you walk in you get 5-star treatment. For a true hands on learning experience, as a foodie, you would never know that many of the students are rookies in the food industry. Its a reflection of the teaching and the hearts and passion these students have for hospitality.

We had been meaning to try RKR for a long time and finally got around to making a lunch reservation. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere was relaxing, the service and food were great! Our server, Robin, was friendly and attentive. We look forward to returning soon!
